I bought a 2016 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Nash. He went above and beyond for me. My husband and I drove down to pick up the vehicle however we forgot to bring the certified cheque!!! Nash kindly suggested that he follows us home to pick up the cheque. Did I mention we live in Waterloo?!?! He spent 3 hours driving just so I could avoid having to drive back the next day. Nash is amazing and I will recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is kind, trustworthy, and will bend over backwards to assist you. Definitely the best experience purchasing a vehicle all thanks to Nash's service and care.

I tried dropping my car off for service today for an oil change and go to work i would pick it up later. After almost 30 minutes of waiting to sign a service order i just left. We bought a toyota a number of months ago and got a great deal on it thanks to Sergiy Zavtur! He was very honest, helpful, and clear. The other staff here are also very professional and friendly. We are always greeted when we walk in, and always get our service done quick.
I went there for an oil change at 7am in the morning. I was the first customer. I was greated promptly and asked to wait in their very comfortable seating area. It was very cold outside and very comfortable inside. The price was reasonable and comparable with other places. I will be back. Every time I use their services, I am pretty happy
Where to even begin. First of all, the sales people are fantastic. My trouble is with the service and parts "teams". Skip this dealership for your services, it's simply not worth the time you will lose waiting for clear answers, follow ups, and doing the communication work for them between service and parts. We understand you're busy. We all are. But the customer service and lack of recognition is just insulting. And we're not kicking tires over a pair of $20 windshield wipers. I've purchased an expensive set of tires and done all my synthetic oil changes here. No more. It's January, the slow season. It's only gotten worse since November and December.

My first experience was not so good, I had the car in for our first service with the dealer and asked them to do some software updates, they didn’t get done and was told it wasn’t needed, when it did. An oil change was done as well, when we still had 3000km to go.
I have a 3 star review vs a 1 star due to the follow-up by the service manager who took the time to follow up and listen and acknowledge the issues and that it wasn’t right and they’ll make it right.
I will update the star rating as my experience changes over time. So far it was a rough start but the service manager’s response rebuilt my initial trust.

My experience at Wietzes Toyota has been amazing. I dealt with Nash (Product Advisor), he understood what I was looking for and advised me with a number of options. He was very patient with me and answered my questions in detail. When it came to financing, Lac helped me thoroughly to understand what the process it and how to move forward. Had my oil change done recently and dealt with Clinton and what a pleasure it was from start to finish. Had notified me on approximate time to complete the service and came up to me in the customer lounge when finished. I asked not to wash the car and that was a major thing for me as it's always clean. The garage does a good job. I'll keep going back. Fair prices and quotes for repairs. You can get cheaper, but not from a dealership.

After almost being ripped off at Markville Toyota I came to Wietzes Toyota on a friend’s recommendation. Jeff was my salesperson. I was totally disappointed. I came to look for a new car and we specifically requested Russian Speaking sales rep. There was a blonde girl who was just sitting at the table. When receptionist came to ask her to come to us, she looked at us and told her that she was busy. I think you need to teach your sales rep people customer services and not being rude to the clients. You lost us. We ended up buying car somewhere else.

Went to this dealership one of the red tag days, to see you what was on sale. Sales Representative, Ola Chkolnik, helped me in picking the car and was helping me with decisions that would best suit me. Overall a very pleasant experience and absolutely would recommend going in the dealership.
After the car arrived, and I picked it up, I still had a few questions after riding it. I called Ola, and she arranged a meeting with Adam, one of the senior mechanics in the dealership. I met with Adam, and instead of just answering my questions, he gave me an entire lesson on how to drive a manual car and all the tips and tricks.

Worest dealer I have ever been to. I walked in to buy a car in cash and salesman wouldn't knock off anything off the price telling me he doesn't care cause all he needs is one more sale for his monthly quota and that he's retiring soon. Great attitude for a salesman. Bought one for 32,000 cash at the Richmond Hill location, amazing service and very professional.

Bought a used Venza a few days ago. Overall i had a good experience, the cars were better than what other dealers had and made my decision easy. Perhaps i already knew what i wanted and they happened to have a nice clean, low mileage car by chance, however i dealt with a guy called Nashh who was excellent, friendly and wasn't pushy.
After i had bought the car, i had to go back to collect a new spare key and Nashh helped with everything whilst i sipped coffee.
So far so good and i hope i don't find any surprises with the car down the road and will expect the same after sales service to keep this review as is.
When I was in the market for buying a 2014 Highlander Hybrid I walked into the Wietzes Toyota Dealership on Dufferin for the first time not knowing what to expect. This was my first time ever being to this dealership because I had been a Ford owner for a while but I was recommended to see a Sales Person named David Cheung D.C is what they refer him to. When I was greeted to D.C. he was nothing but exceptionally professional, I told him that I was new at the whole car buying scene and he took care of me very well. He explained the buying process, showed me different models, explained the prices and what I was getting, and explained the accessories I could purchase with my vehicle. All in all D.C. was very helpful and I will defiantly be back to purchase another vehicle and will pass on the message because he was such a great help.
Great service! I received my job offer after graduating and needed a new car to get to work. I am not particularly well educated when it comes to cars, so my advisor took me through all of the options available and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision in any way. My advisor was David Cheung and I was happy that he took me through all the details and paperwork since it was my first big purchase. I ended up purchasing the 2014 Corolla and I am quite happy!
