The service my wife and I got at Taylor Audi when purchasing our Q5 was amazing! From the sales team from Sir and Craig to Riley in finance was second to none!
All very professional people and the Manager (Ryan Williams) even came down and spoke with us at length on the details of the Q5.

I am an Audi brand loyalist, but despite having 5 Audi Dealerships to deal with here in the Vancouver area, I will always AND only take my business to Tony Smith & Taylor Audi. Having bought 4 vehicles there in the last 8 years, I can confidently say Tony and the team there are first class from the initial contact to handling financing and every detail of delivery and follow up. Tony's attentive but no-pressure approach to his clients provides a welcome platform for understanding the client's needs and providing a clear picture of what value they are getting for their money. Audi is a premium brand, but when matched with this premium customer service, it takes it to the next level.
They have the most amazing staff and they are all so friendly. When you walk in the door they treat you like family and are very accommodating to your needs and wants.

This was our second experience dealing with Sir and Taylor Audi. We purchased a Q5 last yeat and now a 2013 Toyota Tacoma. Customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. When I raised a few concerns with the Tacoma they were immediately addressed without hesitation. I would highly recommend heading over to Taylor Audi and asking for Sir to help you purchase your next vehicle.

Idk how a dealership like this can live with themselves after completely disrespecting and not caring about what I’ve been wanting fixed, on top of that they love to leave as many finger print marks as possible on the exterior trim of the car even after I clearly told them already to not do that. They also like to make your interior even more dirty, wiping marks, dirt marks on the doors, backseats and even more fingerprints. The servicing department here is a joke and ran by clowns. But what can I do, they’ll never listen anyways so this review is useless.

Tony was excellent and went above and beyond in terms of showing us the SUVs that we were interested in as well as some other options to consider. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He never once was pressuring and made the experience at dealership great. I would highly recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking or considering a luxury vehicle.

I recently purchased a A4 and was so pleased with my experience at Taylor. From the salesman I worked with Yi, who had a gentle informative sales style to the business manager Jennifer who was organized and efficient to the Store Manager Tony who took the time to chat with me and congratulate me on my new purchase. I was so happy with the car, the service and most importantly the people I bought it from. People buy from People . . and the people at Taylor made this sale for me.
Wanted to give a shout out to the folks at Taylor Audi. I just had a baby and my car needed service today. They went out of their way to drop my car off at my home after the work was complete so I didn’t have to bundle the baby up to go and pick it up (thanks Sir!!). I have been a customer with Taylor Audi for almost 10 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with everyone there, from sales to service. The staff is courteous and extremely professional. They know their customers by name, making each visit seem like meeting up with old friends. Thanks again guys!! Five star service. Great to have a place that I don't feel all they want to get my money. Thought I needed a new break but after inspection, they said I do not need a new brake yet. Some other places I've been to would have nicely change the brakes to make the money.
Extremely impressed with Taylor Audi. The entire is crew is very professional, but everyone still maintains a laid back attitude that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the doors. No high pressure sales. Probably one of my best car shopping experiences ever.
Went to look at a wholesale vehicle, made a conditional offer on the car at 12pm. I said I would be back around 5:00pm to recheck the car over. I made an offer on the car. The following morning I was informed that the manager showed the car to one of his friends, and sold it under me, without giving me first refusal. Not professional at all, giving preferential treatment to friends over potential customers.

So, the other customer made up their mind, before or after I spent an hour looking, test driving, and examining the car? Also, the make and year of the car is irrelevant. Whether it’s a 90,000$ Audi or a $2500 wreckage. I messaged the salesman at 7:13 pm, having finished looking at it at 5:54 pm. The dealership closes at 6pm. So, did it sell in that one hour window? (Which of course is outside of business hours so there is no way someone could of been in contact with them, because I sure wasn’t replied too) Or was it the three hour window in the morning that no one replied to me, then all of a sudden there is a massive demand for this incredibly broken little car?
Just shows you this dealerships priorities, and it wasn’t little old me.
Amazing customer attention and focus sets Taylor Audi apart from the other dealerships I've visited. Yi was very friendly and easy to deal with and Jen in finance treated me extremely well. Unfortunately I was a bit too picky so they were unable to get the deal done this time but thanks to them displaying how business should be done i will be back once the used inventory arrives that I'm looking for.

Purchased an RS3 back in August from Taylor Audi. Being an out of province buyer, my Audi specialist Sir K. went above and beyond my expectations. This dealership is awesome. They make their fast charger available at no cost to all who need it and make you feel welcome even when you are driving a competitors vehicle. This is the only fast charger in Regina and travelling across Canada in an EV as we are it is a huge help. Thanks to Craig Moleski who made us feel welcome!!
I recently bought a preowned car from Sir. The service he provided me was unlike any other dealerships I’ve dealt with. He was up front and transparent. He provided me with all the information I asked for. He even told me about minor damages that we missed initially. He got the damages repaired for me at no extra cost. I bought this as out of province so he provided me with shipping companies as well. He followed up with me multiple times during the shipping process. Overall I have only positive things to say about Taylor Audi, the staff I dealt with, especially Sir, were all very friendly and easy to work with. In comparison, the people I dealt with at an Audi dealership in Edmonton was brutal! I felt like I was fighting with them every step of the way. I would recommend Taylor Audi and Sir to anyone looking to buy an Audi even if they don’t live in Regina.

I had a great experience when I visited the place for the first time. I had winter tires changed. They put on the summer tires and did a 35 point inspection. All fine! 9-10 days later I go in for provincial inspection. Now they say there is something wrong with the one of the tires (that they had approved a few days ago) and I would need to replace all the tires. Next there is something which is not working properly in the suspension (my suspension was totally fine before and I have no issues with suspension). Although it is possible that things may have gone south in 9-10 days or they didnt pick it before or taking advantage!
Please make other arrangements elsewhere and understand that not all reviews reflect the accuracy of which it is given. When you are spending $40,000 or $200,000, your money and experience will always be 5 stars. It is after you’ve made that purchase, future trade ins, service work and warranties is where the review really helps identify the accuracy being depicted of that business. Based on my knowledge and many others, there are other alternatives or places that will give you absolute 5 star treatment overall, not just on the purchase. Buyer beware, the star rating says it all! Any rebuttal after, is an admission of failure.
Sir hooked me up with a used Acura. Even though I bought an off make car from Audi he was great. Didn't try to push me in another direction. He made the sales process super easy!
I am very happy with my Q3! It was a bit of an adjustment for me since I downsized significantly from a full size SUV, but it is fun to drive and easy to handle! Everyone at Taylor Audi treated us like family and this was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle! Thank you!

Im so happy with my decision to go with a vehicle from Taylor Audi in Regina. Every aspect of my experience with them has surpassed my expectations. Craig, the sales associate, was easy to talk to, laid back (not pushy), and fully explained everything - I felt confident moving forward with the vehicle I chose. Tune ups are a breeze and shuttle is always on time & friendly. Staff is friendly and actually engage in GENUINE conversation. The best part though, is how much I'm in love with my A4 - haven't regretted my decision once!
