Ongoing battery drain on my Toyota. Asked service to diagnose it again for the third time and spoke with the manager last night explaining the issue. He suggested to unplug my dealer installed remote starter and see if that was the issue.
They called during the service, told me the tech thinks it's the remote starter and needed another hour to diagnose the problem. I suggested they just unplug the remote starter for now and see if that cures the problem as I can live without it.
When my wife picks up my truck I have a bill for completely cutting out my remote starter (literally just snipping wires) and she's told the truck battery is still draining.
Are they completely incompetent? We paid for the full extended Platinum warranty and it is still covered for another two years. The perfectly good remote dealer installed starter is lying in a box, my truck wiring is a disaster and they never solved anything.
Update: Woodstock Toyota paid to have the remote starter reinstalled.

We loved our Rav for years...but moved into a NEW 2020 Highlander and we have been so happy with it! Great winter driving, more space inside and loads up nice with the bikes on the back as we added the trailer hitch! Woodstock Toyota staff and John are amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful, they store our tires so we have more room in our garage for our bikes! Life is all about balance....one great car does it all for us!

I have had bad experiences the last 3 times I have purchased vehicles. I had said that customer service is dead and somehow sales people no longer cared about customer satisfaction.
David and the rest of the Toyota Woodstock team proved me wrong. Everything was clear and direct. I never felt like I was getting reeled into a sale. I felt comfortable and valuable throughout the whole process.

I love all of the Toyota vehicles that we have owned. I got to thinking though that we have purchased 3 brand new vehicles from this dealership. There has never been a loyalty oil change or winter tires or gas card. Not even a good trade in value. Kind of disappointed and will be looking for a better deal next time

Worst experience ever!
Purchased used car which required repair 2 weeks later. Pete the Manager was very rude said he would cover half the cost still waiting..its been a week. Told me I could go to better business bureau and complain. Would not recommend anyone buy a car from this dealer. Terrible when the lack of service starts at the top.

We drove an hour from Brampton to see a used Camry, however we left disappointed. As we drove away the owner stood at the door looking at us menacingly.
We took a test drive of the Camry, and was shown a Corolla for comparison.
The sales process was an odd experience, we were asked to sell the car to ourselves. We were asked for a price, and provided an offer. The sales person went to see the manager. However no counter offer was made. We were quickly ushered out of the store.
Sitting in our car, outside of the dealership, we were talking about the odd experience at this dealership. We notice the manager coming to our car, he waved at us to lower our window. We though it was a last minute effort to make a deal and salvage the hour trip for our family of 4. However the manager just asked for the printout of the Carfax for the Camry, he and the sales person went back into the store. My wife notice an argument between the two of them.
As we drove off we noticed the owner standing in the door looking at us. We do not recommend this Toyota dealer for people of colour, best to stay in Toronto.
Perhaps the Toyota dealers are not experiencing a reduction in sales during COVID because our experience is proof this dealership is not interested in sales.
Recently I purchased a brand new Toyota Tacoma Premium Sport Edition from the Woodstock Toyota Dealer. Having this be during the Covid-19 Pandemic, I was of course very concerned with the risks involved, but I was desperate for a new vehicle. Those concerns were immediately remedied upon entry into the dealership. Staff was instantly addressing the matter by explaining their procedures and offering my wife and me multiple options to accommodate our concerns. I was then directed to their fantastic sales rep, Jake. Jake was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. There were no sales tactics, no pressure, and no time wasted. Jake was incredibly direct and honest, met everyone one of my expectations and more. Most of the remainder of our interactions took place over the phone, which I had no issue with at all in because of trust I very quickly developed for Jake and the Woodstock Toyota team. I highly recommend this dealership, and will absolutely be referring all of my friends and family to this location!

We bought a 2020 RAV4 from Woodstock Toyota 2 weeks ago. It was a fantastic experience. We dealt with Sean Taylor who was very friendly and courteous; ....met us at the door each time we entered the dealership and made us feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and VERY patient with all our questions. When we picked up the RAV, Sean took the time to go over all the features, and helped me sync my IPhone with the navigation screen. Tammy and all the staff very helpful and friendly.

This Dealer is a thief. They charged way too much for a new vehicle. If you to a different dealer you will get a better price. The sale person Jake Dening and manager Pete Bell refused to give my $500 deposit back, after they changed my lease paper work so that they get better commission. Go somewhere else, other dealer will give you better price.
If you want the very best new car experience ever, go to Woodstock Toyota. When I opened the door of my new Mary Kay Corolla , I found a box of pink iced cupcakes and pink flowers. The tutorial on the car's many features was fun and complete. Jake & Pete went the extra mile and then some. Wow!!

The sales tactics they use here just annoy me. My wife bought an suv here and they messed up everything they originally told us about its costs then we had to argue with them to get what they initially offered to get us in the seat.
I tried them again but it was the same experience and I took my business elsewhere.
They have good reliable vehicles though and a decent selection. They also are pretty keen on making sure you're looked after which is nice.

Just bought my first brand new car and they were amazing. The sales people were not pushy or demanding and let me go at my pace. The spent time with my reviewing all my questions and also taught me everything about my new car. I felt like family when we were all done. As a single woman this is important to me as other dealerships in past tried to take advantage of that.

Was on my way back from Saint John to Ottawa last April 30 when my warning light came on. I was not sure what it was for and as I was near Woodstock I pulled into the dealer at 4:45 PM. I thought I might have to overnight in Woodstock--but better than being stuck on a lonely stretch of highway in between Edmundston and Rivere du Loup at night. I went to the service section and spoke the the rep -- I think he was Doug. He offered to go outside and take a look--he said he was 99% sure it was because the fuel cap was not put back on tight enough and the sensor went off, said I should be OK. I was not charged for his time and I was off on my way home safe and sound. I really appreciated what Doug did for me and he said my 2005 Corolla was indestructible. Thanks guys.
Purchased my car here a few years ago and still come back for my maintenance. The staff are friendly, there's free coffee in the waiting area and they're aways finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. Also love that I can schedule my appointment online.

I’ve had a great experience buying my 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Woodstock Toyota. This is a dealership that takes care of its customers, and makes sure you’re happy with your purchase. I drove from Burlington to buy my Toyota, and I’m happy I did.
We went to a number of Toyota dealerships in southern Ontario and are very pleased that Woodstock Toyota had the exact car we wanted. Jake was a wonderful salesperson making us fully aware of the features on the 2018 Prius. He was very clear about costs of the model. Pete, the sales manager, gave us a great deal and good trade in for our Honda Civic. We were very impressed today when we picked up the car. Everything was ready and Jake gave us a very thorough run through so we felt comfortable driving off. We were so impressed with the dealership we plan to go back for our service even though we live in a different city about 40 km away. When my husband needs a new vehicle, we will go to Woodstock Toyota first.

The Woodstock ON Toyota dealership is a friendly and supportive team. I just purchased a new 2017 Camry and could not be more delighted in the vehicle. Pete, Mike, and Joe were informative and considerate which made the experience most pleasant.
Service was good but way over priced. Paid over $1000 for standard Brake job. Work was done in 1 hour but labour bill was $300. Not be back again if I can help it.
Just purchased my Fourth vehicle from Woodstock Toyota and in all cases they have been awesome to deal with. The staff have gone out of their way to look after me and they have dealt with any issue I have encountered. I really like the Toyota brand for its lack of problems. Great car buying experience! This was my first time buying a brand new car and the place runs like a well oiled machine. All the staff members work well together and the owner, John, seems very in touch with what is going on on the floor. A good sign that he takes the business seriously, which I am coming to appreciate more and more these days. My boyfriend went back to buy a truck just 6 months later. With both purchases we had Pete, Mike and Joe take us easily through the process. They've all created a very friendly, relaxed vibe every time we've walked in the door. I've since have had my baby back in for 1 oil change and the process with the service department was just as seamless.

The 2011 Rav4 we purchased is still running like new. We bought a 2014 Camry this year and love the experience the dealership gave us. After two years they still new our first names and welcomed us back. The service department staff are quick to help with any issues we encounter. A smaller town dealer who will make you feel like family. My kids will get their cars from here i'm sure.
Just bought our second vehicle from the dealership in Woodstock. The staff are all very easy going and professional! Both my wife and I like going in for service and saying hi to the sales team and service manger whom all know us by name, including our young son.
The sales manager really gave us a great deal on both vehicles and offered to include a package of new tube socks with the new car to close the deal! (He has a great sense of humour)
