Great service! Jason Massie was helpful throughout the whole process and helped me find my new RAV4 (which I absolutely love). He was very knowledgeable about each model and features available to help make my decision easier. The entire process from inquiring to test driving to having my new vehicle delivered to my door in the midst of a pandemic was seamless and extremely fast! Even with the new learning curve and getting used to all the bells and whistles, Jason has continued to be available whenever a question or issue arises. Our used vehicle buying experience was very positive. Our sales consultant, Mike Citrigno, worked hard to help us find the vehicle we wanted at a reasonably competitive price. Went into Performance Toyota looking for a used Corolla. Joey Monger was extremely helpful in explaining all of the features of each model and helped us feel comfortable about purchasing our Toyota. This is a great dealership. I bought a used car almost a year ago. Found out that they did not include the tire lock in the car. Michael made sure that we were compensated and reimbursed for all our expenses locating and purchasing new wheel bolts.
On a separate occasion, Michael also assisted in searching if my vehicle still had manufacturer's warranty. He could've easily declined to do this but chose to help me out. Great dealership for sure.

My husband and I want to give a big shout out to Taylor Bangs what an amazing lady she is! She made our experience at Toyota excellent! My husband also had some dealings with Mike Lavallee he’s a great guy! Both Taylor and Mike are so honest, my husband Tundra Off-road he purchased came with
big off road tires and rims a huge upgrade. My husband said I’m going to have to get winter tires these will be not that great in the snow I think, last week we got a call from Taylor, they were doing inventory and my husband stock tires and alloy rims that came with truck were there for him to pick up.That saved my husband and I $ 2500.00. Now if that’s not honesty I don’t know what is! In this day and age this is a rare find in my books. I was told by Jacamo that customer service is one of their core principles! I believe that Performance Toyota has proven to my husband and I that they are a cut above the rest from the time of purchase to the honesty of the tires, short period of time. Joey and manager Mike assured me that all repairs/ touch ups would be done on the car before I received it and they delivered on this promise, complete with a fresh oil change. I'm now retired and so is my old car ... actually, it died. Living on a budget and looking for a newer car was not easy. Online, I found a car that fit my budget, but ... I'm in Hamilton and the car of my dreams ... St. Catharines. I made a call to inquire about the vehicle, receiving a call back from Brandon Fiwchuk. Told him I had no way of getting to St. Catharines to see the vehicle in question. I could see my dream car fading, but Brandon came to the rescue. I had a good experience at this Toyota.
I've only ever been to one other Toyota to have my car serviced and it was in Stoney Creek (the service was horrible there).
However at THIS toyota the SERVICE was GOOD! I wouldn't say great because they didn't go above and beyond but I brought my car in for the recall and to get my tires changed and they did it within 3 hours, and even further checked my car for any other problems.
They didn't even upsell me on getting theses problems fixed (probably because they knew they wern't huge issues) - But I appreciate the fact that they didn't try to get more money out of me then neccissary and everyting was completed in a timley mannor!

I visited this dealership a couple weeks ago when I was traveling thru the area. I was interested in the 2014 Avalon. The salesperson who greeted me was very friendly and helpful. He showed me the Avalon and also suggested a few other models that met my needs. There was no pressure sales tactics and I felt very comfortable.
