Went with my Fiancee to look at trucks. Our budget wasn’t high as expected cause we’re young. However, we were willing to drop $50k-$60k on a truck. Tenille Melenka was the sales rep we were dealing with and she seemed helpful when talking online, once we got in person however she pushed the first truck we drove on us. It was basic, no features & she basically told us we couldn’t afford the truck we were looking for. Went to another dealership and found a fully loaded truck, same year, make and model in our price range. She phoned back, and once we told her what we found, she said she could do better, in our price range. It’s a little disappointing that once we found something else, that’s only when she wanted to work with us. This clearly shows she’s only in it for the sale, she doesn’t care about what you want/need. Plus, she had a very rude, unprofessional attitude when speaking to her on the phone. Don’t use her, she won’t work with you until her sale is almost gone. Very catty and unprofessional.
What a great experience!! Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Tenille was incredibly helpful and responded to my questions right away. Not only that, she went out of her way to have a small gift for me when I came to sign the contract just to celebrate! Made this experience so memorable and special. We just recently bought a truck from Sherwood Park Chevrolet. It was a fantastic experience dealing with them. Dustin Miller was our Sales rep who I feel went above and beyond. We told him what we were looking for and the truck we had in mind. We were looking to add a few items to it which we didn't realize but made it basically into the trail boss edition. Dustin showed us both options and had us test drive both of them so we could decide ourselves. He made us feel like he had our best interest at heart and was looking to get us what we wanted the cheapest way and not just make a sale. Was in here for a scheduled free oil change using the express service and it was a great experience. I won't schedule another oil change now that i know this option exists. Thank you for the thorough overview of my car while they were changing my oil. I will definitely return :)

Dropped off a car for a service and didn’t even have to wait 30 seconds to be given a ride home in their shuttle. They did a great job and was fairly quick as well. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful!

Such a pleasant experience dealing with This dealership.
We were greeted by sales manager Vincent and his apprentice Brett, seconds after we entered the dealership. He and his team took very good care of us through the whole process of buying our truck. They showed us everything we wanted to see and then some, test drove a couple of trucks and made sure we did not feel pressured to buy. I wanna point out that Vincent seems like a real human being with a big heart, of course he/they want to make a sale but it was casual, funny and professional where it needed to be!
We came from out of town and realized it was getting late as we were undecided on our decision. The dealership made sure we had all the time we needed to decide and booked us a hotel room on their cost. We were able to retreat and think about our decision for the night. They gave us the truck for the night and a beautiful room in the best western across the street.
After some more test driving and a short night we had made the decision to accept the offer and once again those guys made sure we were satisfied. Another full detailing, topped off fluids including gasoline, a rundown on the features of the truck, they even diagnosed our car we were there with, because the check engine light came on, on our way to Edmonton. We were offered another night in the hotel as they offered us more services that would have taken longer again. Sadly we needed to decline and make our way back home.
Since our experience, Vincent has been great and uncomplicated in regards to anything we needed so far even after he made that sale.

Brought my truck in last Monday Sep. 16, 2019 for a recall notice. I had an appointment for 10:00 am and arrived 5 minutes early. The service bays were full but I was next in line in front of the door. I checked in with Ashley at the service desk, left her the keys and the rest was taken care of. 45 minutes later I was on my way. Thank-you Ashley and everyone at Sherwood Park Chev.
My experience at Sherwood park Chevrolet was very memorable, after having another Chevrolet dealership left a bad impression on me, made me very skeptical about any other dealership. Sean, Josh, and Brett went more than above and beyond to give us an exemplary experience, the service there I will never forget Sean did an amazing job!! When all I thought I would get is a used truck, he made sure to get me into a new truck, with Josh helping and with the great finance rep Brett it became a reality.

I really like dealing with this company. I live in Spruce Grove and have a Chevrolet dealership less then 5 minutes from my place. I will not deal with them. But instead I drive an hour away to Sherwood park because they treat me good. I have bought 2 trucks off of them, and when it comes time I will by my next one from them. They are definitely worth the extra time it takes me to get there.

Had the pleasure of working with Ben in Sales, who exceeded any expectation I could ever have had for a salesperson. He was patient, informative, and found the right vehicle that suited my needs. I would highly recommend him. The management members, Josh and Scott, were also a pleasure to deal with. They don't believe in using aggressive sales tactics. They only cared that I was satisfied with my purchase and knew what I was paying for. The finance department should also be mentioned, as the woman I dealt with, Rana, was efficient, quick, and no screwing around. She got me an approval within minutes, and had me out of her office within 10. There was complete transparency from the moment I inquired tell the moment I drove off in my new Silverado. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
The staff are friendly and really great to deal with. I've financed two vehicles in the past from these guys. Recently things got bad and my credit was tarnished. My own fault.
Went to them hoping we could get something modest to keep me on the road. Great to deal with again. They insisted I try to find a cosigner and I did try but to no avail. I informed them it wouldn't work that way. It's been about three weeks I haven't heard back. Not even a peep.
I know I'm bottom of the barrel and undesirable to most lenders but it would have made me feel a lot nicer had someone messaged me back or acknowledged me after that last time.
I still recommend but just use caution as it's still a business out to make a lot of money from you. One of the best teams I've dealt with until recently.
I am very disappointed with the level of service we received after buying the truck....first off when I got the truck home, I noted that the rims were polished aluminum but wanted chrome. My bad...but when I contacted the salesman in this regard, he didnt return my calls until after a week of no response from salesman. I talked with the sales manager...also the plastic at the driver door jam was scratched. When buying the truck I was told when they changed out the tires the truck would be detailed and driver door jam plastic fixed..neither was done when my wife picked up the truck..also the bed of the truck was full of mud and 2 used shocks left in it...the passenger side door jam plastic is was also scratched. This implies that someone was driving around in my truck. Please contact me and I will explain further.

Had an issue with my ABS system on an older GMC pick up. Cory Robinson had his crew find the issue and offer options for repair, luckily it was a fairly easy fix, which they completed fast. Was surprised and amazed that they washed my truck too despite it being a really minor repair. Top marks to Cory and the shop!
I had the absolute honour and pleasure to work with Dino, I will swear by him up and down that you will get the most out of your visit, I’m from Saskatchewan and Dino made my life so much easier and made this process fun yet professional, seriously this guy needs a really massive raise or Christmas bonus or something! Although the deal never went through due to unforeseen personal circumstances, my experience was better here than with any other sales department, at any other dealership I’ve ever been to! They have Such friendly people, amazing selection, courteous and caring, the lengths these people specifically in sales will go to please a customer is uncanny and amazing, they are extremely knowledgeable on all the vehicles they sell, and if they don’t know, they will spare nothing to get you the answers you want and need!

Basically they gave us our money back we paid for delivery cost but we were on the hook for 2 airfaires and hotel-
Had our vehicle in for a check engine light. Diagnostics indicated faulty manifold intake, thermastat and a couple other items all covered under warranty. While the car was in I asked them to do a coolant flush, brake flush and rotate the tires. All work was performed to my liking. Courtney our service technician was friendly as well as pleasant to deal with. Car was returned cleaned and complete. Thanks again.
Awesome place, die to my schedule I don't have a lot of free time to be running around town. I purchased my car from Sherwood Park Chevy and was able to complete 99% of the purchase over the phone and through email. The entire process was as painless and streamlined as possible, this was only further augmented by the perpetually upbeat sales staff who answered every question I had. This is where I bought my first car, and if the place holds up it will be where I buy my last.
I finally decided to by a "new to me" truck. After looking for what seemed like ever I finally found the exact truck I wanted at Sherwood Park Chev. Dealing with Jason and Chris has been wonderful. The truck however was not what I expected, was told it had not been in an accident- working at a body shop, I found out that was a lie- no big deal- truck still looks good. I live 5 hrs from the dealership, when I pulled my new truck into my driveway- something started to squeak! Over the next few days it got worse- I was TOLD the truck went threw a long, in depth inspection, so I was concerned the squeak was something BAD. I took the truck into my local GMC dealership to get it looked at (truck still has warranty)- One of the u-joints was falling out of the truck!!!! How did the mechanic at Sherwood Park Chev miss that? I told my salesman, he had the SALES MANAGER call me- he told me that he wasn't 100% sure, but figured they would NOT check the u joints on an inspection. WTF?! its a 4X4 truck, the u-joints are a VERY IMPORTANT part of the 4X4- they told me to take it in to any GM dealer (I had already done that)- but that really wasn't the point, the point is how did my truck go threw an inspection and the tech miss that? I have not received a phone call or a txt since I have brought up the fact that they messed up. Like I said, the sales department was wonderful- just be concerned about the mechanical end of it. After years working in the automotive industry I have NEVER heard of NOT checking u-joints on an inspection- seems kinda shady to me.
I work out in saskatchewan and a friend who works at sherwood called me and asked if I was in the market for a new truck, and a week later I just drove away in a brand new 2016 Chevy 1500 Z71. Everyone from sales to the final handshake and walk through of the vehicle was extremely professional and welcoming, they bent over backwards to get me into this truck and out of my high interest auto loan. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a new vehicle, all this coming from a guy who was born and raised in a Ford family!
