I had a great experience with service department. I was planning for a long trip so I asked them to check my car to see if it needs any kind of services. Emanuel was really helpful. he explained my what they need to look and he told me they will change or fix something if it's really required. They did check my car there was no need to change or fix anything.

I had a sidewall puncture on my front car wheel (of my rav 4 2019). I went to the dealer on monday july 6 around 10am. The service team came back to me around 12. to tell me that they did not have the tire and they will order it and receive it in the PM. I go home and i receive their call around 3pm. I rush there and they install the tire and everything is done as so it seems. I look at the front tire that they replaced. It is not the same Tire model and the Dot is a 2014 dot. I went back inside and talked to the installer and he said its probably discontinued my tire thats why they sent them that one. He calls he supervisor and he admits it doesnt make sense and its a mistake. They call toyota central where they place the orders and it seems toyota sent the wrong tire and that they shoud receive it in the next morning. The next day which is today. july 7th i receive a call at 2pm (and not in the morning as they said) that they receive the tire and that i should leave the car at the dealership and pick it up wednesday. However, I have to work. I am an essential worker and I already wasted 2 of my days off to fix this trouble which should have just taken one. So I went there on tuesday and i still had to wait 1h30 to get it done when i should be in priority when the mistake was from their end and that I was the one who had to point out there was dangerous mistake. The employees did not double check the tire before installing. I though i could trust them but i find it really scary when they say its all good and you as the customer you realise that there is a problem with it. No compensation But just wait wait and wait...
I visited this dealership because they had a Toyota Corolla 2020 SE showroom model discounted and I was looking to renew my lease.
I give them 2 starts because they were not open with me about how they calculated the monthly lease, basically using a deceptive tactic that was counting on me being an easy to fool customer. I do not recommend this dealership and I will not return here. There are many other Toyota dealerships in the Montreal area. The one I can recommend is the Toyota Spinelli Pointe-Claire dealership.

The service staff is friendly, but if you go in for a tire change be careful when they ask you about balancing your tires. I was asked if i wanted to balance my tires, i knew they were fine but the service person said it’s free to check and you only pay if they rebalance. I was under the impression that they would ask me before proceeding but they did not and just charged me the extra 100$ . Not the end of the world but you should pay attention, it’s not because it’s a nice dealership that the old mechanic hustles don’t apply.

I had a wonderful experience here purchasing my car. Duncan is the man you want to talk to if you ever want to buy a car here. He’s a very intelligent and funny guy who will make you have a good laugh and make you feel at home. He even went above and beyond and let me drive his personal car as a test drive since the car I wanted wasn’t available at the time! I will definitely be purchasing my second vehicle here! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
Stay away from this dealer and their maintenance! We leased a Honda first from them, and the Customer Service and Maintenance was awful. Tried to escalate a few times to Service Managers and they just would not even bother calling back. We decided to lease a Toyota next (thinking maybe it was just Honda) from Spinelli Lachine and assuming Toyota had a strong reputation of reliability and safety; we were just starting a family. We splurged and got a very expensive brand new AWD RAV4. Less than 2 years and 18K km later, the car wouldn’t even start one day, in the month of MAY! Had to have a neighbour jump start our car because Spinelli Service couldn’t bother calling us back on time, after paying them +$400 to just have it serviced not even a few weeks ago. Now they are refusing to service it all - on warranty - unless we fork over more money to them - just to find out why the battery died on a brand new car!!! Awful awful service.

This is my first review about a car dealer and that’s for my brand new Toyota Corolla LE 2020. My experience with Toyota Spinelli Lachine is awesome from the day one. The moment I did the first visit I met Richard in sales executive and he was so helpful for me to decide what I really need. Before visiting Spinelli i had already met with some of the dealers in town and I was not happy with the way the deal customers. I never feel such a trouble here.Richard was so helpful to get my first car in my life. He did consider my request from time to time. The day I receive the car , i met with an another gentleman from the sales but i forgot his name, i think he is the sales manager. He was the one who explained me about the car in detail before i start the first drive. He was also an awesome person. He took enough time to explain all those tiny things although the time had reached to closing time. Finally , i met an another fabulous lady from the service section Mrs. Diane Hince (conseiller). She was helpful to know what is going to happen with my first service. I give her a 10 **********. She answered all my question. I strongly recommend Spinelli to my friends.

Service Advisor should have offered courtesy car but she didn't mention. I left my car on Friday morning, through the weekend until next Tuesday. I was without car for 4.5 days. Changing the steering column and shocks, and also the sliding door, these took quite a bit of time, maybe Service Advisor should pro-actively advise the time needed and offer courtesy car.
Exceptional customer service! We dealt with Steve, Rodney and a woman whose name I forgot unfortunately but they were all incredibly helpful and walked us through every step of the buying process. I can't stress how trustworthy and accommodating these guys are. I was shocked at how much they cared. The services they offer are exceptional as well, I took advantage of the extended warranty and several other things.
By far the best experience ever! Purchasing my car was as easy as pie, Peter was so great with me and took care of everything I needed. The process was a breeze, not kidding. I also had my first experience with the service department this week and Emmanuel was also a delight! Again, I felt very comfortable, they took great care of me and the customer experience is beyond amazing. No real complaints here. It's a beautiful dealership: spacious, super clean, quite comfy...almost zen. Aside from the pretty cool service advisors, the staff inside are a tad robotic; not much warmth. Strange.

The first time I leases a car they were patient and explained everything in clear detail to ensure I had a clear understanding. The experience was so positive, that agreeing to a big transaction with them was easy to make. I left with a beautiful 2019 hatchback!

Very inconvenient opening hours for service and maintenance. No replacement car provided to avoid waiting in the hall. I have to take a day off to have maintenance/tires change done. It is not a very customer oriented approach.

I was told they could fix/open my stuck car trunk for around $100. There was no mention of any fee for a diagnostic. I agreed and later received a phone call stating it would be $600 to fix. When I said sorry that was too much they complained they already had the trunk taken apart. They charged me $100 for a "diagnostic" yet they had no idea what was wrong with it. When I asked what was broken about it, how it happened and was it a manufacturers defect they could only reply they didn't know but had never seen anything like it before. I had to pay them $100 left with a still broken trunk. I have never been charged anywhere else for a diagnostic. I left a complaint, was told I would receive a call back from management and never got a call. TERRIBLE service.

Had a wonderful experience at Spinelli Toyota! My radio would never connect to the media player in my phone. I took it everywhere and no one could fix it until I met Danny the service advisor from Spinelli! I thought he was crazy when he said he could fix it as everyone on the Internet said it was a defect with Venza radios. Danny jumped into the car and connected my media player in less than 5 minutes! I am so happy that I took my car into Spinelli Toyota! Danny is a genius! Excellent atmosphere with fast and friendly service!
On a regular check-up, they found a transmission fluid problem and they said they ordered the part.
However, after more than 3 months, nothing. Every time I called them they will check the prograess and call me back but they never did. Really bad service.

I went to this place for a recall, left my car for checking, so all was good until I found a note on my inspection report that I refused any inspection on my car (make no sense, right?). So had to came back and waste one more day.
Spoke to a service guy that helped me a lot (Emmanuel), he understood what the issue was and was very polite and friendly.
If not him(Emmanuel) I would give a 3 but overall 4.
Why not 5: It was the time to change the engine oil, but nobody told me that. I expected them to check at least some basic things as my car is toyota cerified and on full warranty.
To note that when I left the car for the second time I did receive an inspection checklist.
