Mr. John Turco is wonderful. In my 31 years of car buying, John is far and away the most impressive salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to negotiate with. Sir - you are a class act. In this case, I was trading in a vehicle, a rather beat up Grand Caravan. I actually expected Northside to just look at the van and say "no thank you". But, this dealership was courteous, gave me the time of day, and came to my house in order to scope the van. This was followed by some negotiation. Yes, as is always the case with every auto negotiation, a business manager wanted to hit a home run by making several thousand on the trade and several thousand on the car I wanted. That's to be expected from any car dealership. After a rigorous multi-day negotiation, we were able to arrive at something mutually agreeable. All in all, with the exception of a surprise fee on the contract (Northside agreed to wipe it out), I would say it was a pretty good experience overall. The service dept. appears to be well-run operation, and customers seem happy, so I look forward to bringing the new van to Northside for servicing. Thanks again John!

Helpful and it was easy to buy our truck. My only complaint is when they wash it, it's not that great of a job but better than nothing.
We dealt with one lady towards the end of the lease. We wanted to buy out - as we put some significant thought into this. She would ignore everything said about buying out and revert to us leasing a 2021 instead. It was very belittling and frustrating, and persistent. We almost walked out. We finally got through when she realized we didn't want to lease. It's sad how money was prolioritized over the respect of customers in this case.
The service and sales departments are friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a new vehicle that need to be ordered and was delivered a month before scheduled date.
i am driving toyota and i referred Northside Toyota to most of my friends, but in my last visit my experience was really bad, sales person have a tons of attitude and his way of talking was too bad, even he was not giving us proper information, i wanna give zero star to his customer service, and i will not recommend that to any of my friend in future, i will go to sudbury dealership or somewhere else, on good side i know Northside Toyota have very nice staff in service, like Jon, Rob and Craig all are very nice but i think they have to look on sales as well, in past year they have very nice people in sales like Kyle Rogers and Sandra they are very nice and their customer service is above and beyond but not sure if they still working or not.

I bought a lemon of a truck. I swear I got the only tundra that needed A LOT of work 1 year after warranty. I was feeling sick about all the repairs and I bought this truck 6 months ago.
These guys will work through it with you, and standby there product, even when Toyota Canada tells you to get bent.
I will be replacing my Corolla with a camry in 3 years and 100 percent be being with them. It's a real peace of mind when you buy a vehicle and the dealer isnt there to squeeze every cent they can out of you (Prouse *cough*).

Good service overall, but missed taillight out in safety check. Customer service rectified it in 5 minutes though with no service charge. Bought my Rav 4 in 2018 and very happy with it. Great promotional sales on new vehicles.

My wife and I bought a Corolla Hybrid from here and can't express how nice it was to purchase from this dealership. We bought a car 8 years ago from a different dealer and had a really bad experience, this was like night and day the difference. The staff and everyone involved treated us well and made sure everything was good for us before we drove the car off the lot. Orelio was the one who sold the car and from start to finish he was so respectful and really did all he could to make the process smooth. The next car we buy we will be going back to him and this dealership! Just want to say thanks and anyone buying a Toyota try them out, they will take care of you!
Our SUV broke down near Sault Ste. Marie while travelling through, shortly before Labour Day weekend this year. We are from out of town and the mechanical problem and the diagnostic and repair process were complex and lengthy, but our service advisor Craig Johnson gave us exemplary, outstanding customer service beyond the call of duty, backed by Randy as a good mechanic. Craig is an excellent communicator. He was very conscientious about full communication and always respectful and gracious even under high pressure. I am very impressed and recommend asking for Craig by name.
