I took another appointment with them, to fix whatever was not repaired in the first place. This time service was excellent. I was also offered free coffee. BUT service should be EXCELLENT for EVERYONE, AT ALL TIMES.
It's not a welcoming place as for the service department.
1. No one smiles at you, and you asking me if I want a coffee is more from obligation. I didn't really feel like my business is important to you. 2. No welcome word at the service counter from Patrick.
3. I had to say my name myself once at the counter before I was even asked and he pulled up another name in the computer, which was not me. I expected to be told right away what the scheduled maintenance means for a 120.000 km car.
4. Patrick told me that you are closing your service department at 4:30, therefore I was asked to come back again for another operation on my car.
5. At the end, before paying the bill, you're supposed to explain to me what you did on my car, which you didn't. I just had to ask and I felt rushed out of your business.
6. Also, the person on charge of making the phone calls to confirm or remind the appointment is supposed to speak basic business English in order for that to be professional. Her English is bad enough and should not work in a customer service department.
7. I asked Patrick to have the undertray checked because it vibrates at higher speeds. I know what the problem is because I saw it myself at another garage. One of the screws is missing or the part that keeps it attached to the car body. They reconnected the fog connector instead of correcting the issue !!! I came back home and there is the same vibrating noise under my car. You wrote on the report: "Rien vu d'autre d'anormal". Ah, non? Je peux vous le montrer moi-même! You did NOT do your job!
8. I also asked to check the wipers, to get new ones. I know sometimes you have a deal on the 4-season wipers. You did NOT check them, and you did not offer me nothing.
This was my experience with you. It's ridiculous!

Wanted to exchange my vehicle for cx-3 . I showed him the canadian black book average asking price and wanted to buy my vehicle for 5k less than its worth. The sales person also did not arrive on time i had to wait longer than usual. Terrible negotiations. If i can id give a zero.

J'ai été extrêmement satisfaite. Je n'y connais rien aux voiture et Jonathan le jeune homme qui ma servie a prit tout le temps nécessaires pour répondre a mes questions. Tout le monde a le sourire en passant des vendeurs, mécaniciens ou même les gens du casse croûte. C'est immense et il y a un petit resto avec wifi. Merci pour la belle expérience je retournerai plus ailleur. :)

Best dealership I have been to - I live in mtl but would rather drive 40 minutes to albi for my service as they actually honor thier appointment times. They dont ask you to leave the car for the day to change your oil *cough* maza gabriel.... There is a kids play area thats bigger than my house a restaurant and a hair salon. Bought 2 vehicles from them couldnt be happier. Only thing negative to say is that the agent that sells you the group insurrance is a bit of a hustler.If you purchase from them watch out for that . As for the car insurance they have agents affiliated with them that give awsome rates check them out also.
