Service is very questionable. Returned 3X's for same issue. Told nothing they could do nothing. Vehicle was under warranty with less than 10k on it. They did follow up with me to find out if i was happy with the Service. I told them the issue and they asked if i would like to talk to the Service Manager. I said absolutely. Never heard from them again. There appears to be quite a disconnect between the Service writer at Kingston Acura and Kingston Honda where the work is done.
Had the issue fixed my another Acura dealer. 8hr job, you think Kingston Acura would have wanted to do this work. I will not be back, poor service poor communication

I was in the market for a new vehicle and based on product reviews and friends who owned acuras in the past, I decided to go forward with an MDX, should the vehicle drive the way I thought it would. I saw one on your web page as being available for sale/lease. When I inquired about the car, I was told that it, in fact, was not available for sale. The sales person didn't seem to have any desire to talk with me further about anything else. I felt it was somewhat false advertising to advertise a vehicle that is actually being used, I was told by the sales rep, as a driver. So, we decided to drive into the dealership to find out more. We were met by the same salesperson when we arrived. She again said the vehicle was not available. I asked if we could test drive an MDX. She said there was nothing available??? I pointed at one sitting on the lot, to which she replied, it was sold. So, I further asked if I could try any mdx and then they could order from another lot (I know from experience that car dealerships do this all the time) she said "we don't do that". At that time I said, we wanted to deal with a local business, but it feels as though you would rather we drive to Ottawa and deal there. She let us walk off the lot without further communication. That day, we drove down the street and within a couple hours became proud owners of a brand new volvo XC60 and haven't looked back since. Based on my personal experience, I would never recommend the acura dealership in Kingston. If I could have given 0 stars to Acura Kingston, I would have.

I Recently got a 2024 Aspec MDX I must say best vehicle I have ever owned, lots of room for my family and a real drivers vehicle. It has everything you can think of and tons of power. The service was top notch, Jacqui was amazing took care of everything for me. This was by far my best buying and service experience of my life. My original review of this dealership showed a 1 star rating. After a follow up call from their Service Manager, I have changed it to a 3. My overall feelings have not changed but I appreciated his call and I’d say “we agreed to disagree” and he made a sincere effort to explain their procedures.
I have a 2019 Acura RDX. I was visiting Kingston and had a display alert stating I had an emergency brake issue. I took it in Monday morning. On a positive note, Zenko the receptionist was extremely helpful and arranged for my car to be checked. They recommended replacing the emergency brake assembly, which I agreed to. They also told me my brakes all needed to be replaced and that the pads were shredding. I declined that work as I did not believe there was anything wrong with the brakes. I drove back home that day and took my car to my Acura dealer in Rochester NY. I was unable to attach their report but they did a complete video for me showing that there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH MY BRAKES. I would advise that you always get a second opinion before you pay for something you don’t need.

Although we were not able to find a used car that met our needs at Kingston Acura I would strongly recommend this dealership. Jacqui Fitzgerald was excellent to deal with. She was honest and no pressure and she worked hard to try and find something that we would be happy with. She communicated often through email to keep us up to date on options that might be coming in. The sales manager was also honest and great to deal with in the few conversation we had with him involved.

Great service from Jacqui ! Non pushy sales approach is great very pleasurable not a typical sales person. Aaron Sales Manager is also great to deal with. Dealership seems kind of empty with only 2 employees in it. Maybe that's how they keep the prices down !! Service and Pricing definitely worth the drive from Ottawa/Gatineau area. Plus Kingston beautiful city ask Jacqui she will tell you where to find everything best patio, bakery etc...

I am totally disappointed with Kingston Acura and it’s joint dealership Kingston Honda where the service is done.I have purchased 7 vehicles from them including 2 of their flagship RLX.My RLX has been undrivable for the past 10 weeks.It has no A/C or fan and I have had to drive it with all windows and the sun roof open to try to deal with this summers heat.The service department which is almost impossible to contact will not return my several requests to speak to the service manager.The repair delay is based on difficulty obtaining the necessary parts required due to covid I am told.I have asked for a courtesy vehicle during this delay but have been told by the assistant service manager on repeated occasions loaners are illegal during covid.This is a total misappropriation of the truth.This organization has no customer loyalty,their service department is not only extremely difficult to contact and when you can get through to them they treat you like you are a nuisance complainer.
I have no problems with their sales staff who have always been very professional and helpful but unfortunately for them I will never buy another vehicle from this organization.#buyer beware if you are looking to be treated well by the Kingston Acura dealership.

Sales is mediocre at best. Sparce sales staff, and if you need attention you may be in for a long wait. Service is horrible. Your Acura is serviced by the next door Honda dealer with minimum bays. Nobody seems happy . This has to stem from the leadership of the dealer principals. You will be in for long waits, and high prices. Go to another city for Acura service. Be warned.

Recently purchased our second Acura RDX from Kingston Acura.
While this dealer isn’t as large as some it works to their advantage. From the moment you walk in you are promptly greeted and actually respected as not only a customer but part of their family.
I have purchased many new vehicles over 35 years. This dealer is by far one of the best if you want a fair negotiated price.
Top regards to Jacqui. Absolutely the most pleasant sales representative I’ve worked with. Takes the time and explains everything about the sale, stays in touch up to delivery. Jacqui further introduces all the features of the vehicle, (and there are many) before driving away.
Sales Manager Doug McMillan, is equally as pleasant. Takes the time to ensure everything goes as planned. Very personable to speak with!
Upon delivery the vehicle was a gem. Detailed to perfection, which further indicates the level of service from all departments involved.
I’m a rather picky customer, but have nothing but top compliments towards the family at Kingston Acura!

I went in with what I thought was an extended warranty covered issue. Apparently the warranty didn't cover all of the issue. The GM and service manager understood why I was perplexed and because I do all of my servicing at the dealership for both SUV's they were able to help out. The SUV now runs like new.

Wanted to see if my 2006 acura had a takata airbag recall, called right when they said they opened on a weekday and nobody answered. I call again 30 minutes later, no one again. Third time about 1 hour later I finally get through, but I needed my VIN which I didn't have on me at the time, so I had to call back another time. I call back after work about 1 hour from the posted closing time no one picks up again (surprise, surprise....). I call back 30 minutes and the lady says all the service people are already off shift and cannot help me (kind of got the vibe, it's closing time, don't want to help you). I call back the next day about 9-10am TWICE and finally get through and run my VIN. Do you guys only have 1 person on the phones? Literally called 7 times and you pick up twice. Anyways bad experience, I called the Honda dealership in Brockville ONCE and they picked up on the first try, get your game together.

New RDX, tires need alignment, had a minor vibration since new. Unfortunately I have to pay for this. Should have taken it back day I picked it up. Back brakes locking up, very noisy squealing and grinding. Hope this is warranty! A few lessons learned here today. Cost $84.61 apparently vibration still there, might be tires according to mechanics

Staff are very friendly and take excellent care of you while you wait for your car to be serviced. On all but one visit a brand new "loaner" car was offered for use while my oil change / scheduled maintenance was completed. If you do decide to stick around they have a nice lounge with leather chairs, a TV, wide variety of coffees, granola bars, juice boxes, etc. The service center is actually in the building next door at Honda but you can bring your vehicle directly to Acura and they will drive it over and back for you. A car wash after service is always complimentary although I often skip it to save time. Dealerships can definitely learn a lesson or two in customer service from Kinston Acura.
