Due to the current situation of our new normal, Wills provided excellent service to keep me safe and their employees safe. Safety measures were set up outside the entrance to minimize contact, including hand wipes and hand sanitizer. The service attendant sanitized the door handle and steering wheel of my truck before and after the service. Even when paying, everything was sanitized. My truck was ready in sufficient time. Friendly customer service.

Was able to get quick appt. for winter tire change.
upon arrival, not easy to understand what to do.
Understandably, no one is allowed to enter the building and they have a tent but could use some signage or instructions On what to do upon arrival.
I asked how long it would take and was told “we only have 3 technicians so it will be about 1.5 hours”
No problem but didn’t need to hear the “ only 3 technicians “ part. If they could not accommodate , they should not have made the appointment.
I walked back home and waited for a call. They ended up calling me after 2.5 hours. 4:20 pm. And then informed me the gate closed at 4:45.
They left a paper in my car stating my steering wheel had been sanitized for my safety.
Anyway, this new way of doing things is new for all of us. Tires got changed and all is well.

I was early for my appointment, but I was met by John who told me what I had ordered. I had ordered my tires to be changed to summer tires. I also wanted an oil change done while I was there. John said it would take two hours. I sat and read a book for almost two hours when I was sent to the payment desk to pay for all the expenses, including storage of the winter tires. The waiting room where I waited for my car was arranged in a configuration of five chairs which were each at least 8 ft. apart. I was able to isolate myself during the wait.

Joe Smiley is one in a million and also answered a couple of questions I had concerning my transmission. The hydration bottle was an unexpedcted surprise. I did donate to the Alzheimer campaign they were running ( three cheers for that) and enjoyed a coffee and a cookie. There is no place better for service. My feelings are mixed about this place . First the posative . They did an amazing job on my truck and when it was fixed it ran perfect. They also provide shuttle service which was good too. When I first called however I was kinda upset 120 to scan my truck.without any repairs they wanted 120 which makes their job easier. I had to take it to my garage get it scanned then bring it there. They definitely ripping people off that way.

My experience at Wills was nothing but the best.

First off after going to many dealerships in the area, they finally had an actual Chevy Colorado on the lot. After speaking with Jose Sanchez the salesman i dealt with, we decided a lease would be in my best interest.

Not only did Jose know everything there was to know about the Colorado he opened my view on a lease. Which is practical for me at this time of my life.
Both visits at the dealership I was happily greeted. The showroom was always full and very organized. I was also given top dollar on my trade in.

It was a great experience dealing with Wills Chevrolet Buick GMC and Jose Sanchez. I myself would go back again and recommend anyone.
