Byron and Louie were excellent to deal with. Since we wanted to reduce trips to (and time at) the dealership due to the COVID situation, Byron helped us quite a bit over the phone. He was very professional, informative & responsive and helped me through most of the process before even having to step foot in the dealership. He had everything arranged for us when we showed up and we were very impressed with the vehicle that we'd settled on. Louis in finance was also very pleasant and helpful. Both of them were very patient with me throughout the whole process and we would be happy to recommend either of them to any of our friends and family. We look forward to working with them again.
I am disgusted and shocked at the service I have experienced today at this dealership. After taking the car out for a test drive within minutes of arriving back and initiating finance discussions I was informed that I had to urgently put down a deposit or agree to buy or someone else was going to take the car... and they did!
After booking an appointment to visit the showroom, take the car for a test drive and discuss finance/cash options I was told that another customer had shown up and was interested in the car. I accept that these kind of tactics are sometimes used to assess if there is a genuine interest in the car so I made my intentions clear that I was serious about a purchase and took the car out for a test drive. On my return 10 minutes later i was given 2 options, cash price and 1 finance option and told that the other customer wants to take the car out for a test drive if i'm not interested. I reminded the salesperson (Fiona) that I was serious and that I had to evaluate the payment options. Fiona said that I should put a deposit down so that the car could not be sold and while i felt this was pushy I was serious so I agreed to do so with the understanding that the finance or the offer had to be discussed. In the time from me walking from her desk to the finance managers desk the other customer was allowed to put down a deposit and effectively take the sale away from me. I was back in the showroom for only 10 minutes and in that time another sales person (despite knowing i had booked to see the car) had pushed me off the sale of the car for someone else. I cant believe that a BMW dealership would allow for that kind of service. I don't think its unreasonable to give someone who has made an appointment to see the car at least 20-30 minutes to make a considerable financial decision before allowing another customer any where near the car. I could understand if i had said, "I need to think, Give me a day" but i was in the process of talking through finance options!!
Safe to say, I will be looking elsewhere for my new car.

Bought my first car and Jose was extremely helpful and patient during test drive. Vinci even went above and beyond to come out to greet us when we finalize the deal. Andrew the financial services manager also went over all the extended warranty options with me and picked the best one for me. Overall, the customer service I received here was excellent!

My experience at BMW Auto West with Paul surpassed by expectations. I went in to get a new daily vehicle to drive to and from work. The worst BMW dealer I’ve been to for service. The manager did not honour the price we agreed upon over the phone prior to my appointment, when coming to the dealership in person. Furthermore they charge shop supplies fees and environmental fees on a wheel alignment. Which is absolute nonsense and the customer should not be paying for because it’s just another way to extort you for more money. Although I had them waive it at the end, the service advisor gave a bs reason for the charges and couldn’t explain the reason properly.
Extremely pleased time and time again with all aspects of service at Auto West BMW. We know the fabric of a good organization is with its people and those who lead them. If you would like to have a care free and very respectful experience, purchase your vehicle there.

My first time at BMW and it was such a horrible experience already. I asked to test drive the X5 over Mother's Day weekend and was assigned to salesman Kevin Yang. He literally dropped off the keys to me and said, '"check the car yourself and see if there are any damages now. If not, you are responsible for any tickets and damages during the test drive." I expected him to go on the test drive with me and explain some of the features but that did not happen. He just waltz his way back into the showroom as if we didn't matter at all. After coming back from test drive he asked if today was just a test drive or want more info. I told him that i wanted some finance and lease quotes but he already didn't look pleased. We sat down and he asked for some profile information. As I was telling him, he paused me and said, "If you just want a rough idea of the price i can just tell you right now. " Sounded that he did not want to help at all. I told him i wanted a print out quote... he responded that BMW does not give quotes out on paper. I looked at him in shock... i pulled out my quote from Land Rover to show him and asked, "BMW doesn't give quotes on paper like this?" He then said, "Ok." Without asking what packages or options i wanted, he picked whatever he wanted for me, which was a base car and handed me the paper quotes. Did not explain anything on the paper. I was speechless with the whole experience. Absolute no customer service AT ALL. This whole time he acted like he didn't want to help and that I was just wasting his precious time. Just because i look less mature and smaller in size, is this how BMW judge their customers? I am absolutely appalled by this experience. I hope they teach their salesman how to treat customers because this definitely was not it. I can't believe he's titled as Silver Sales Master! HOW? This location doesn't even deserve the 1 star that I had to give them. I gave my business to another location that gave me the customer experience I should've received here.

Bought a car recently Autowest BMW and was helped by Danny Lu. I don't usually leave feedback, but the level of service provided was exceptional. He provided me with different options and was very thorough throughout the process without the car salesman pushy aggressive hustle. His level of service was the reason why I decided to make the purchase (was looking at another one at a different dealership). At the end of it, I actually had an issue with the iDrive system, which I went back to fix. Danny was able to waive that charge for me for both the servicing and parts. All in all, good service from beginning to end, and even after the initial sale.
Probably the worst dealership in the greater Vancouver area. A friend had to cancel an order due to reasons beyond his control ( The ordered X5 hadn't even arrived yet ), this dealership wouldn't refund the purchase. Just be aware whatever money you give them you'll never see it again for ANY reason. Service was accompanied with a lot of attitude, probably because we had a reasonable request. Dishonest dealership, will never buy car from here. It's funny how many generic paid reviews they have here.

The sales process was good with the sales team eager and willing to make a sale, I would definitely buy my next car from this dealership.
Servicing my car with Auto West BMW is like being a celebrity. Everyone treats you well from the service advisor to the lot attendant. They also have an amazing free service where they chauffeur you in a 7 series to the airport. I went on a business trip for 2 days and they serviced my car and detailed it. Not only that, it was waiting for me at the airport upon arrival in brand new condition. I would recommend anyone with a BMW to get it serviced at Auto West BMW!
