Asked dealership to identify an engine fault code on a 2005 Colorado they were selling for $6000. They said no, I never asked them to repair it, just identify. First clue should have been when Dave said the vehicle was " mint". Rear end gate not working properly, power window switch unattached, steering wheel alignment off approximately15deg, rust showing several areas and it's been repainnted. Is it a $6000 truck, maybe depending on the fault code. I was asked to take my vehicle in for posible trade, waited 15minutes with no service except for the receptionist.... why I even gave this place one star.

Be very careful with this dealership. They employ a thief as a service advisor. Caitlyn Jones has been banned from one of the largest dealers in western Canada. She stole from the dealer, employees. Integrity is lacking at this place and honesty too. Be cautious when dealing with this dealer your belongings and valuables may go missing.

I will rate this visit at minus 5 Thats -5 , I was promised a deal,( Even trade with no taxes) my truck 2007 GMC Sierra Extra cab 4x4 SLE for a 2009 Frontier 4 dr,4x4 .With new inspection.I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there spent an hour or so Looking and talking about truck , Never once did he have my truck appraised but said still the deal would be good . as it turned out I could not take the frontier for a drive because of an issue with the seat belt (not working) although he said he had the truck for a drive to check out the 4x4 ( maybe he dosnt use seat belts ) anyway Then he said he was not going to inspect the vehicle because of seat belt (did he expect the truck to pass without any issues ?) anyway i left without test driving it and waited for him to contact me .(no contact) so I contacted him . Thats when he said he wasn't going to inspect it . (I could have fixed that myself in less than 1/2 hour . so the deal is off he said . His last email was, let's say Non Professional . Totally disappointed with visit not to mention wasting around 4 1/2 hours as well as gas . At this point I would not recommend to anybody to go there . I kept all my emails back and forth between myself and your sales person .The deal sounded so good.I had my wife stop and look at the vehicle at night and gave me the thumbs up. Is there no honest auto sales people left in this world or are they too pressured to make a sale to the expense of the customer . .All in all I feel we went quite a bit out of our way to make this deal work but your sales person certainly did not . Not happy at all ! even considering taking this to the next step . Eric
