Avoid this dealership at all costs. Their sales staff are dishonest and will make all types of intriguing promises to get you into the dealership. Once there, they back out of everything they've promised and continue to lie and offer the worst customer service imaginable. They are very unprofessional and truly lack the customer service skills and values.
After contacting a few dealerships I received a call from Shelly & Shazad telling me they would give me a wash or close to on my 2018 Escape for a new F150. All others dealership were giving me realistic numbers in which I appreciated their honesty. I thanked Shelly from East Court via text for their time and told them I was going with another dealership. She in return texted me and stated if I go into East Court Ford Lincoln they would give me a wash on my trade. At this point I received confirmation from Peter, Shelly & Shazad that I'd get a wash or close to on my 2018 Escape. They assured me that they are the top two dealerships in Canada and strive to give their customers 100% satisfaction. Taking their word and written confirmation for it, I went into the dealership and was utterly disappointed to find out that they backed out on their promise and offered me peanuts on my trade. I showed them all the written text communication from Shelly on her offer and they still refused to honor the offer. The staff at this dealership rely on their dirty tactics and lies to get you into the dealership and the fact that they actually believe this will entice a customer to make a purchase is laughable, and quite frankly disgusting.
After purchasing 4 Ford vehicles in the past and having great experiences, this experience at East Court Ford Lincoln by far goes down as the WORST customer service experience EVER!!!

I bought my new car there because the price was right. Apart from that my experience had been only average. Sales rep was too busy to attend to me in spite of me showing interest in buying the car. I was called in after locking in the price but after arrival they ducked me and said the car is no longer available and I had to pay more to get the car with the color I wanted.
Go to them if you want good price, if you want superior service go elsewhere.

Be careful dealing with this dealership, make promises they won,t honour. Bought new vehicles years ago with a life time oil change, but after warranty refused to honour there agreement, have the add to prove this offer they gave me if I purchased the vehicle. I wrote to the owner and the GM. They did not even have the curtousy to respond to my two letters. Iam sure there are many more other customers out there that they refused to honour their commitment.
I really liked the professional approach these good folks took to give me details of the vehicle I was interested in. They were clear on the options available and of course what were the most appropriate deals available at the time. Keep up the great work.

I came in to speak with Mr. Vineet Midha, the General Sales Manager, regarding the F150 . My husband and I were in the middle of negotiating with another dealer and things were not going well at all. Mr. Midha was very pleasant and helpful and I fully intended to return with my husband. To make a long story short, we ended up buying from the original dealer, having made an even better deal than anticipated, but at the expense of a very unpalatable experience. He could not have done more to facilitate a pleasant experience, even offering his own car as a loaner when shipment was delayed through no fault of his. I just bought a new 2014 fusion from East-court Ford. The sales told me optional package price unhaggle provided is not correct and the rebate is after tax not before tax as unhaggle provided. It would be totally more than $1000 difference on the price.
Bought a Ford F-150 from East Court Ford last month. Unhaggle gave me the information I needed, East Court contacted me within 24 hours and I bought the truck in about 20 minutes. Picked it up with a liner and folding cover on the back installed. All very efficient. I got a great price and more importantly my time was not wasted. I am a professional and do not have time to waste.
It was hard to make a deal, but the deal was done, the service are very good.

1. Went for Oil change. Also, had an Engine light on Dash. Was asked to return next day,on Monday. Lady attendant told me, it is under warranty, as mileage was un der 80,000 km
2. Went back on Monday. Am told that I will have to pay, as it is outside warranty- more then 3 years . Had to get car checked for the light.
Ended payin g nearly $ 300 !!
I travelled 20 km each way, just because I was told that it will be under warranty. (a) wasted time. ( b) could be less ex pensive with my private garage !

Jatin from the service department and his team did an amazing job with helping us get our vehicle repaired after we were involved in an accident and had to open an insurance claim. They also helped deal with our insurance company, which wasn't being nice to deal with... The body work looks great and can't tell it was in an accident. They even dropped off our rental vehicle on our behalf which was very nice! Great place and great people!
Walking into this dealership I was a little hesitant because of previous dealerships I had been to. Prem and Mitchell were able to listen to me and match all my needs with the perfect truck and perfect payment plan that worked for me. I called Mike S on the phone after a friend recommended him to me. I had been shopping for an EDGE for my mother and had been doing my research. Mike gave me the best all in price right off the bat. Usually my experience with East Court is great (been in twice before for service) But in December, after dealing with two other completely DIMWITTED service reps that didn't even bother to take a look at the obvious paint issue with my 2016 Focus before telling me it wouldn't be covered when I came in to see about warranty work (was covered under bumper-to-bumper warranty), and having one GOOF (younger possibly Asian male, black hair with a ponytail) tell me my warranty was up even though I KNOW for a fact it was still in date as per customer support, I finally encountered Sacha Baggdassarian at East Court Ford. And let me tell you, this guy is the man. I didn't want special treatment, just wanted someone to try and help me. If the claim came back denied from Ford, fine. But he was super helpful and looked into my warranty claim to ensure that the work on my car was covered, and made sure I was looked after. He's great with communication, and kept me informed and up to date with any developments regarding my claim. 10 out of 10 would recommend dealing with Sacha B if you need your vehicle serviced here.

I booked a service appointment for 8:15am. I was looking for a winter tire swap, alignment and to diagnose the engine light.
As of 4:45pm same day, the tire swap and alignment was done, but no diagnostic because they were ‘backed up’. I’m leaving my vehicle there tonight for them to look at it in the morning.
The service department really needs to look at the workload they put on the mechanics. I never imagined an 8:15am appointment would take 2 days just to diagnose, let alone do the work.

I went to see May and she took great care of me. Wanted a truck and shopped around and looked at different choices and option. Found a truck with a bigger motor, in the color I wanted and it was 1 thousand cheaper than other dealers. May was fantastic and I had a great buying experience. There was no pressure to add stuff on. They asked if I wanted extra warranty, bedliner and rust proofing. But I declined and they said "no problemo". I highly recommend East Court. Will be returning.

Worst Service ever!!! Had a vehicle in from June 24 to August 16. Lots and lots of excuses. If you are looking for excuses go here, if you are looking for service go somewhere else.

Purchased my 2019 Mustang from Sammy at East Court Ford Lincoln. He was very professional and transparent through the whole process. The Mustang I wanted wasn't available on the lot but Sammy was able to factory order it for me. He contacted me as soon as the car was delivered (which was a few days ahead of schedule) and had it ready for me to pick up the following day. Highly recommend seeing Sammy if you are interested in purchasing a Ford vehicle. My family has been going to him for a few years now and he has always given us great deals.

They were very helpful in making me understand what my car service will be needed. I love the service booklet. I get know what my ford escape service will need for the next visit so I can prepare. I called in and they told me when. They will have the technician for my service available which I think is great, this way I can schedule my service.
The salesperson Faisal and the Finance Manager Fay should not be working there. I have bought 5 cars from East Court Ford and just because I had some personal issues I was going through and had a couple of late payments I was treated like complete garbage. My lease was finishing and I wanted to keep my car. All they wanted to do was sell me a new car so they can make more money on me. They insisted I could not get approved and treated me like complete dirt. I have never been treated like such garbage in my entire life. I was a valued client for all these years and this is the appreciation I get for my loyalty. This was unnecessary stress and frustration on myself and my family. I also lost MANY days off work with all the run around I had to do because nobody at EAST COURT FORD knows what they are doing... COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION!! This place should be SHUT DOWN!!
I love my Lincoln. Mine was the person we dealt with and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Yes, he was patient and answered all of my questions. He did t pressure me. He let me make the decision on my own time and showed me so many different ways and options in purchasing a car and gave me the pros and cons for the options. He delivered as promised and did I mention he was patient? Cause that’s really unheard of for sales folks.

Aisha Din is the best Service Advisor that I have ever dealt with. I called in because my son, Daniel had managed to acquire a nail in the tire of his F150 and needed a spring tune up and recalls dealt with. In no time, Aisha had booked him in for service. Then, I mentioned my truck which also had a few recalls and needed a spring service. Aisha located my information in the system and corrected some problems which was much appreciated. Everything was done quickly on my son's truck, so he swapped mine in for his on 05/09/19. Aisha kept in contact with us and because I am not able to drive at this time, and the day was ending quickly yesterday, she transferred me over to arrange for a shuttle for Daniel. Aisha was fast, extremely reliable and took the stress out of the situation for me by being so easy going on the phone and humorous ! Thank you, Aisha for being there !!

My mothers truck had transmission issues and I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Sacha Baghdassarian. He was amazing from the beginning right to the very end. We dropped the vehicle off the same day I called in to Ford. He assured us everything would be fixed within a couple days. Within that time he also provided us with a nice rental vehicle. Also within that time he checked in with us to give an update which I appreciated as well. Today I went to pick the car up and everything was working perfectly and he even dropped the rental back off to the rental company which was very nice of him as well. 5 stars for this gentlemen he's very helpful and nice.
Very friendly people. I went in to get a diagnostic report because my car kept showing the engine sign. It was art of recall, so they fixed it up very nicely. The only reason i am giving it a four star is because it took 2 and a half days because they were really busy, which trowed me a bit off my schedule. But Keith was very helpful and explained everything to me. Overall great place.

I was looking for a new F150, I never purchased a truck before and was looking to find one which suit my needs. Considering my desire was to use back bed for limited use, I was really looking for a four-by-four for the winter, can't forget last year's winter, but at a price I was happy about.
I did my research before and even then Sammy Makhzani pointed out why the XTR was better suited for my daily use over the other trucks. Sammy even negotiated with the sales manager to meet my price. I'm really came out pleased with both the calm service and the price.
