I needed an oil change and went to my local Toyota dealer as I was passing by. I went in to make an appointment. I was told that they could do it right away. I said I would like to do it now and the service advisor said we can do it right away. I was in and out in an hour. Great service on the spot. After doing lots of research and visiting several Toyota dealerships, it was a no-brainer choosing to purchase my vehicle from Orleans Toyota. A few months back, I came in and met Martin after a referral from my parents. He took the time to answer any questions I had and explained things to me in terms I could understand. I must also point out his good nature and humour! During the pandemic, Martin was unfortunately out of office but he personally arranged a meeting for me with John, who easily picked up where Martin left off. John was very kind, reasonable and patient. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. Without prompt, he also offered some space for my fiancé and I to discuss privately whenever we needed it. I'm confident with my purchase and feel proud to be a new Toyota customer. Response: Ray could have followed up, he knows who I am. When I came in to finally get the radio he did not even acknowledge me. Toyota can contact me if they really care about customer service. They do not care or take customer service issues seriously.

Original Post: Toyota misrepresented a car I had purchased by not ensuring that the radio was working correctly. This car was returned from a lease and Toyota failed to ensure the head unit was in working order. Toyota agreed that they would replace the head unit at their expense and assured me it would be back in 2 weeks. I had begun to follow up after the end of the second week and finally, after 5 weeks and many follow up phone calls, the manager, Ray, called to tell me my unit had arrived. Dealing with Toyota was a very disappointing experience and I regret buying a car from them. I was passed around between Johnathon, JP, Tony and Ray of the service department. Each time I called, they seemed to have no knowledge of what was going on and Tony was incredibly rude and even told me I didn’t know anything about car radios and I didn’t understand the situation. It doesn’t take a lot for Toyota to try to rectify the situation since this situation was a direct result of the service team not doing their job properly.
This is my first car and Ray, Tony and the rest of the service team did a lousy job at representing Toyota and have poor customer service skills. I was not taken care of, I was not appreciated as a customer and I was taken advantage of.
When I finally got the radio back they had acted as if nothing had happened. There was no apology for the terrible experience, no acknowledgement of the huge inconvenience, not even a good will gesture to show they appreciated me as a customer.

As this was the first ever car I had purchased I was enthusiastic and thought I would be a Toyota customer for life. My family have always been fans of this manufacturer and have been buying Toyota’s for decades. The employees in the service department lack customer service skills and it was disgusting how they treated me. I’m truly disappointed with the experience I have had with Toyota Mer-Bleu.

My first review was: "I serviced my car twice at Orleans Toyota and I'm very satisfied with service, quality of work and price. I'll be back."
Since then pricing was changed dramatically. For the same job we paid in October $30 and in January $74. I was expecting we wouldn't be charged at all as they did that job in October.
Also, in December we changed tires and paid $120 for it. I don't think we will be back as it's overpriced.

A big thank you goes out to Alex Watson for my 2020 Toyota Corolla XLE! I know nothing about cars and he was very patient and informative with me and the questions I threw at him. I was away on business travel for 2 weeks after I signed the initial papers and he was kind enough to take care of my car and have my winter tires installed by the time I was able to pick it up! He provided me with updates while I was away and even sent me a couple of pictures so I could have something to look forward to coming home!

What's not to like! Excellent arrival greeting and check in; lots of staff at different intervals. Spacious sitting area with cafe tables, stools, coffee bar with morning snacks. Additional comfortable club chair seating in an Atrium style setting with television. WiFi throughout. Overall, excellent experience.

I had the pleasure to deal with Gabriel Parent in French. What a nice experience.
He was very attentive to my needs, very calm and patient, suggesting available options but I never felt pressured.
Very knowledgeable, always available via TEXT with quick responses to my thousands of questions and concerns.
Icing on the cake: He even gave me a ride between the 2 transactions (trade-in/new car), when I was stuck without a car for 2 days and he offered to give me a ride to the dealership ;o)
I will definitely be going back there in 7 year to see if he is still working there for my next vehicle. He really made an impact on my experience.

Somewhat concerned, I enjoyed the great service and attention given by the salesman. Came in with a a budget and we agreed on a price plus 500$. I signed and got a call back the next day that they are unable to find the car with the specifications I asked for. I understand that these specs are more difficult to find, but it was a signed agreement. I was then contacted to ask if I could get a car with different specs at a different price point or If I could pay more for a 2020. So unable to find a car we agreed to and not able to pay more (tapped out hard). Was given the impression that I might be waiting 90 days to see my money back. Last words were, you will never find a deal like this anywhere else, I guarantee it. I have a disability that requires frequent doctor's and surgeon appointments, I am very concerned now that I won't have a car and am stuck for 90 days. I have hope that this will be resolved soon, if not this will cause a major inconvenience. ---Still haven't seen the money, in talks with the bank.

I can't believe the negative reviews I'm reading for this place.

I purchased a brand new 2015 Rav4 last year and EVERY experience has been nothing short of spectacular. Literally the only service company I look forward to going to.

During the buying experience everyone from the receptionist to the sales staff to the finance person to simply people walking by were professional and helpful. I never felt pressured or pushed or unwelcome. Neither did my wife who was with me every step of the way.

I priced out and negotiated for exactly what I wanted, using third party pricing tools and aggressive sales tactics that helped me get me much lower-than-average pricing, and then I turned down every add-on they suggested. I took no leasing - I paid cash. I was not a highly profitable customer by any stretch. But they TREATED me like one. And still do.

I had to get some warranty work done on a minor issue shortly after purchase and it was handled quickly and professionally at no cost to myself.

All my service experiences (oil changes, maintenance, etc...) have been top notch. They address me like a valued client, are friendly, polite, and answer every and any question I may have. One time I forgot where I put my wheel locks / nuts on a tire change and a service person escorted me back to my car to help me dig around and look for them. Surely enough THEY found them AFTER I said I would pay for new ones as I considered it my mistake. This is what I have come to expect from them. Honesty, integrity and friendly service.

And they have a free espresso machine and snacks while you wait. I mean... come on! That's awesome.
