Staff would take no time to book you even though the vehicle is not available.
Sales staff encourage yo to buy brand new vehicle without taking a look at it forget about test drive. If you question they will gladly tell you they sell many vehciles on daily basis and people would buy it without looking at it.
And yes this dealership knows what am i talking about and who. Sent email after wasting my time there anf they didnot bother getting back.
Julian is super helpful and knowledgeable. He is also incredibly patient with my lack of knowledge and I always feel like I am in good hands.

Buying a used car during Covid shutodown is not easy. The staff at Leggat Chev on Rexdale made the whole process easier. The price was right, there was no pressure. My mechanic was able to check out all the systems were in good order, and all I had to do was pick up my keys. Thank you Joe and Chris for good service.

I took my car in to have snow tires switched out and oil change. They were efficient and I was treated well but what made this experience over the top was Julian (my service rep) had my car detailed inside and out. I was blown away at how clean the interior of my car was. Julian and this dealership is fantastic! Highly recommend you have your car serviced by these guys and buy your next car from them.

Bad experience here, got a bad interest rate, even BMW offer better internet and they are BMW. Secondly, too much pressure from the financial advisor to buy insurance. 6.99% interest though I had perfect credit a score made decent wage, the joke is on you Leggat. This is my first and last time buying a car from dealership.
If the financial advisor put the effort into getting me a good interest rate rather than trying to sell me so much warranty package I don’t need; maybe I would have gotten the useless second party insurance. Very poor customer service skills and clearly racial profiling felt very uncomfortable here. Stuck through this Deal because I liked the vehicle and sales person was nice. Financial Service Manager is Rude and Disrespectful!!!!!!!!! Never again!!

Last weekend I picked up my new car from LeggatChev. I felt supported every step of the way. I appreciated the pacing and patience as I sorted out the right vehicle for me. Rita was awesome in explaining my options for financing and was super helpful in dealing with my insurance company. Luca took me through the car I purchased and showed me where everything was. Not necessary but much appreciated. A friendly bunch. Buying a car is a big purchase. In this fast paced world, it was refreshing to not to feel rushed or pressured in any way. I recommend this dealership.

Our Chevy Trax had a recall that Chevy neglected to inform anybody about, but Leggat noticed and let us know. they then set us up with a rental at Enterprise across the street which was great and they covered the cost not knowing when the part we needed would come in.
the entire team was great but especially Julian. he was always pleasant and helped us tremendously by keeping us in the loop.

This place is the best. Ever since I purchased a Cruze, I have had great service. The service department (in particular Eddie!!!) has always done such a thorough job and I have never felt like I've been taken advantage of. I tried taking my car to a Canadian Tire for an oil change and tire rotation once and they messed up my tire sensors and didn't reset my oil change meter so I've always come here to service my car. My experience has been so good that I even take my second non Chevrolet car here for everything my lease doesn't cover. Eddie has always been amazing. He goes above and beyond and is always so incredibly responsive when you are trying to book an appointment. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me always!

Beware beware, once you enter there you will find yourself in a dealership that you own, because the staff there will treat you like an owner of place not a customer. I got a nice Chevrolet Cruze 2014. I have been looking for car almost more then 2 months and went to many dealerships but once I entered there I found the car I like, in good condition with good price. Look for Claudia and tell her that you are her cousin and she will give you good deal ;).
So my mom bought a Chevrolet some time ago from a different location, so when it came time to look a minor repair, she asked me to take her to Rexdale Chevrolet. It was from then I spoke to Eddie he advised me to bring the car in the morning, and he will be there. Well lets just say this level of service, was almost non-existent for me, so when I see it, I am compelled to write about it. Eddie, was the most honest, patient, professional person I have witnessed to date. It was after all this, that I noticed why he is a manager. If his likeability wasn't proven then, he called a few days later to ask how the car is doing. Well Eddie, amazing and thank you for being you.
Just for anyone looking at the 4 star rating and thinking this is an ok place, IT'S NOT! If you scroll quickly through the people who have given 5 stars, you can see all those people have only ever given one review.... definitely not a coincidence! This company is clearly getting employees to make fake accounts to give a high rating and outbalance the amount of people who have had bad experiences. STEER CLEAR!!!

My husband and I are in the market for a new car, having looked at several makes and models, I emailed Leggat on Victoria Day afternoon. Tuesday morning only minutes after 9 I received a telephone call from Steven Cianfarani in response to my email.
Steven sent me the information on the vehicle as requested and we made an appointment to meet with him Wednesday evening.
It has been a pleasure working with Steven. Not only was he very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were interested in looking at, he asked us several questions to help narrow down our search. After test driving what he suggested, and comparing it to what we were looking at, we were thrilled with his suggestion.
I would recommend Steven to anyone who is looking for a salesman who is not only very knowledgable in all aspects of the vehicle he sells but he is very professional. Obviously, his job is to sell you a vehicle but he honestly is there to help you get the best deal possible too!
After choosing our new baby, Steve directed us to Mike Dorosti, The Financial Service Manager. Once again we were dealing with someone who knew ever aspect of the financial process. What extra insurance, warranties, were worth looking into and the ones he felt were not in our best interest. Although his position is to secure your loan and explain to you what's covered in your warranty and what is not, he also is not there to try and sell you every little extra possible either.
To say we had a good interaction with the staff at Leggat Chevrolet Buick, would be an understatement; we had exceptional service! Anyone looking to purchase new/used or lease a vehicle, should consider making Leggat their first stop. Trust me, You won't be disappointed!

Amazing customer service! I showed up for an oil change with no appointment & was seen right away. Treated well by all the staff. Julian made my first visit very easy & stress free. I was even given a free lunch with a coffee. Anna in the cafe upstairs made me an awesome cajun fish with a salad. I left feeling very happy. I will be back for sure!

Stopped in today for service, ran into Freddy and we started small talk, as usual. After a bit I asked him if he could get me into a new car. After an hour or so, he had the numbers crunched and then over to see the Finance manager Sunny. Both Freddy and Sunny did a great job in getting me into a new car, yet again. This will be my third car from Freddy at Leggat. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to stop in and see them. Every time I go in for service, if Freddy is around, he always starts a conversation with me. It is like a "family type" place to go. From the entire group in the service area all the way over to the parts area, I have always found them pleasant to deal with and the customer service has always been great. I will be picking up my new car tomorrow. That is fast delivery, not even 2 days. I have always trusted them and the advice given.

For Cathy now she had taken care of all our paperwork. She was efficient and very well organized, I could tell just by looking in her office and you could see her desk was not covered with papers. I LOVE Leggat Chev. on Rexdale and its service and know-how. I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Rexdale for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, when Julian left for that short period of time, i was at a loss. However, I am glad to see him back since I've always found him to be a straight shooter. The mood at the dealership seemed to have improved. Everyone at the dealership, both in sales and service, always go above and beyond my expectations. I have always found the service there to be helpful and accompanied with a smile. I have had several issues over the years and they have always been able to help me out in a timely fashion.
