Worst service ever!! They don't deserve your hard earned money so be careful taking your vehicle here. Rejean, Jim Challes and Robin are all a bunch a money grubbing idiots that only care about how many customers they can scam and take advantage of. If you are a female then you will be discriminated against by these men. They treat women like we are stupid and have no idea about cars and how the mechanics work. Newsflash guys, a lot of ladies do know a thing or two about engines, so don't judge a book by its cover. If you are a man you are treated like a king, if you are a women you get treated like garbage. Go to a more professional dealership for your repairs
If I could give "0" stars I would. This dealership is a bunch of scam artists. They charge you for items not related to your repairs, and then turn around and tell you that they can't refund your credit card. It's more like they don't want to provide a refund. They state they will give you a credit....well if you have a payment that they weren't supposed to take then that is a credit if I'm not mistaken. What kind of a mickey mouse joint are they running here. My guess is they are hard up for money due to the strikes and lack of parts in the industry so they are abusing customers to make up for that profit gap. Beware of this dealership as they are not very professional and all they care about is their profit. SEASIDE YOU SUCK!! THANKS FOR BEING A POOR SERVICE PROVIDER!!
The service team is amazing! They treat you like a friend and take the time to explain things in a way you can understand, and never pushy! Other service departments could take a lesson from them. They are very busy, but worth the wait.
Caution: this dealership uses false information and deceptive photos. I went to look at a truck that this dealership claimed was in "amazing condition". When I showed up the truck had damage in areas the listed photos did not display. The salesman (whom will remain unnamed for a few reasons) was horrible to deal with. He was even more deceptive than the photos. Sales pitch full of lies and false information. Do not buy from this unethical dealership!!

I found this dealership very friendly and had great service.
I only needed an oil change and they did a complete car inspection for free because I was to driving back to Alberta.
They also loaned us a car so we could go into Shediac for coffee.
Service was above average.

When I made the appointment I was told that they could fix my truck.. When I got there they looked at it, I was told different! Waste of time! Not a happy camper!
Even though I didn't go foward with the purchase of the vehicule I came down to try out I can honestly say the service was excellent. A big thank you to Dan and his open and honest approach. I felt very at ease and did not feel pressured.

First I am from New Minas Nova Scotia and this is my second vehicle purchased from Seaside Chev both bought on line. It was a different salesmen this time his name was Dave Verret, to say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. Approx 15 e-mails, 10 phone calls and 3 car videos we finally made deal. They delivered it to my door for the agreed purchased price. Also Nadine Belliveau who also went above and beyond and make this buying a pleasure. I am 73 YO and have bought many cars in my life but have never been treated at any dealership like I was with these two people. You can bet the farm my next purchase will be with this dealership.

Happy I chose to take my car to this dealership to determine if a repair was needed due to a concern with my brakes. The tech was very thorough and explained everything in great detail to help me understand what was going on. In the end I felt I received an honest answer and wasn't coerced into doing any repairs that could have cost hundreds of dollars. Yes I paid for the time and for them running diagnostics, but it was worth it for piece of mind and not being taken for granted. Thank you Seaside GM!

Service hours are not great but they offer car pickup service which is still a bit less convenient than just having better hours.
