I went there to inspect my Corolla for very loud noise, it was humming noise from everywhere, the advisor ( Ms Heather) carefully listened to my words about the noise and respectfully asked me to wait and Andrew ( their mechanic) inspected my car and they told me the noise comes from my wheel bearing and hub bearing, I was surprised because a few days ago I had taken the car for inspection to another dealership and I was told the noise comes from transmission and they told me used transmission cost me $ 3400 and new one $7400 so I asked Ms Heather let me talk with Andrew to make sure transmission is ok .Heather took me to the workshop to talk with Andrew and he showed me how my wheel bearing is broken and he assured me after fixing the wheel bearing the noise would be disappeared. He fixed the wheel bearing and the noise disappeared. %100 I recommend them, they are amazing.Especial thanks to Ms Heather and Andrew.

I have just purchased a used vehicle from Red Hill Toyota. The sales rep was Marco Perrelli. What a nice experience! The 2015 Honda CR-V was exceptionally clean and ready to take for a test drive after which I was convinced to make the purchase without much hesitation. Marco's team were very professional, taking care of the paper work quickly and painlessly.
When I picked up the vehicle a couple of days later, it was spotless, with new car smell and a full tank of gas. Marco even gave us a gift of appreciation on the way out - an unexpected extra.

Wonderful experience purchasing a used 2015 Corolla for my wife from Dan Petrie, and Amber in finance. I basically went in one day, Dan showed me the Corolla right away which fit my requirements. I have reviewed Red Hill Toyota in the past and I have been generally happy with their service department (for the most part), but I must say that on Friday May 17, 2019 I was VERY disappointed with the service I received and will now be looking for another Toyota dealership to service my Prius. Had to wait 40 minutes for a ride home, so I paid my own ride. Received a call letting me know that the vehicle was ready and I waited almost 2 hours for a pick up, so I then decided to arrange for AND pay for my own way to the dealership for the second time. They just seemed more concerned about selling you extra services to your car, than their about CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!!

Just bought a used Corolla (2016, 35,000 km, sports trim). Dealing with Dave B was a great experience, he made me feel very comfortable, explained answers to all of my questions, and just elevated the stress from the whole car buying experience. I had initially arrived at this dealership to look at a different vehicle, but upon looking at it, I found it not to be my style. Dave quickly found me multiple comparables within my budget and other requirements.

I bought and have serviced my car at Red Hill Toyota since 2012 and I only have positive things to say about the team there. I knew going into my last service appointment that my Corolla was going to need quite a work up. It was due for brakes, needed the tires switched and and oil changed as well. Both the Service Advisor John Brooks and the Technician were great at explaining the issue with my brakes and laying out all of my options. They also recommended an alignment service and went so far as to show me the before and after alignment reports to illustrate what the issue was and how it was resolved. To top it off, my car always comes back to me fresh and clean from their car wash. Amazing service and very friendly staff!

Gallo. After a horrible experience with Oakville Toyota. She was spot on. Leased a Brand New Prius C, when they first came out. No problems. Price point was right were i wanted. On a personal note, don't get the upgraded keys. If you happen to run over one with your snow blower (or say the wife did), they are almost 600 bucks to replace. I am no buying the car out, $7000 less then they are going on autotrader for the same thing.

I had a great experience at this dealership! I was currently leasing a Honda and was at lease end so I decided to go car shopping of course. A friend of mine told me about this dealership because he and his family have been dealing with them for years. I have to say, I was very impressed with the excellent and quick service as soon as I walk in the door! I was inquiring about a certain model (scion FRS) and was quickly handed brochures, shown the car and was shown every feature about it. The sales staff was very polite and you could tell they were passionate about the cars they sell. I must have been there looking and test driving from 3-7pm. Needless to say, I went back two days later and purchased the car I wanted and love it! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
