This is my go to garage for my 09 Corolla. I always had excellent repairs done to my car. Twice my car was about to break down (starter let go & and another time was the clutch pedal) and the service always offered me a quick appointment to assist me.

They had the car we were looking for (extremely hard to find with the supply chain issues - we called 15 other dealerships)
When we got there, we were told there were "extra features" on order that we would have to buy, even though *none of them were installed yet*.
Because we needed the car, we negotiated to keep 3 items that could be useful to us, which they accepted.
We sat down, made the calculations for leasing etc., all seemed on track to go ahead with the sale.
Then the salesman sneakily included an extended warranty in the price. We said no, we don't need that thanks.
He had to validate with the manager again (4th visit to his office over 1.5 hours).
The response was: because we had also declined their *still uninstalled* extra features, they WOULD NOT sell us the car without the extended warranty.
We walked.
Can't do business with sleazebags.

Would recommend to any Toyota owner. The staff is friendly, the waiting area is large and peaceful and they offer free WIFI.

They completed the repairs rapidly and explained the next steps.

Ive had good luck with the parts department here but the service department has been well below what I expect from Toyota. Paid for a wheel balance on my oem tires and rims, got it back and tires were still shaking. They forgot to replace the engine cover and it was rattling around loose under the hood and finally was twice charged for a fluid top up. Checked the fluids and they were at the same level as when I dropped it off. Talked to service and they said its “a standard charge whether we fill it or not” unfortunately not the kind of service I want when I take my vehicles back to the dealer. I don’t like having to make sure what I paid for was actually done.

SCAMMERS. Don't bring your car to Villa Toyota for servicing, they have zero shame in taking advantage of people. My GF took her car in for pre-winter servicing and they charged her $110 to "shave the rust off her front brake rotors" and that the car "won't brake properly if it's rusty". Recorded as "verify vibrations in front" when there were no vibrations reported.
+$45 for a whole new set of 20 lug nuts. I have never heard of a vehicle needing all 20 lug nuts replaced at the same time during regular maintenance.

Disgusting sales tactics performed by a disgusting dealership who preys on their customers. Go somewhere else.

Was there last week for a 55 point inspection with an oil change (cost about 140$). I explained to them that I noticed some reddish/pinkish drops on my driveway before the inspection. When the inspection was finished and the oil changed, the Toyota technician wrote down that the timing cover needed to be resealed and that the timing tensioner needed to be replaced because they were both leaking. With taxes it would have been around 1900$ (9hrs of labour). I found it to be a lot and decided to get a second opinion so I went to a nearby certified garage (Garage Lebreton Krown). The mechanic put the car on the lift and in 2 minutes motioned me to come see for myself the source of the leak. It was the lines for the transmission fluid, which explained the pink/red drops on my driveway. They changed both lines along with the 4 clamps that were holding the lines. They also suggested that I change the oil pressure switch as it seemed to have a bit of oil seeping out. Altogether including 1hr of labour it cost me 241.25$ and problem solved! Now, what does this say about VILLA TOYOTA and their repair service??? Clearly, it seems that you just can't trust even the Toyota dealerships anymore! Maybe not all dealerships are like this but this was my experience at Villa Toyota.
*UPDATE* : Today (a few days after posting my last experience at Villa Toyota), I met with one of their managers/service rep. whose name was Benoit and he offered to make things right. The offer was that Villa Toyota would in fact redo the 55-point inspection, reseal the timing cover and repair the seeping tensioner along with repairing any other oil leaks that were detected on the previous inspection and ALL OF THIS UNDER HIS WATCHFUL EYES AND AT VILLA'S EXPENSE and on top of that, I will be provided a Courtesy vehicle while my car is in the shop. My appointment is scheduled on Monday the 16th of August. I honestly have to say that if indeed they honour their offer and do it well, it would definitely restore my trust in the dealership's dedication to providing quality service to their customers.

Poor service, does not perform inspections you pay for. Caused over $1500.00 damage to airbag system incorectly reassembling, said there was nothing wrong, sent me home, when i questioned them about it they told me it was not them, and to get it fixed somewhere else!!

Sales person was 15 minutes late and after 15 minutes said he has another appointment and we should take new appointment. I had a feeling he did not want to show cars that are outside and sticked only to the ones in the showroom. And asked us to look through the car window! I came for a test drive appointment not to look through car window!? No efforts at all. After we saw a Rav4 outside he said to wait and he will bring his contacts for next appointment and did not show up after 10 minutes. We just left.

An interestingly somewhat sour experience for a first ever visit. Sales person was somehow....off. Deceitful, and a truth bender, for a kinder word. Terrible at communicating. The rest of the staff were great and friendly and pro. Never got to meet the sales manager...that was odd. We did business there anyway due to the pricing that could not be matched elsewhere. Salesperson made us a deal, on paper. We went back two weeks later and everything had changed...the deal was off the table he said. Also, he made it seem like we were getting free snow tires....very misleading and very upsetting. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm surprised the owners are ok with this....that says a lot. Stay away folks.

Not really what I was expecting from a car dealer. We were ready to buy for goodness sake! We asked for communication by email and got a phone call, we asked to test drive a car and we were escorted by a sales person who had NOTHING to add to experience. There was no demonstration of the features of the car at all. It was like they could not get rid of us fast enough.

Further, when I asked about the high financing rate the person said "...Toyota always has higher interest." What??? I have owned Toyotas before and this was not helpful.

They seemed uncomfortable in English and spoke French way too fast for me to catch everything.

They just don't do the service. In the past I had already noticed minor stuff missed (i.e. no windshield fluid even though they say they filled it in the report) so I was already suspicious of their service.
Last time I took it for service #3, I got no report of the service (I was told they don't give that out anymore) and that my rear brakes needed to be replaced within the month.
I bought the parts to change the brakes myself and when I get the wheel off I find that they never actually checked the brakes. Service #3 explicitly states they will remove the caliper for inspection, the dust and rust build on the bolts clearly showed they never removed anything (and this is during Covid, I had driven 12 km since the inspection so the car was basically in the exact same shape they returned it to me)... the pads on the brakes were at 5.5 mm, brand new pads start at 9 mm so in 3 years of owning the car and driving 65k km I had not even reached half of the pads' life, yet they recommended almost urgent replacement... just a money grab.
I will find a different authorized service to preserve the warranty that's left on the car... Villa Toyota not only does not do the service (putting our safety at risk), they only seem interested in pushing for unnecessary jobs to milk money out of customers

Why does it take so long getting a second key for a car purchased here? Is it not something that should have been ordered when the car got in the lot, before selling it? It's been over a month the car was purchased, it's quite disappointing

Not a happy camper! Booked an appointment and asked if the car is clean or the car have ANY accidents and a fully charged up for the EV test drive. Got there the car doesnt make it to the highway, ONLY $3000 accident and a dent on the hood no one can miss. Very disappointed after my 40min drive from home for this.

Can not undo the damage, so I wouldnt be calling anyone!

Someone from Villa Toyota called and took our trade in deal and when we arrived to buy the car we were told he did not work there but he works for a call center they contract. We were paying cash for a used 2018 Rav 4. After wasting time, we spoke to another person in the sales department and it was clear he didn't care much for us. Lots of dealerships around, don't fall victim to these scams who will lie to get you in the door just to waste your time.

SALES (Service and Extended Warantee Below):
I’ve purchased several vehicles on behalf of family and friends for many years. I’ve had the pleasure of working with François St-Georges for several of these purchases. Friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable, honest and efficient are qualities that come to mind about François when reflecting back at all the purchases I have made with him including my own vehicle.
François is no longer with Villa.

SERVICE:
I’ve been dealing with Villa Toyota for well over a decade. I’ve had the opportunity to get my cars serviced there many times. I’ve had several other products such as BMWs, Volkswagens and Subarus. All of these from local dealers in Ottawa Gatineau. By a very long margin, Villa is by FAR the best service – even compared to another local Toyota dealer I dealt with. On time, on budget and no surprises. They even had the BRILLIANT idea of retaining their existing customers with lowered shop rates for Toyotas past warrantee. Same great service, lower price. Also, at the other dealerships with my other cars, I was astounded at how BAD service often was and in each of these dealerships I clearly expressed to them that they should study Villa’s processes with client service and learn. They did not really like that. Villa is the BEST in my experience.

Simple, efficient service and great sales staff (Francois anyway). No wonder a lot of the staff have been there for many years – high employee rates of stay.

Well done Villa, well done François, again 

EXTENDED WARRANTEE – FREE MAINTENANCE – CAVEAT EMPTOR
BE CAREFUL !!!

Villa does not tell you in person all of what is included in these Free Maintenance schedules – most of them are a joke. Only ½ of the six free maintenance checks include oil and filter change. Some of the things you can expect from your maintenance inspections: Windshield washer top off (that Villa missed), inspection of windshield washer nozzle direction (really??!!), inspection of your front carpets (really??!!), inspection of unusual tire wear (at 8,000km – this is a Toyota – Really??!!). If Villa forgot to top off the windshield washer fluid, what else did they forget or ignore in these inspections?

What’s happening here is that Toyota Canada is trying to get more of their cars in the dealer’s shop for more money – that’s where the money is, because, their cars are so trouble free.

Toyota Canada is now drinking the Cool Aid that oil filters have evolved, making you believe that oil changes should now go to 16,000km. Maybe the synthetic oils but not the filters.

I’m not at all impressed with this part of Villa AND Toyota Canada.

I leased a new 4Runner form Marc Dupont the assistant manager and he was fair with his pricing and gave me a decent deal on a new 4Runner after trading in my truck. He told me it would be ready the following Wednesday and that one was in stock and would be delivered. he was definitely wrong because I waited over 2 months for the vehicle and due to this I felt like he knew I wouldn't get the truck for a while knowing it wasn't built or available just to get a sale. He told me he must have punched in the wrong code. I can deal with that because buying new cars for the last 12 years, I know car salesman are liars who have no idea about the products they are selling. I quizzed 3 separate salesman and asked what motor the 4Runner had and one told me he thought it was diesel, proving there is no training by Toyota for staff on vehicles they are selling to customers. The real issue was when I went to pick the truck up last night. The contract I had signed did not necessarily line up with the lease agreement and the numbers were skewed from the lease I had signed to the final agreement. I challenged them and eventually the manager broke it down for me.When leasing a vehicle from Toyota, the addition of accessories from the dealership such as bug defectors, car starters, rustproofing etc. increase the buyout at lease end. This was not described to me by Marc Dupont or the finance manager at point of sale. In basic terms, because I installed a remote starter and bug deflector from the factory, it increased my residual value and buyout, retaining 42% of their value. This results in customers paying twice for the same option, upfront and at lease buyout. Buyer beware, buy the Toyota parts from Amazon and put them on yourself. My transaction was finished with the sales rep who knew nothing about the terms of a lease and we walked to the truck. He mounts my license plate then as I start to drive away, he tells me I have to come inside to pay the starter cost of 691$ (which in fairness to him I requested after my lease agreement but assumed was rolled into the lease payment). Why would he not mention this in the last two hours I've been waiting to sign my deal? His timing for asking that money was cowardly, completely enraged me and proved his incompetence. In the end, I told the salesman and manager that any plans to have my truck serviced at their dealership were out the window and that if anyone asked me about their sales team I would recommend they never go to Villa Toyota. My experience started off strong and ended up horrible. Can't wait to drive by and give them the finger after I purchase my Tundra Platinum from anywhere but there. Hoping their owner trains sales on how to read a contract and promotes clarity to prospective buyers about accessories increasing the residual value after lease end. While they are at it, have the salesman learn that 4 Runners aren't diesel

We bought a second hand Toyota Prius from Francois St.George at this location, and received excellent service. They swapped the rims from our old car and salvaged a battery as a courtesy, and provided us with the full service record for the car, which gave us security buying it second hand. They were at all times professional and pleasant.

I previously had a Prius too. Sometimes the repair estimates I've received have been more costly than at non-Toyota locations, but I've come to believe that you get what you pay for, particularly with specialized models like the Prius, for which regular maintenance is key.
