A Family Car that No Longer Looks Like One

The 2013 Ford Taurus is more sporty and muscular looking than before. It has a cleaner looking grill
and Ford has stretched the front for 2013. The Taurus has been transformed from a boring family car to a
highway cruiser. Fuel economy is 9.2L/100km in the city and 6.2 L/100km on the highway.

In the interior you will find many of the changes that have been made to the 2013 Taurus. It is made with
better materials than what was found in previous renditions of the Taurus.

The old twist knobs and raised buttons have been replaced by a cleaner looking design and there is a flat
panel in the center of the dashboard that has soft touch buttons. This system was designed after the Ford
Edge and Lincoln MKX. Generation Y will love this new technology and cleaner car that makes it look
more upper class.

The navigational system offers many outstanding features that you will love. However it does tend to
smudge and sometimes feels a little too cluttered. The car has a USB port and Bluetooth capabilities.

Most people love the interior because it is quiet. The 2013 Taurus has thicker glass and more insulation
which keeps down the sound on the inside.

With the 2013 Taurus, you get a nicely acquainted cabin. The seats are really comfortable and the front
seats offer a lot of legroom. There are elliptical mirrors on the side that provide you with a better view of
the road. The rearview is open and gives you an outstanding view of what is behind the vehicle.

The trunk has a lot of room. It is excellent for carrying groceries or taking on a camping trip. The trunk
has extra room thanks to a different back seating configuration. There is not a lot of legroom in the back,
but the seats are really comfortable. The trunk lacks a button on it to open the trunk.

You can get a 3 Liter, V6 engine in the Ford Taurus. The two turbo charged eco-options are outstanding
choices. One option is a 2.0 liter, 4 cylinder engine which produces 240 horsepower. There is also the 3.5
liter eco-boost engine that gets 335 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque.

The technology used in the Ford Taurus is better than ever and will ensure your safety. The company’s
improved curve control and torque vectoring devices are now available on the Taurus. Curve control will
slow down the car and prevent accidents if the car is going faster than it should around a corner. Torque
vectoring adds slight braking force to the front wheel when accelerating out of a corner.

Overall the 2013 Ford Taurus is an exciting car. Especially since it is sporty and can double as a family
car. With advanced safety features, you will enjoy a safer, more comfortable ride no matter where you
go. There is little not to like about this model and the transformation it has gone through for 2013.
