Great service! While looking for a used SUV I was served by Paul who found me a practically brand new vehicle for a fraction of the price. Paul and his colleagues very friendly and helpful in finding me the right SUV for my needs. After I bought the vehicle I noticed an unusual noise coming from the steering, I advised Paul who had me come in for a mechanic to check. They immediately ordered the parts and had the problem repaired at no charge. I was very satisfied with the whole experience, especially the personalized service from Paul, and highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase.

Excellent service. Went in for routine fluid changes and they had finished quicker than the time given = less wait time. Found it convenient to have received text message letting me know my car was finished as well as a link to pay for the invoice ahead of time which lead to a quick and easy checkout.

I recently bought a RDX A-Spec at this dealership, and had a great experience from the test drive to dealing with the paperwork, and all the way to the delivery of my brand new car. Sabrina was the finance manager who helped me with the paperwork and she was great. She explained everything in detail as we move along with signing the papers. Out of know where while I was going Audi Richmond, I stopped in front of Acura dealership for the last chance to Acura and that was where everything goes well for me!Acura Car specialist Michelle was so helpful, she and manager over there where really transparent and made everything clear to me. In fact, they are respecting their customers and they know their customers are educated and knows everything these days. Finally I got what I was looking for, the car the trim , the color, even interior!! Everything on track. I was looking to purchase an SUV for my parents. I had the good fortune of being contacted by Michelle Louie from Richmond Acura. She listened to what I was looking for and directed me to a couple vehicles that would fit my criteria. She didn't up sell me or push me towards a higher priced vehicle. I purchased a 2018 TLX from Michelle Louie at Richmond Acura in October 2018. I visited the dealership to view a car advertised on their website and when I asked a salesman if I could see the car, he told me to go find the car at the back of their lot. I looked around but couldn't find the car and waited for him to come help me but he didn't come, so I decided to leave and I saw the salesman standing inside, staring at me as I drove away. If he had come out to help me, I probably would have bought the car from him. I had previously bought a vehicle from the dealership and was pleased with the service that I received so I decided to come back a week later to give them another chance.
On my second visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle as I walked in to the dealership. I asked her about the car I was looking for and she was more than happy to walk with me to find the car. During the test drive, she answered all of my questions and explained the features available on the model. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and she was not pushy or aggressive in her approach. She didn't try to use any high pressure sales tactics. Throughout the buying process, she was professional, polite and considerate of my time and promptly answering my questions/issues. She followed up with me a few times after the purchase to see if I had any questions or concerns. I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Michelle and will be happy to refer family/friends in the market for a vehicle to pay her a visit.

OK... I've dealt with a few Acura dealerships before but I have never experienced a service dept that is so rude. Teresa Fung should not be representing the Acura brand... she is rude, crude and treats customers like they had purchased a Kia. Her negative demeanor needs to be addressed. I will be sending a letter to Acura Corporate and I really hope they send a mystery shopper to the service dept at Richmond Acura. Teresa seems to chastise customers for absolutely no reason. Next time I'm there and if I experience the same level of rude service from her, she better be ready for the earful she will get from me.
Larry Bartyik is the guy you should meet!! Me, my wife, and my son were there, we had our relative dropped us off, Larry was very kind to let us keep our baby carseat with him, because our relative needed to go work and we needed to go shop around in the area. We purchased our RDX 2014 on June 3rd, he gave us the best deal and the best service which everything we ever hoped for! I HIGHLY recommend Larry! If you ever need to shop there, you will notice that he is the only caucasian working there in Sales and Lease Consultant, and he looks a lot like Jerry Springer :O) Ask for Larry, and you won't regret it!!
