They are fast and courteous and prices are way lower than going to third party exp. Mr. Lube etc. that use non original parts . Nice thing is they always tell you if something is wrong and what needs to be looked at in the future. I recently purchased a used Toyota from this dealership. This is my second Toyota but first time buying from dixie Toyota. Mr. Carl Wen was an amazing sales representative. He answered all my questions .Emails and text messages promptly and made sure the car was ready on time. I was impressed by the detailed inspection that their cars go through, my car got all the services needed and that is a piece of mind. Full tank to go and the process was smooth and fast. My car is running well until now and hopefully. It will no need repairs for a long time. I would not recommend Dixie Toyota! I have been a customer of Dixie Toyota for 14 years, but unfortunately the past 3 years i have seen a huge fall in their customer service skills.
I recently had an issue with one of my vehicles and Dixie Toyota customer service was unhelpful, trying to overcharge me for the service even though my vehicle was still under warranty. Definitely planning to change dealerships.

It’s hard to even think about putting one star review. I had the worst experience with Toyota. I purchased a corolla back in 2017. Everything went fine until I started thinking about getting a bigger vehicle. I went to Dixie Toyota to see what I could get and what they would my trade in value was for my 2017 Toyota Corolla with 35,000km. They lowballed me saying my car was worth 9300$... that’s all. Then I asked what deals were going on for the new vehicle. They said they don’t have any deals because there vehicles sell themselves. Yeah the sales advisor was rude and gave a ton of attitude. Anyways I went to dodge and purchased a beauty of a truck and got a great deal the people there were lovely and kind. Toyota is a joke.

I bought my very first vehicle with Dixie Toyota this week.

Working with Hanan and Keven has been an absolute pleasure. Exceptional customer service from start to finish.

I had a minor issue in dealing with the salesperson who sold me the car and once I brought this to their attention they made sure I felt 100% comfortable before completing and finalizing the purchase with the dealership.

They delivered my car within 3 days of purchase (while maintaining social distance, gloves and seat covers) since picking the car up from the dealership isn't possible at this time due to COVID-19. Hanan and Keven provided me with all the information regarding the vehicle upon delivery and were able to answer any questions I had.

I would highly recommend utilizing this delivery service if you are looking to purchase a car during this time. It was easy and exceptionally convenient.

A superb dealership experience yesterday!

I drove into the service area to be greeted in a genuine and courteous fashion. Right next to the service area was a whiteboard showing notes from a team huddle or meeting with great messaging (kudos to the Service Manager for building value and team spirit!).

The advisor I spoke to was pleasant, enthusiastic, and highly proficient with respect to the car and its generational quirks as well. He represented the Toyota brand extremely well.

The service advisor understood what my concerns were and provided insight and outlined their process which provided a sense of trust.

I will definitely be servicing my car here.

Stay away from this place!
We bought a second hand 2019 Highlander from them. The salesperson told us that the car will be equipped with winter tires, as part of the deal.
When we picked up the car, the tires were not included. After a discussion, we were told that they forgot and that we would have to come back another day for the tires and that we would need to pay for the mounting... On that day, the purchase order was also changed to update the mileage from 28k to 30k. This was “to reflect the actual mileage”. Maybe we should have left at that time...
Few days later, they called us to confirm the tires were here and to confirm an appointment.
At the appointment, the service guy told us that he was not aware that the tires were included and checked with a business manager who “was not aware”. After some arguments, a manager remembered that winter tires were included but not the rims and not the mounting... Ridiculous!
Those are very arguable commercial practices. You’d better stay away and find another dealer.

Decided to check new highlander and went to Dixie Toyota. Extremely arrogant manager Craig Hughes, instead of helping and understanding my requirement and my budget, he was insulting and told me that whatever the price is on the website, he wont' drop a penny. And told me to go find some cheap car somewhere else. It's the first time ever anywhere, the guy told me to leave as he can't offer me anything. Good luck to Toyota Dixie, if you have managers like Craig Hughes then best of luck with your business

I recently had a quick Oil Change and Tire Rotation done at Dixie Toyota and was I amazed and in awe of the new facility and the team work of everyone involved. I was met by a curious Service Manager, who not only assessed my vehicle and it’s needs but checked the air filter, checked the oil and topped up the washer fluid. Over my 35 plus years of owning a Toyota, I have never once experienced the professionalism of both the Service Manager and the team of mechanics who serviced my vehicle. I have never experienced the team approach of servicing a vehicle at ERIN Park Toyota, Burlington Toyota, or Red Hill Toyota. This was my first experience with this new approach for a fast, efficient, and effective service. I would strongly recommend that all Toyota dealers follow in the footsteps of Dixie Toyota.

Poor customer service.

First my husband emailed this place to inquire about a vehicle he had seen on their website with no price. He did not get a response.

Two weeks later we decided to go in and give this place a second chance. We stood there for over a half hour to not being served. This place wasn’t even busy and we stood in front of the service desk as we waited. We were very serious so we stuck around.

Once we made it clear that we’ve been waiting for sometime we were directed to a sales associate.

I wish we would of left at this point although we also wanted to give this person a chance.

We told this sales associate why we were there and that we were interested in a particular vehicle we seen online and that we emailed prior. We also stated we were interested in only new vehicles and possibly two vehicles. We wanted to get some prices.

This sales associate did make the effort of getting the file on the vehicle of interest and then asked us what’s our intentions of coming in like we were bothering him.

He was avoiding telling us the price for some reason and kept asking us about what’s our intentions. At this point I decided he was not willing to help us and I told my husband I wanted to leave.

When we left I told my husband let’s try another place other then Toyota so we did. This other place welcomed us when we entered, they sat down with us for over a few hours, allowed us to test drive any vehicle we wanted and sold us a new truck for cash. Oh yeah and we are buying another vehicle in the next couple of months from the better service place.

It’s sad in today’s society how these places treat people that don’t look like they have money or don’t dress the part. This is not the first from Toyota. My first vehicle I purchased from them I had to visit over 5 dealerships until they realized I was a real customer. I don’t even know why I supported them in the first place.

If you are looking for good customer service, this is not the place for you. Take your money elsewhere.

I never write reviews, but thought this experience deserved credit. I brought in my 2018 Toyota Camry for the Apple Play install and requested the Service department also take a look at my brakes as I was experiencing vibration during highway speed braking. Dropped off my car at 1pm and they shuttled me back to work. Scheduled a pickup at work with the shuttle for 3:30pm and the driver was promptly there at 3:25.

When I arrived back the car was washed and ready. I asked the service person if they were able to figure out what was causing the vibration. The response was that they inspected them and discovered that one of the front rotors was slightly warped and probably stemmed from a factory defect as there was no sign of hotspots or damage from driving. They went on to replace both front rotors no charge. Didn't even give me a call just took it upon themselves to make sure the customer was happy and safe.

Most dealerships, would try to get payment for this by making some excuse. They didn't and I am very appreciative. Vibration gone and customer happy!

I bought my first car at Dixie Toyota June 2019 (Toyota Corolla S, 2015). I thought the experience was great. I initially called to inquire about cars and Paula was super helpful and set up an appointment for me at my earliest convenient time. When I arrived for the appointment, I met my salesperson Jody Glaser who was awesome. He read the room really well, he had 2 cars lined up for me, and when he met me he knew which one I would want to test drive (and eventually buy). Communication through phone and email was great. I was able to send things to him via email because I live a ways away and was working during the process. Also, they worked super fast and made sure that I was able to get my vehicle Thursday because it was the only day I was available to pick the car up (I had purchased it the Monday I believe). Would definitely recommend.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon with my Girlfriend in the beginning of June, looking for safe family vehicles. This location was not busy at the time, as they had available staff, but nobody looked up at us while browsing, said hello, or even showed any kind of acknowledgment of our existence, despite walking around the showroom several times.

Even saying out loud, "let's go somewhere else" gave no response. We went to the competition, and are both proud Hyundai owners because of the service they provided. I would not recommend this dealer location if you are seeking a Toyota.

The people so rude, as like there is no other dealership , they don't know how to deal with a loyal customer , My car ( lease highlander ) stop suddenly in the road ,I got a msg engine stopped visit your dealer , I called the road assistance they spoke to me and told it's free service , They didn't offer to give me a rental car or even a shuttle !! , the car was there for more than 24 hour and they force me to pay $400 ,the EXPERTISE figured out it's out of gas after 3 hours investigation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ,and now it's my fault !!

I booked an appointment for service based on $920 + tax quote for timing belt and water pump replacement. My husband picked up a rental car and dropped off the van for service before going in to work. The service advisor tells him it would be $1000+ instead, but we'll figure it out. When I speak to Albert the advisor he tell me he gave Emily a ball park figure of $920 when they quoted me. When I complained he said they would honor the $920. I had emailed Emily the day prior asking if they price match as I was quoted $798 elsewhere. She replied that they do but would need a detailed quote with part codes as there may be a bracket need that costs $80 that the other location may not have accounted for (insinuating she had). I asked her in the morning for her detailed quote with parts codes to compare and didn't get a reply from her all day. I tried to get the quote from Grace before my husband arrived to the dealer and she first said she didn't have an email, then sent me the email without the codes and number of hours. When I asked for the codes she said my husband had already dropped off the van, then said she didn't know how long it would take to get this info. I told her that I've called parts before and it takes 2 minutes, that she was able to get the price for the parts so could get the corresponding codes, so she said she would. But after speaking to Albert and that they would honor the $920 and the bracket would be an additional $250 I decided to take my car elsewhere. My husband had to go back to deal with the rental. What a nightmare... rip-off on top of it. May I ad that it took forever to get a hold of grace at service as nobody would ever answer.

Recently I purchased the new 2016 Corolla at Dixie Toyota. Ivan Oorloff, our sales representative, was extremely patient and very helpful in explaining to us all the new features along-with a comparison against other models of competitors. During the test drive, he demonstrated all the salient and useful features of the car. For the delivery, I turned up a bit late due to pressing office work, however Ivan stayed back late and patiently went through all the paper-work, once again explained the various features of the car and made sure that we were fully satisfied and conversant with our new purchase. I just drove my new RAV4 home from Dixie 401 Toyota. I hate shopping for cars, but in this case my experience of buying a new car was excellent. The reason for this experience ending up a complete pleasure was Jeff Parent. He was fantastic - knowledgeable, personable, great sense of humor. I actually enjoyed car purchase instead of getting through it like dentist appointment. I would highly recommend the dealership, everyone was professional and friendly, from receptionist to the sales staff, to business manger. Thank you Jeff, I will recommend you to anyone who is looking for a new car.
