Their salesman called me saying someone is interested in my car and they will offer a "good trade-in value" for it. When I went in, I was offered the LOWEST trade in value I've ever seen and I have been to many dealerships. A week later, a different salesman called me saying someone was interested in my car and asked me to come in. However, this salesman did not even get my car model correct when they were calling. They just want you to go into their showroom. If you want to trade in your car, I'd advise going to any other dealership. You will most likely get a higher trade in value than here and they won't give you a bs story to get you into their showroom.
I came here to purchase a car that was traded in and was greeted by Anton. He was super friendly and was comfortable answering any questions I may have had, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
The following week, I went in to get my brakes done and again was greeted by Anton (along with several other friendly staff). While I was waiting in the lobby, Anton and his colleagues went out of their way to make sure I made myself comfortable (e.g. offered me donuts, tea, updating me on the status of the repair). Of course, the repair went excellently as well.
I have had nothing but positive experiences at Burrard Acura. Their team is not only technically skilled at what they do, but they are also extremely hospitable and receptive of customer feedback. Anton in particular makes a great name for Burrard Acura. Needless to say, I will be back for whatever servicing my vehicle may need in the future.
I bought car from Anton and it was a very good experience. When I could not drive the car from the snow and had to come back from the island to pick up Anton offered to meet me with the car at the Ferry. I took the car back and make it in time for work. He did this very early morning and on his day off. Very happy with the car and I will tell my friends and family to go see him for any cars because his service is excellent. I bought the 2020 ILX A-Spec Premium this past Sunday, and it was a very easy process all thanks to Anton. I had called Burrard Acura a few days before I made the purchase to confirm with them if they had the model I wanted in store and Anton had notified me it was arriving the next day. Knowing that I was coming in the next day to take a look at the car Anton had the car detailed and cleaned right before I arrived. Excellent service and the staff there (James) always finds a way to accommodate what I need done. My car is not even a new car, it is a 2012 but they still treat me with great service. Definitely the top (and only) Acura dealership in the lower mainland that promotes this brands image and I think HQ and all other Acura dealerships in the area need to use Burrard Acura as a measuring stick to what they have to do.

Do not leave your car with these people. They are shady. Two days after getting my car back from them my battery (new) shorted and the computer malfunctioned. It was working fine before I dropped it off. They wanted another service fee to look at it again. Odd coincidence it broke right after receiving it back from them. Also it took 3 days to get my car back with no complimentary car to drive.
As well as they said I wouldn’t need to pay labour on top of my warranty claim (only parts). Yet when the bill came I indeed needed to pay for labour.
Also I asked them for a copy of my extended warranty I bought from THEM and no one ever got back to me after leaving multiple messages on multiple voicemails. They don’t care once they take your money. I also don’t see why they wouldn’t have any record of it at the service centre it’s right next to the office I bought it from.
The guy who drops you off and picks you up was nice though.
I live in Richmond and only came to this location because I was told of the great sales team here and referred to a salesmen named Anton by family. Anton is a very professional salesmen who was very accommodating and listened to my needs for my family. I did end up buy a new car and the managers were very good and gave me a fair price for my trade in. I highly recommend seeing Anton for a new car!

I went to Burrard Acura looking for a car. I spoke with Oscar and he made me feel at ease. So nerve racking... He was friendly, and he only was around if I needed to ask him questions. I really liked his personality. I ended it with a car that was fair priced and Oscar even called me a little later to see how I was doing and offered any help. I haven't purchased a car in over 16 years and there were so many buttons; Oscar helped me out. Thank you Oscar - please see him for the great service. This is probably the best service I've received at any dealership. Moved to Vancouver and struggled with not having a go to garage and hesitant to pay dealership prices. But their service made it worth it. Been there 3 times now and each time the service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

I bought a newer TL from them and after a few months I had some problems with the tires and the alignment. The person I was dealing with told me it wasn’t covered under the extended warranty I bought, and that I would need to pay for new tires and the alignment myself. I went back a month later and spoke with Norman the service manager, and he concluded that because I had only bought the recently that they would fix the problem and replace the tires. At first I was mad at them for selling me a problem, but at the end of the day they stood behind their product.
