Long review but worth the read before you buy from this place!!!!
When you have problems is when you find out what kind of dealer your buying from. Pray you don't have any problems. Brought a brand new Jeep, leaked a big oil puddle day 1 with 59 km, not 59,000....59. Not just a small oil spot, it was at least 18 inches across and that was from being parked in my garage the first night I took it home. Does that sound like a manufacturer defect, does to me.
Must have been a problem before they gave it to me but they said they wouldn't take it back. They wanted to fix it under warranty, I complained with no luck, had no choice but to leave my brand new truck with the shop. Got it back 1 week later took it home and left it running in my driveway, looked underneath and saw oil dripping still!. This time even more than the first time. I called FCA, spoke to the manager nothing, no remorse, no let's try to figure this out all they keep saying is let our mechanics look at it. It's a brand new truck, you had it for 1 week and put your best technician on it and it still leaked. I finally said lets trade it in hoping that they'd give me a break and try to be fair, after all I traded in a great car with no problems to take on a brand new car with problems!! Tried to trade it in for a RAM 1500 this time, they appraised my truck that I drove 2 days and wanted to give me $3,000 less than what I paid for it!! Can you believe it, I was shocked I thought OK maybe they'll give me an amazing price on the 1500. Thy quote they came with was the same number they showed me the previous week when I asked about the 1500 before I changed my mind and went with the Jeep. Basically, they did nothing to try and help out a customer of theirs.
I went into see the sales manager, they told me he's busy, I could see nobody was in his office, so I said I'll wait. They then told me he has a sales meeting, I told them I'll wait, I waited almost an 1 hr before going in to see him. I could see him looking out at me trying to look busy as people went in and ou
Just picked up a 2019 Ram 1500 crew from here. Sales guy was Joey. I can’t say enough about my experience. Joey was professional, he did not push the sale at all. I went in explained what I wanted and he put it all together. he was understanding of my wants and needs. Great person Great personality. I totally recommend Joey. Make the visit, well worth it....

He catered to my interests and showed me a bunch of great cars that I was interested in. I am super happy with my purchase and recommend this dealership to everyone!

Just purchased a 2018 Ram and the service here was awesome. The salesman was very helpful and patient with the process in order to accommodate what fit my needs best, both personally and financially. Everything was smooth up until the very end and they really followed through with everything they promised from the start. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle here because they treat you like a priority, not a dollar sign.

Just had my vehicle serviced at this location and I can confidently say this is the only dealership I will take my cars to. From start to finish first class 5 star service especially the advisor Sonam! She really knows what she is doing very impressive. I also had the pleasure of meeting the awesome shuttle driver Brian who went out of his way to drop me off and pick me up exactly on time when my vehicle was ready. The absolute worst dealership I've ever been to. Brought my 2014 jeep cherokee for an oil change and less than 500KM later my whole system malfunctioned while driving and my car became unresponsive and unable to control. I almost got rear ended into oncoming traffic. Brought my jeep back there to fix it and they said nothing was wrong with it. Next day same thing happens with the malfunction. Never going there again....STAY AWAY!!!!
I had an awful experience while purchasing an Audi A7. I was lied to and treated with no respect by several salesperson's and managers here. I had purchased a warranty that was over $4,000 and they drove my car an additional 361km's before I picked it up and therefore taking that off of the warranty kms. They also charged me $50 for filling up my car and as soon as I hit the road I realized the car was empty. When I went back to inform them about charging me for the gas they threatened to call the police if I don't get off their property. Absolutely no professionalism in the way they deal with customers and situations. I was very disappointed and would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.
I was told to ask for TJ the manager, I did. He was a total gent, he sen mem out to the lot with Ionas Theophilou . Lovely lovely guys and such a great experience!!
I went in Tuesday and drive in my new car Wed. I highly recommend this dealership, nice people, fair pricing!!

I recently purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Sport model from Caledon Chrysler. The buying experience was top notch, and my salesperson, Ionas, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ionas made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended! I will definitely come and see him again when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.
I took my vehicle in to fix a cracked coolant reservoir and get an oil change. They charged me nearly $500 which I was fine with and they told me everything else was good, the very next day my check engine light started coming on intermittently. I called them to ask about it and they told me I could bring it in and they could attempt to diagnose the issue but assured me that no matter what it was it would have nothing to do with whatever service they did.
An issue that I had never had in my 5 years in my Dodge Journey that suddenly appears the day after I first take it into this dealership for service and they can guarantee it's nothing to do with them but are happy to charge me to diagnose whatever it is.
You have to wonder how a new issue cropped up so quickly and they know it's nothing they could have done.
Would not recommend service here.
