Extremely disappointed- will never buy from here or bring my car in to get fixed here again. I booked an appointment for my annual servicing appointment and a week before the appointment my engine light turned on. I read the codes at home to see what it was and found out it was the purge valve. I brought my car in and for the servicing and asked them to take a look because the engine light was on. They let me know that it was the purge valve and the coolant reservoir, I asked them not to fix it at the time. Got my car back and read the codes again, saw there were MANY more codes than there were the day before I brought it in. I fixed all of the problems they told me about on my own and the light still didn't shut off. Read the codes again and saw that it was an oxygen sensor. Took a look at it before I brought it to get fixed only to find out that it was unplugged. I always check my car before bringing it in and it was fine the day before so it was clearly unplugged in the shop. I was also told that they would call me when my car was finished and that it would take about a day. A whole week went by without a phone call so I called myself and found out my car had been fixed at least a day ago. Not sure if this was because I am a female in my early twenties and they thought they could take advantage of that but I will never be back.

Friendly staff and nice location but I had brought my car there for an estimate as I’m looking to get rid of it. I understand that the dealership and employees have to make money on the car, that being said the offer that they gave me for my car felt like a joke. They offered me just over ten thousand dollars less than what I could list my car privately for and $5k less than Another dealership... the offer was so low that it was almost priced similar to the base model version of my car which MSRPs for over $35k less than mine. Huge waste of my time and efforts to be there.

I do not believe that the acquisitions manager or whoever was pricing my car has any knowledge on anything other than their inventory and I will not recommend anyone take their business to this establishment

I am overly impressed with every single department, every single time I'm there.

I bought a brand new truck over year ago, the salesman Mike was not pushy, but still professional. If I ever come across a pushy salesman, I'm turned off buying from them, so mighty fine job there Mike! 10/10

I have been bringing my truck there for regular maintenance (and body work for those unfortunate moments when accidents happen). Amanda for some reason is the person I usually get every time I drive in their doors, and again, she is friendly and professional and gets everything done correctly. I have had some oddball questions or concerns and she addresses them immediately. Again, another 10/10 employee there.

Kelly down in the collision centre is also absolutely fantastic. I use my truck for work, and when I needed to bring it in to the collision centre, he was ready to try and get the job done ASAP so I wouldn't be missing any more work than I need to. This was all him just assuming I needed the rush by the decals on the side of my truck. I let him know, there is no rush as I had another vehicle to use for work, but it was still nice to see him try and push things along as fast as possible. AGAIN another 10/10 employee.

As for the employees who haven't crossed my path, I'm more than certain they are as much of a pleasure to deal with as these fine folk here. I highly recommend Murray. One day my wife may join the dark side and drive a GM as well, and I will bring her here. The service I have received here is making her consider switching from a certain brand who shall remain nameless.

Got into an accident with my car (which I had purchased from Murray Chevrolet just over a year ago) and I was no longer able to drive it due to the damage it had. I have loss prevention insurance so I called MPI and they said to inform the dealership I would be getting a courtesy car from of my situation and that they would be able to pick me up and shuttle me back to the dealership to get a courtesy car. I called Murray Chevrolet and the man I talked to representing the collision center was very rude on the phone. He refused to have anyone come to pick me up and told me to drive there myself and talk to enterprise. I reminded him that the whole reason I was calling them was because I could not drive my car. He said "Find someone that can bring you there. We don't do that" Me, not being from Winnipeg, I had not a single person to get me there so I was stranded. The guy was extremely rude and I have always given business to Murray Chevrolet so I was not impressed. I called a different dealership and they happily had someone come get me. Seems like the customer service here has declined greatly and I will be giving my business to another dealership from here on out.

Came here a year ago to buy a truck and was ignored by every sales person. Bought a chev from a different dealer. Decided today to come back ( close to my house) to get an oil change done and have my bumper looked at since it is falling off my 1 year old truck. Girl at the oil change lane was good. Guy who came to look at bumper tells me it’s not under warranty since I must of hit or got caught up on something. I tell him no o have not. The sales people will tell you only the good things, to make that sale, but when it actually comes down to numbers, they'll be completely different than what was told to you by the salesperson. Which is understandable in a way, as they aren't the financial department. However, they shouldn't make any quotes on prices if they don't know.

The Murray Service Department is outstanding. Their quick lube service makes minor maintenance a breeze and they even discovered and changed a burnt out side marker for only the cost of the bulb.
