Do NOT put a deposit on a car at this place!!! Do not make the same mistake I did. They say refundable but yet they give you a hard time when you ask for it back. How dare you Mazda! I did not sign a contact, the deposit was just to hold the car while I make a decision. I am NOT bind to anything legally. Completely ridiculous!
Worst customer service, pushy and just complete arrogance. Please do not shop at this location. I know Mazda cars are great from what I hear but do not give this location your money. Go somewhere else and Mazda hire some better people to work here.
Yeah, Brossard Mazda gave me the best price on my CX5 compared to other dealerships, but when I went to go pick up my vehicle, they prepared the wrong one!!! I had to go back a second time to pick up the correct vehicle which was really disappointing and inconvenient. How one mixes up VIN's I have no idea. Maybe their employees can't read? It was also my first time buying a new car and I was never mentioned to bring a certified cheque for the deposit I was prepared to make. Well, they ended up having to absorb the credit card charges and I got a lot of credit card points as a result. You'd think that they would make something like this clear for both parties.
There also seems to be communication and clarity issues between client, customer service and the mechanics... sometimes they didn't fix things on my list of things to address or if they did, they wouldn't put back panels or leave parts in my vehicle they should have discarded/thrown away!!
Of course they say courtesy cars are available, but they always seem to be out when I need one...
I try to avoid this dealership as much as I can. Unfortunately, my vehicle has a recall to address, so I might have to go back... I still have a few other issues that should be covered under warranty too... Crossing my fingers...
I don't see myself buying another vehicle from them ever again. If they can save me 4 digits again, maybe I'll just think about it and then never go back for service ever.
Everything was fine during the sale of a used car. During the process we were told that if there were any problems that we had a month to contact them to let them know. We noticed in the first week that there were multiple places where the rubber around the doors was coming off and that one of the mud guards was coming off. Simple repairs for a garage to do and they have all the right pieces on hand. We waited two weeks to get an appointment and they told us that they wouldn't do the repair because it was only aesthetic.
Honestly, how much would it have cost you to just do it? A few cents and it wouldn't even have taken half and hour. I will never purchase a car from this dealership again. If you want to have a good reputation, respect your customers!
