They took the time to explain all the work done, Carfax, maintenance checklist, and original options list, as well as the theft protection plan policy even for pre-owned vehicles to our surprise. We live in the suburb of Edmonton and drove out to Vermilion to purchase this particular truck but would not hesitate to visit again for a new vehicle. Such an exceptional experience at this family owned and operated dealership. From the initial phone call to inquire about a vehicle to the delivery right to my house in Edmonton was pleasurable. Friendly and very accomodating. Joanna helped get me a great deal for a vehicle. I called in on a vehicle just before she closed. Made an offer and by the next morning she managed to make it happen! I just bought my very first new vehicle last week. Everyone in the building was really friendly and professional. Joanna was really great to deal with because she worked really hard to find me the exact vehicle that I wanted and brought it in so I could buy it here. She kept me updated on the whole process and it seemed like she was so excited with me and for me instead of just caring about a sale. Donna was also great to deal with, she had all my paperwork highlighted in places I needed to sign, she explained everything to me, and she kept everything organized. Next time I buy a new vehicle I will be going back to College Park!
I live roughly 5 and a half hours away from this dealership, but found a car they were selling that I could not pass up. They were very approachable when I called and also when I drove out to pick the vehicle up. A couple days after I got home there was a knocking noise coming from the steering wheel and Joanna called me to make sure everything was going well. I explained the situation to her and she and Larry got to work right away, connecting me with a dealership in my local city to fix the issue. I went in and got the noise fixed, and everything was taken care of by Larry and Joanna. Very thankful for their customer service!

Was interested in an SUV and called to inquire about it, during the phone conversation there was no mention of additional repairs or increasing the price of the vehicle. Once they could run our financial info I get messaged that it will need $7000 in repairs and would ultimately increase the price. Thankfully I didn’t waste my time driving in to look at it.

Was in dire need of a new (to us) vehicle and Larry spent part of his day helping my wife and I decide what would suit us best. Despite his patient efforts, at the end of the day we thought we had found a better deal elsewhere. The next day, however, as we looked to close that deal, small little issues started to come up.
Car shopping sucks, and I often feel like the other party is not being very forthcoming and find myself second guessing what I'm being told. We realized with Larry we had never been given a reason to doubt anything we had been told. So we went back to College Park, and ended up buying a vehicle that we feel very good about. We were fortunate Larry was willing to take us back :-)

Bought a new truck from Larry. With less than 3000km I noticed the fender was damaged from mud flaps put on improperly (not this dealers fault, it came from another dealer). Obviously I wanted it fixed. New truck, barely any km. I contacted Larry and he denied my warranty claim without even looking at the vehicle. I dropped tens of thousands of dollars on a truck that HE wouldn’t stand behind. His service department was ashamed of him, and as was I. I still am. I delivered my truck to another dealer, where they welcomed me with open arms and fixed my problem no questions asked. I will not be returning.

Sat in the quick lube bay for around an hour for an oil change and then outside for another 20 minutes. Disappointing considering it's supposed to be "quick". Person also didn't ask to make sure which oil I wanted. As it was not my first time being there. I understood being busy but time was a bit excessive

I've been struggling to find compatible rims for my Subaru STi from several other providers in Canada. I ended up here for a last minute oil change and found out that College Park could offer me what I liked and needed. Though the service is typically top-notch, the prices are hilariously exorbitant. Booking a truck in had a $120 diagnostic fee, which is absolutely fine. However, without notifying us, they tore it apart to begin diagnostic. The issue being, we were charged an extra $160 for them to put it back together afterwards.
After discussing with them, what had happened was that they couldn't diagnose it without taking it apart in the first place. Which begs the question, what was the diagnostic fee covering, if not the diagnostic? Had I known they were going to charge $300 for the diagnostic, there wouldn't have been a transaction to start with. If you're looking for service at a reasonable price, it may be wise to search elsewhere. Again, the staff is helpful and professional, but the price points make you feel the victim of a kind-faced con artist.
I found my buying experience absolutely great! Made the phone call and what was advertised is what I bought it for. No hidden fees or just get you in the door price. What’s advertised is the price. Price was roughly $4000.00 cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Everyone at the dealership was excellent to talk to and deal with. Although I didn't buy a new car from College Park, I use them exclusively for maintaining my 2009 Tahoe. The Service Department has been very very good, but the owner is excellent. Larry Alward has always bent over backwards to ensure that we receive excellent service that will cause us the absolute least amount of inconvenience. As an example, we went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service techs found that the tires were wearing unevenly, and were able to arrange an alignment right away. When the worst tire was going to be rotated with the spare, we found that the spare tire was on a rim that wouldn't fit our vehicle. Rather than leave without a spare, Larry went out and found a spare rim that would work. He is always looking out for his customers!
i took a rental car for a day unfortunately it got damaged the head light broken and got some scratches on vehicle i took the vehicle to the show room and they charged me 843 Dollars they checked every thing the mechanical team was professional and charged me 843 dollars i thought the manager and owner this company will give some discount and i gone to the owner his name is Larry Alward asked him to give discount his behaviour was quite rude he open his eyes he threatened me and took the sheet and added some more stuffs in that list and asked me to pay 1200 dollars i was shocked and again i requested him then he gone in side added more stuffs with 1500 dollars i was keep requesting he gone again added up more things and made the 2200 dollars and he threatened me harassed me to pay it was kind of drama every 2 to 3 minutes and he is adding more stuffs and harassed me to pay more money i was begging him i asking him to pardon me but he did not care any how the drama ended up about 30 minutes i paid the amount since that i got shocked i am depressed with his behavior this is very bad place
I have been dealing at college park for 19 years now. The first 8 years I was a sales consultant. A sale was not the end of a customer relationship but in fact the beginning. We believed in making people want to come back by providing excellent service. This was true not only in sales but in all departments. I have experienced this type of service for all these years. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone.
This dealership has went out of its way so many times for me. Larry has personally ran across town for me to pick up my truck and bring it to the shop for repairs with no extra charge.They have stayed open late to take care of issues with my truck as well. Your always greeted at the door with a smile and a welcoming hello. When dealing with service they are very informative and make sure your happy with the work done to your vehicle. There isn't another dealership more accommodating to your needs.
Throughout our time dealing with college park I have found that they are non the less the most respected people out there in this industry. I would highly recommend anyone to make them there one stop shop for anything automotive.
