I bought a used truck from an online ad. It seemed a risky proposition, but all of my fears were laid to rest with a few text messages and phone calls. They delivered the truck to my office in Calgary where I did all the paperwork in the parking lot. It was the strangest and easiest vehicle purchase of my life! The vehicle was clean and delivered in great shape as promised. Lance and the Finance Manager were both very responsive and never once made me feel stupid for asking questions. The process was simple, straightforward, and fair. The delivery guys were very friendly and non-threatening. I’d buy from Ulmer again.

2nd visit. I had a truck issue and needed a repair. I was in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. During that time Kevin had my truck diagnosed, parts ordered and a rental truck organized. This is a great example of customer service. When he came to inform me of the findings he answered all of my questions before I had to ask him anything. Seldom do businesses offer top service as Janet , Kevin and the Ulmer staff did that day.

They take the time to explain the process to you, they tell you what you are paying for, and they are FAST! I have never had such a fast Oil Change before! Awesome service!!!I bought new winter tires...I admit I tried looking else where for a more affordable tire..as I have 20 inch tires. I just move to Lloyd and thought to call Ross Ulmer Chev and i got the best deal!! On top of that my vehicle got a complete overhaul with a free alignment and semi annual maintenance at decent price. Everyone was so smiley, helpful, and had great customer service and just knowing that my vehicle is running optimal with one of the best winter tires. I feel safe to get on the highway and cruise the bad winter roads. Now I'm waiting for more snow 😆. I will definitely be a repeat customer and trust no one else with my precious vehicle. Bridgett responded promptly to a query on an Autotrader ad. At that point someone else had spoken for the vehicle but as promised she contacted me a few days later when the original deal fell through. We settled on a fair price by email without the usual crap I have received from other used sales personnel. When we test drove the car, Bridgett was available on time, friendly and helpful. The vehicle itself was as advertised and in excellent condition. We had short dealings with finance guy Kyle but he was professional and pleasant.
During the search for this vehicle and a previous one for my daughter, we have dealt with so many misrepresentations and outright scams from dealers and private sellers alike that it was a pleasure to conduct straightforward business on a vehicle with good history and condition.
