In their wisdom they decided to discontinue selling and servicing motorcycles without informing their customers at great inconvenience. Very poor customer service.
We had a great experience with the unhaggle representative at Endras BMW (Sai). He was able to make the process of leasing our very first BMW (2019 X1) a smooth and stress-free experience. He was very helpful throughout and after the process and we highly recommend him. Rene was the financial services manager who helped us through the financials and paperwork - she was just as helpful, didn't rush the process and clarified the details and fineprints with us. A big shout out to Michael Ferrari for providing a pleasant environment on how to buy car.
We were not actually there to buy - we were just sort of a “browsing around couple” appreciating to see what is new with BMW and what, if any, BMW had to offer.
Actually this was the 3rd time (for a period of several months) that we had been there. On our 3rd visit, about 4 salesman approached us. Michael Ferrari was the only one who stuck it out with us and never seemed to take us for granted. He was the only sales person interested to “listen” to us. He made us feel important.
He did not even entertain the thought if we were going to buy a car or not.
We actually just had a good time talking to each other - he never pressured us into buying a car (he later learned we have been driving BMW vehicles: 2 purchased from BMW downtown Toronto and 3 from Endras BMW) .
Michael Ferrari was very patient with us and continued listening to an “ordinary couple” like us.
At the end of the day, because of his friendly approach, pleasing personality, strong customer service skills and outstanding salesmanship, we decided to buy a car of our choice from him.
This is exactly what a good salesman should be. Michael did not even ask us the usual standard questions like: How much are you willing to spend; What is your budget; (like those typical North American car type of salesman questions), etc etc. He just basically listened to us and had a ball.
One thing for sure, Michael Ferrari is not a regular “Stereo-store” or a regular sales person trying to “Hard-sell” his product.
If you are looking at buying a BMW, Michael Ferrari is the person to look for.

My visit to Endras BMW show room was a casual look around. Friendly greeted by Jessica Gao. Jessica's patient and informative and makes me feel relaxing. Done some test drives. Wasn't planning to buy at the time but we did add social media connection. Since then I kept getting postings from Jessica about great deals. Finally decided to get a X3 for my daughter. I visited Endras BMW a little over a week ago. Friendly place, the staff I dealt with were great. I wasn’t sure which model I wanted to get so I stopped in to check out their used inventory. The help I received by the sales person (Perry) that day was amazing. They guy was very informative and really helped me narrow down what I wanted. He set me up with a few test drives and made suggestions on trying a model I wasn’t even considering (which I ended up buying). I left that day to think about the purchase I wanted to make and missed out on the car I wanted. Perry was super responsive to my inquiries afterward and about a week later found me an amazing car to replace the one I missed out on. Based on my experience here I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

I recently purchased my first vehicle from this dealership. One of the things I'm happiest about, this year, is buying a car I have wanted for a long time, an X6M. I have been bringing my M3 (E46) for service to Endras for a few years, and they have always done a great job. Jimmy Khatri noticed that I liked M cars and offered to trade my M3 for something different. I politely declined, telling him I would be interested in a great condition X6M; however, there were none in the network.
One month later, Jimmy called to inform me that a mint condition X6M was coming in... I was there 30 minutes later, and purchased the vehicle. They are great with most things, one of the largest collection of ready to buy cars. Very good technical staff and some great in store experience. Their showroom staff is mostly good. Some of the service desk ones might seem less courteous but service standards are good. They give free courtesy car wash though it might take 15-30 min depending on waiting period. Well you can enjoy some tea or coffee there while they get the car washed. Be very clear with what you need with prior research and options. They can give good pricing. Demo staff was very good.
They helped me get my BMW trunk un-stuck for free a while back. They were polite, efficient, and was a pleasant surprise that they didn’t charge for the service. This place also has polite people all around, I was helped immediately as I walked into the establishment.

Usually Endras is very helpful and service is always A1. But today they deserve a nice Two Star Rating (IF THAT), I don’t know what it is lately, but they’ve been slacking extremely hard with service, my last visit I took my vehicle in because I heard a squeaking noise in my shocks, they returned it to me with the noise still blatantly clear and very noticeable. Today THEY scheduled ME for an appointment at 9am, I don’t get a call until almost 3pm.. only to find out nobody has even looked at my car yet, and to top it all off I won’t have an answer until the next morning about the diagnostics report.. I’m sorry but BMW is supposed to be a high end dealership with high end SERVICE. Please Endras treat your customers with more Passion and Respect.

There service department has been good, sales department I avoided. Sales didn’t take me seriously and pretty much told me he was busy making sales to help me out out with what packages each car had that they had posted online and to view them. Anyways bought a 340i from a different dealer and get it serviced here regularly. Service can be slow but they always return my vehicle perfectly, listen to all my concerns and take all issues seriously even if they aren’t present at the time. They even provided me with a x1 rental when my vehicle took longer then expected. 5 stars for service department 1 star for sales. When I get an s1000r I hope the Motorrad service department is just as good!

I purchased my first BMW (2019 330i) from Jimmy back April and I couldn't be happier. The whole process was great. We showed up on a busy Saturday without an appointment, and Jimmy spent 15 minutes with us, showed us two cars in the showroom, and then scheduled an appointment for us to come back. When we came back, the experience was top notch. I didn't feel pressured to buy a car, and Jimmy didn't flood us with information. He took the time to show us around the cars, tell us the difference with BMW, didn't trash talk any other car brand, but was confident in BMW. In the end, I chose the car that was right for me. Gotta say, I've had the car 6 weeks, and while I was hesitant at first, it's the best car purchase I've ever made. This car is a great drive, super responsive, and beautiful inside and out. Anyways, I highly recommend Endras and Jimmy for your BMW needs.

Luisa the Service manager is wonderful she answered my questions with so much patience and support, Also I had an issue with my gas cap, it somehow got out of place and would not close after filling my tank up across the street from Endras, so I drove over after the service was closed, I met Enzo and two other sales guys with him returning from the lot to close up, I shared my problem with them, they went inside and got a new cap and put it on my car right there and said have a good night. Never have I seen such exceptional service, thank you for the help.
I have been coming here for a few years for service of both a convertible BMW and a Mini Cooper. In the past they have staffed female greeters that came across like women in a Robert Palmer music video. (Definitely not irresistible) I am pleased to see less of that recently and hope it does not return with the warmer weather. Service is expensive and I often feel there is an elitist attitude in general. If you enjoy that atmosphere, this is the dealership for you
Chris Shettler is probably one of the best car salesman i have ever dealt with.Honest and very accessible to all my questions while being very patient with me since i was doubting the whole process of buying a car in ebay and from Canada.Kept me updated through the whole process like sending me pictures of the car as it was getting detailed and being loaded on the truck.Provided all the information i would need to make the transaction smoother.The process with AL in florida went smooth as well.The car exceeded my expectations its practically brand new! very very happy with my 435i gran coupe and it even came with goodies.The whole process even made this experience great.I have been recommending Chris already to all my colleagues and would definitely be my first choice of dealership on my next car purchase.

While visiting the dealership for routine servicing of my vehicle, I spoke to one of the pre-owned sales representatives and expressed interest in leasing. He came back to me in minutes with a selection of vehicles (dealership demonstrators) and lease options. He also provided a comprehensive description of advantages and disadvantages of leasing. We closed a deal within two hours and I picked up the car the next day - a remarkable experience in all respects.
