Special thanks to Andy and Geovany of Erin Mills Acura for helping me get my dream car. I've been shopping around for cars for a year and I couldn't get approve. Went to their dealership and within few days they got me approved, and I couldn't be happier. They explained everything to me before signing the contract which is helpful. However there's some dents in the car that I didn't notice when I checked the car but it's not a big deal. Just make sure check the car especially when it's a used car.
At first i was not sure if should get my vehicle serviced due to what we are facing currently. However i was completely blown away with the amount of professionalism and precautions they took. I felt very, very safe bringing my vehicle in for servicing and will continue to do so during these times.
I did not step a foot inside the building, i did not even meet anyone face to face, i dropped my vehicle off, went home, got a call my vehicle was ready the same day, paid my bill over the phone, my vehicle was outside sanitized and ready to be picked up. Be aware! Prepare to get ripped off. Sales personnel is always rushing you into adding more unnecessary (useless) options which will quickly add $500+ to your vehicle. Trying to make us feel bad for choosing the price range simply because they are greedy to make more money off of you as a naive customer who they think won't know anything. I will not recommend this dealership to people who don't want to piss away their hard-earned money. You could get ripped off on incentives that you are entitled to all because you do not know any better so they can get away with it.
This is a great dealership that I have been visiting since buying my Acura in 2006. Acura makes such reliable cars that will keep you going hassle free if you just keep doing the regular maintenance. Acura also has a maintenance minder that reminds you when service is due. I am still driving my Acura and now my son is driving it too. I needed a second car so I visited Erin Mills Acura and they had a nice 2014 Honda Civic for sale. Geovany was very helpful and purchase was hassle free. Best of all, Erin Mills Acura certified the car and also exchanged the existing tires with brand new tires. Everyone is very nice, polite and professional at this dealership. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car.

This place is the best. I am on my third acura not because I have issues with them but because my family was getting bigger so I had to up size. The staff at this dealership are amazing, friendly and caring I feel like I am going to my family to get my car service except that I have to pay them. My service rep Kathryn who has been looking after me and my family since we started going there always make sure we're doing well and being taken care of, this is why I find it hard to go anywhere else. Great cars and amazing service 10+ to Kathryn and everyone that works there.
I drove to Erin mills Acura because my radio wasn't working and as i was waiting in line Michelle walked by and asked if she could assist me. I explained the radio wasn't working so she came outside and checked some code on the vehicle, went back inside and came out and fixed the radio! I didn't even need to drop the car off. Upon recommendation by a colleague of mine, I had visited Erin Mills Acura and got my car serviced with Alan.

The service department in Erin Mills Acura are great. Omar did a fine job servicing my 2016 Toyota Corolla S and there is no mistake about it. Hopefully, he will be employee of the month lol. I have seen that there are some good and some bad reviews for this Acura dealership. The review I am leaving is not based on dealer experience but based on Acura's in general. I basically never go to the dealership for service as they always overcharge labour and you can find good service shops that can give you the service you really need. This review is based on my family collectively owning a fleet of Acuras dating back to over 10 years ago with a CL. Since then we have had an Integra, (Honda) Prelude, MDX, a second CL, and recently a TL (that's just family, lots more friends have Acuras). These cars carry an amazing amount of features at a great price, but the big kicker is the quality and performance. With oil changes and proper maintenance any Acura is built to last. You can pay the same price for a competitive brand but you will lack quality, or you can spend 30%-50% more and get that quality but I would prefer to have that money in my pocket and drive an Acura. I have no friends or invested interest at this dealership nor do I really care how many cars Acura sells because they will be in business anyway. I am writing because I want people to know that these cars are great value, they perform, and they last. My last one got up to 356K and was still running. I only sold to upgrade, not because it died.
Want luxury and sport you can depend on? You just found it. I would just consider finding a different service center as the comments below indicate but you won't find better value in a car.
P.S. Acura if you are reading this, can you please change the body on the 4th gen TL? The 3rd gen looks so much nicer which is why I bought one.
