I was very impressed with the service at Westgate when I took my car in for regular service. They made it safe with social distancing, but still conveyed a friendly, helpful atmosphere. Everything was done efficiently and well!

From the minute I walked in the door, this dealership did nothing but take care of us. I had a few questions to start as we were already approved at another dealership, new vehicle manager Keith asked me right away what I needed help with and introduced me to Dave in finance, and got my questions answered. Keith then introduced me to our sales guy Andrew. I already had the truck we were interested in picked out. Andrew took me out and showed me it and a few key features I didn't know about. When it came time to come to a deal, Andrew and Keith did their best and made me a great offer on my trade in and my new truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I left the dealership with a smile and phoned my husband and let him know the details. He was so impressed with how I was treated, that we phoned back an hour later and accepted the deal. The day we picked up our truck, Andrew went over everything again for my husband. Dave in finance made everything easy and comfortable. All in all, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am happy I decided to walk into this dealership and would highly recommend it to anyone!
Excellent service from start to finish. Staff greeted me in my vehicle and confirmed the reason of the appointment. Service advisor called me numerous times to detail work being done and any other potential items that they recommended having a look at bring done. All in all an excellent experience.
Very accommodating
I got my vehicles fuel tank replaced and fuel pump module repaired under warranty which was awesome because I had a serious fuel leak. But it still leaks fuel and because it's on a metal fuel line not covered by warranty bureaucracy dictates I'm S.O.L
Now I'm out of a vehicle no money to repair it i I have 3 kids and I'm the only means of income in the house. Nice folks at Westgate Chevrolet I'm being honest

We recently had to have body work done at their body shop. What an unbelievable experience. The body shop staff were amazing. Nathan (body shop manager) walked me through the insurance process as I had never been in an accident before and took care of everything including dealing with the insurance company for me.

I did not have a great experience the past few times I have got services there. I don’t know if this is a sign of the current state of their employees. But it was very disappointing. I bought a brand new truck from them. And two used vehicles in the past. At the start there was great service and great attention to matters. There is no doubt there services are over priced, and that they are not always honest. But the work for the most part seemed good. But again the last few times have disappointing. And I just can’t bring myself to ever go back. I hope they can find away to be better. Profit matters, but not more then integrity and people.
Albeit I didn’t purchase the vehicle at Westgate, I did try to deal on the same vehicle but purchased elsewhere due to a great deal. I’ve had the warranty work conducted at the dealership. I’ve had absolutely 5 star service however I recently had the engine replaced not the vehicle under warranty and now it feels as if the transmission is slipping and unfortunately the tech couldn’t duplicate the condition yesterday. So I have 5 star service at Westgate but 1 star on the product; I don’t have much confidence in my 2015 traverse.
Everything about my truck service was great, right from the beginning. Only one of the items needed was not done and that was entirely my fault. The service was prompt and friendly and the service department went that extra little bit for me. The shuttle vehicle was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly and courteous. All in all, a very positive experience.
Westgate service department is amazing, the ladies at the front do an amazing job getting your car in on a timely Manner. There’s a great coffee room for you to sit in with free coffee if you choose to wait for your vehicle.
The mechanic is absolutely wonderful. They are very trustworthy and did a great job on both of my vehicles. I got winter tires there and I found their pricing to be the best.I also got a Lot of work done on my vehicle and I have had no issues with it at all. The mechanics are very trusting and very caring they honestly do care about your safety I know that because they even phoned to check up on how the car is doing and they reminded me to come back in to get my tires torqued. I have never had any other place do that ever.
I feel extremely comfortable knowing that I have a great place to go for all of my car repairs and services. I also know that they have wonderful sales people there because they chat with you in the coffee area they make sure your comfortable while you wait for your car to be fixed. Therefore I will for sure be going to Westgate for my next vehicle purchase.

The customer service was amazing. The work was amazing once it was done right. The only complaint I have is that it's very clear to me that the technicians dont do tests on their work before they send it back to the customer. The only suggestion I would have is test everything before sending the "finished" product that is not actually finished out.

The staff at Westgate always go above and beyond my expectations! My vehicle was recently in for service and after it was done, I remembered another problem I wanted them to check. In the couple of hours between when I called and was to pick up, they actually had time to look at it....and fixed it, even though I was willing to make another appointment. Their staff is so friendly and everyone always seems to have a smile on their face. I feel very comfortable with the service I always receive and highly recommend Westgate Chevrolet!
Servicing My Vehicle: They are super friendly and accommodating. They are always detailed and knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is and has happened with my car. Their shuttle service is perfect. Never had any issues relying on them to get me to and from work when my car had been in for servicing. Overall, the service experience from start to finish has always been pleasing.

Great service from the staff but the computer systems need to have to have an upgrade so it displays the correct vehicle information. My Service sheet for some reason has incorrect engine size and they are unable to correct it, sounds very strange but I think that needs to be fixed ether by them or General Motors.
They wanted to charge me $1400 for a upper control arm and 4 ball joint. Went to a real mechanic and it was $440 for a upper control arm. Ball joints were fine. Lost my business forever.

He outright lied to us about it being "illegal" so ever sell our potential trade in for more than 3500$ since there was a repaired fender bender claim on the carfax history, (side note, another dealership ran the same carfax and offered 8500, and to buy it as a resale vehicle).
At one point when my partner and i were talking he kept interrupting and talking over her to again ask ME questions, to the point that i had to hold up my hand and say "hang on, we are taking here, I'm clearly looking at and talking to her". Very negative experience, would not recommend to friends or family.

Bought a vehicle from this dealership. Sold me a truck that broke down within the first month. Issue just kept coming. Didn’t like how the sales department was, dealing with service was bad. Overall I’d stay away from this establishment. 1 out of 10.
My wife just bought a lifted Chevy duramax from Matt and he was very professional and got everything done within the tight timeline we had being from out of town. Might have converted me to a Chevy here soon with the service at this dealership

Do not trust these scammers with your vehicle. They drove my truck 300+ kilometers after I stated multiple times I AM NOT OKAY WITH THAT. They charged me to change the differential fluid but I found out they used the wrong fluids entirely which could have killed my vehicle. I now have to pay an additional $500 ontop of what this place charged me. Daralyn doesn't listen and isn't suited for her job. (Stop looking at lingerie at work) Faulty service from a faulty facility. All they did was scam me out of money. I'm STILL waiting on a phone call, they said they would call me to resolve some of this. In 2018. Worst GM services I've ever had. Absolutely negligent.

Went into the service department just for a oil change. When I approached the counter they informed me about what is needed. Was able to make a decision on what I could afford to fix at that time and came back the following weekend to replace what else was needed. Great people!
I have had three new vehicles from here. All have been more than what I was looking for and at better prices than I expected. This is the result of excellent customer service that I have not seen at any other dealership. I feel comfortable here and am always happy to stop in knowing any concerns will be taken care of.
As an update to this review, the post-sale customer service and vehicle warranty service is absolutely top-notch. I drive all the way out from Sherwood Park and it's entirely worth it.
Top notch service center. I had a power steering leak which they first tried to repair (to save me $$ and time) without success. Then installed a new replacement part. Kept me well informed of their progress. I'm very happy with the results.
If your looking for a used vehicle I'd highly recommend David Cormier at Westgate Chevrolet. He's an easy going guy that won't pressure you into a vehicle. We ended up looking at two vehicles and he was well versed enough to take us through the options and what was the best fit for us.
We sat on the decision for a day and David made himself available for our questions through e-mail and text with a quick response rate.

I have bought 2 used vehicles here in the last year. Always make me feel comfortable and no pressure. Had an issue with my latest purchase and they dealt with it right away. Mike, Jeff, Nancy and Colin took care of us really well.
Completely incompetent parts staff. Called for a cab air filter and went and bought it. I get home to install it and couldnt figure out how so called them and they said my truck doesnt have a cab air filter. So why did you sell me one that you said is the manufacteurers filter? So spent an hr figuring out my trick doesnt have the filter I was told to buy. Now have to drive across the city to return it. Incompetence at its finest!

I bought some key fobs online to save some money. There were identical to the OEM ones. They needed to be reprogrammed so I phoned around to all the Chevy gmc dealers in the city. Some wanted 130 bucks. I took it to the Chevy farm and in minutes they set them to our g5. . . For free. I highly recommend these guys for service just based solely on this exerpeince .
I had a wonderful experience at Westgate Chevrolet. I had the pleasure of dealing Greg McKenna as a salesman, while at Westgate. Greg is really down to earth, straight shooter. I really felt comfortable throughout my time there, I never felt pressured to make any decisions at anytime. The sales manager Doug Hawrelak was also really down to earth and a more than fair person to deal with. Both Greg and Doug made sure that I was taken care of after the deal was made. A real quick and painless experience, I would highly recommend friends and family or anybody to visit Westgate, really friendly staff there.
What a pleasure! We went to the Chevy Farm to start our search for a new vehicle. Doug was friendly and polite, he listened to what we were looking for and asked the right questions to narrow in on what we needed. He was personable and made the experience comfortable for us. He answered any question we had and prompted us to think about several things we hadn't considered.
