Amazing experience purchasing a new RAV 2015 from Kyle Beattie...friendly and professional...love my car, great deal - he's the best!
I want to thank Grant for his positive and friendly attitude, his followup to make dealings go smoothly. All the staff were helpful and I feel well taken care of at Cambridge Toyota.
Gian Carlo was amazing to work with. Polite attentive and very respectful. He made sure I had all my needs met and no questions left unanswered I will definitely deal with Cambridge Toyota again and request Gian Carlo Thank you so much.
After being contacted several times to bring my car in, I booked an appointment for 10 a.m today. I was told that my car would take 11/2-2 hrs. 2/12 hrs. later, I texted to with no response. 1hr later, just after 1, I called to inquire & was told my car hadn't been in yet. I was told it was next to go in around 2-2:30. I had gone across to Tim Hortons to wait outside as I didn't want to sit in the waiting room. I was told that because I wasn't there, my car went to the bottom of the cue. Everything was blamed on COVID-19 and being short staffed. At the time I booked the appointment, I was told that they provide shuttle service, which was not accurate. I ended up having to pick my car up at 1:30 having not been seen. I was told that when I rebook my appointment, that they will have a car for me. Not sure I can count on this either. A day completely messed up for no good reason. I have been a customer for many years. I expected far better communication and organization.
Long story short, had some issues with a 2019 corolla we recently bought and voiced the concerns to Sean and Angelo. They ended up going above and beyond addressing our concerns plus some. Overall good experience.
Better communication would have helped. Was told our appointment was for 9am. I dropped the car off the night before, for one of their scheduled maintenance specials. Come 11:30ish am they were phoned. Was let known that they'd be working on it. Be done in about 2 hrs. Picked car up around 2:30pm
No-one was allowed to wait inside. Daughter and I sat outside in the heat (+30°C) during our wait. Was nice whenever their door was opened. Shot of cool air was refreshing.
At least our car was ready same day.
Kambiz was extremely helpful with the purchase of our new car. Amazing customer service from Cambridge Toyota.
Amazing experience from begging to end as I entered to the lobby I greated warmly till I exited which made me buy car from Cambridge Toyota.
I went into Cambridge Toyota looking for a new truck for work and had the pleasure to deal with Gian Carlo. He was very informative and friendly and wasn't your typical pushy sales men. He made the whole experience easy and stress free. Just from my experience I would highly recommend anyone who’s in the market to get a Toyota and wants a easy and stress free car buying experience go to Cambridge Toyota and ask for Gian Carlo...you won’t regret it.
I would give Cambridge Toyota a 0 star but it's not possible. Nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. When I bought my car I had the manager raising his voice at me for not buying the extended warranty on my car after I had already told him I wasn't getting it twice before that. It must have been because I was using my discount from working at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada at the time and he wasn't going to much off of the purchase. I felt like I was treated poorly for using my Indian Status Card but I won't get into that much more other than just throwing that out there. It doesn't affect what they make anyways. I brought my car in for a faulty transmission fix and they tried every thing to not have it fall under warranty even though my car was under warranty as it was sitting at 50,000km at the time. It sat in the parking lot for a week because they didn't have the parts while I paid for a rental but the parts should have already been there before my car was dropped off. The mechanic who was taking care of me forgot to order the parts. I decided to take my car back and I brought it to North Bay Toyota and they had the work done within 2 business without questions. I will never go back to Cambridge Toyota.
Buying a quality used car From Kambiz Farmand was a great experience, He was extremely knowledgeable about the car we purchased and very helpful in all the information we needed & to having the car ready & looking like it just got out of the factory.
The car was purchased during covid 19 & Cambridge Toyota was went out of their way to protect our health & welfare.
Grant was super friendly and just a pleasure to deal with! Even during current events, things went nice and smooth! Herve was also great to deal with and overall the whole experience was nice and no pressure! So happy with my experience and my new 4Runner!
Tyler in the Parts Department was super helpful today. My father needed a replacement battery for his Venza and Tyler was able to help us in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. The overall process was a breeze and I appreciate him answering my questions and concerns. Thanks Tyler! You rock!
Brought my black 2017 Corolla in because I noticed a paint issue on my fuel door. Upon inspecting the defect I rubbed the area with my finger resulting in paint peeling off. The appearance of the paint on that specific area looks to have bubbled and peeled for some reason. After advising the service manager that I work in the facility where this vehicle was manufactured, the service manager advised me that they dip the cars in paint to paint them and the fuel doors are made of plastic which is 100% false information. I waited 3 months for a warranty advisor to see the car and the result was a condescending representative in a suit and tie tell me that the warranty won't cover the peeling paint because a defect needs to be present and that there was probably a scratch on the clearcoat which caused the issue. The advisor tried twisting my words around and stated that I may have an enemy after we discussed the possibility of a chemical reaction causing this type of defect. Last time I checked a surface scratch doesn't cause paint to bubble and peel. The recommendation given was to buy a paint pen and touch up the area where the paint has peeled or have the fuel door repainted. This is unacceptable! Given Toyota's history of peeling paint issues I am very disappointed. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership from a wonderful sales person however the service department is nothing to brag about. I will no longer be visiting this dealership for anything related to service in the future.
If anyone is looking to buy a used car from Toyota Cambridge, just go straight to Herve. He is an amazing guy! He helped me in everything to make the whole transaction smoothly.
Totally impressed with the staff here. I was just window shopping and comparing vehicles for a future purchase. Sales people were all busy but the manager came right over and showed me vehicles and answered all my questions. Great service!
Grant is amazing. Highly recommended working with him if you visit Toyota at Eagle. New Corolla Hatch is perfect and the blue flame is sharp!
Sean in Used Cars made it a wonderful experience getting a used car. Thank you so much. We love the Highlander.
The service from Cambridge Toyota is Worst Ever.
I bought a Toyota Camery 2018 last September 2019 and had a problem with Noise in Engine Then I took the dealer they said it's the cover under the Engine and cost $700 + repair . I Went to another dealer they said the cover is perfect fine. But the noise is still there. Just went for oil change and charged me $100 and said it's good for 16000 KM the sticker says only 5000 KM
So bad services. I called and complain. But no one called me back. I am not happy at all with the service.!!!!'Nnn👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Pulled up with no appointment, because of a scraping noise as I went over bumps in my car. Taken in right away, fixed and no charge as it was just a loose price of plastic. How can I not give 5 Stars?
It was an amazing experience buying car from Sean mirzada. The process was very easy and fast. very friendly staff. I am going to recommend all my friends to buy car from Sean.
How do you turn a simple oil change into a repair job take your car here and find out. Took my car in for an oil change they left a plug loose so it could fall out or out all together so the oil could drain out over time. Way to go team Cambridge Toyota then oh someone else must have gotten into a locked garage or some place else you parked and taken that plug out and put it back then took it out again. I’m now stuck with a bunch of out of pocket expenses thanks to your poor work. Oh we will give you credit for 1/2 of what it cost you to fix our poor work in future repair work but we did nothing wrong . No thanks. You had an opportunity to correct the problem you caused and you messed that up too. NEVER COMING BACK HERE !!! Thank goodness for Toyota engineering and design with safeguards that saved the engine from any damage caused by loss of oil. Toyota makes some of the best cars out there unfortunately you can’t say the same for all their dealers service centers.
New to owning a Toyota, only had my 2019 RAV4 for less than a year, moved to Cambridge so this became my service dealership of choice and will likely not recommend to others. Cost of service is always over estimate and haven't left on time as per estimate (at least 3 instances of this)
Recently charged for consumables (fluids and sanding discs during the service) which I find laughable that the business needs to tack that on to my bill and can not cover or at least let me know that it could happen beforehand.
I purchased an Avalon Limited from this dealership in September 2019. The sales manager (Steve Harvey) and product advisor (Syed Zubair) at the dealership promised me that my car would be delivered within 6-8 weeks. However, they later told me that it will actually be delivered in February of 2020, which is 11+ weeks longer than they initially promised. Based on the other reviews posted here, it appears that lying about the estimated delivery date is a common sales 'tactic' that this dealership uses on its customers. I have not received any apology from the dealership and they have refused to take any responsibility for this situation. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
The service from Cambridge Toyota was the Worst Ever Ever in my life!!!
I bought highlander last May 2019 and had a problem with Long range remote KEY. Then they reorder the key. I waited for 2months, finding out that it was not ordered. They ordered again and waited again for one month, finding out that they ordered WRONG one this time. After a month, Finally they got the right one and set up the long range remote key correctly. However, the trunk is not working this time!!and broke my security camera system!!
There are even more behind this story!!
It all took 5 month to get this done. Cambridge Toyota is the WORST CHOICE if you buy a vehicle or service!! Next time i will review the behind story.
Great place , I recommend 😃.
Special thanks to Giancarlo Aviles for professional service.
My family has purchased three vehicles from this dealership from Herve Lebel, and all three have more than lived up to their expectations.
He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond for me and my family time and time again.
I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him and this dealership, 5/5 stars
We purchased a vehicle from Toyota with a remote start which had a defect before we took the vehicle off the lot. Which was promised to be resolved; after 5 months of inexcusable customer service, we are let down by the following:
a. We had not received any sort of apology or empathy for the neglectful performance by staff members of Toyota Cambridge.
b. Toyota Cambridge needed constant probing for any progress on an issue that was agreed to be resolved the day we purchased the vehicle nearly five months prior.
c. Toyota Cambridge recommended FM Audio who provided terrible customer service, with a belittling tone.
I have been very happy with the service from the Toyota team over the past 10 years. Ryan and his team go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. We highly recommend Cambridge Toyota!
Very unpleasant experience today with Henry, after purchasing my recent car and not realizing that if I wanted to take off the extended warranty it wouldn’t help lower my payments. He spoke to me like I was stupid for asking to take it off, made me feel so horrible oh and made sure he called me back at work to know that even if I did take it off it wouldn’t help my monthly payments go down to the original price I was given before the warranty. When they offered it to me I was so hesitant and not aware that if I added it I couldn’t change it. Which is unfortunate because I’m a single mom and saving that extra 25 dollars a month could mean a meal on our table. After leasing and using this dealership since 2006 I am so disappointed i had to go through that today and that I fell for the trap of this kind of stuff, being a female and maybe not knowing as much as them you think they would be more helpful in making me aware that if I added that on I wasn’t able to get out and back to the first price I was given. But hey they got another sale and I got sucked into something I don’t actually need because my dad could have helped me with that. He wasn’t there to make sure I didn’t get stuck in this. So now I am going to make sure I recommended any other car dealership other then Toyota and especially this one. I know my dad was considering buying another Toyota this year and after what he’s seen them do to me he will be going elsewhere. Be very careful what you sign here and always bring a male with you to make sure you don’t get treated or spoke to how I was today.
I really like Cambridge Toyota. I've purchased 6 vehicles from them over the years... Nice staff have become friends to me.
I just traded in my 2015 RAV4 to Toyota and got a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. The team there is awesome, this is my second purchase with Toyota Cambridge and I will go back again :)
They are detailed, and get you what you want with what they can offer.
I’m never disappointed with any service I’ve had there.
Pleasant staff. Not a place of take my car again for an oil change. 1 1/2 hours is a little excessive.
For a dealership, this place is awesome. I don't feel like they're constantly trying to gouge me. Service is good, effective, and seems to last. Prices are so reasonable I don't bother changing my own oil anymore.
Sean Mirzada thanks so much for all your hard work demonstrating and explaining the benefits in our new car. The after sale suggestions for extended warranty and protection benefits you made sound like it was common sense. We are going to enjoy this car for years to come.
Anyone looking for a used or new Toyota vehicles Sean Mirzada is the man! Great guy excellent service with you through the entire process. Very polite and respectful and makes sure he gets you the best price possible. Highly recommended dealer!
My wife and I were in a bit of a time crunch when we walked into the dealership looking for a new vehicle. Richard who helped us out was more than fluent and experienced when we asked for his assistance. The car that we were looking to lease was the new 2020 Corolla Hybrid. Even with the vehicle being so new to the market, he was more than knowledgeable when explaining all the details to us. He took his time going through the numbers with us and made it feel very personable when we were discussing our options. Not only did we interact with Richard, there were a few other faces that assisted us along the whole process that made it feel like family. That’s definitely the impression that we received when we first walked through their doors. Without Richard and the rest of the staff that helped us, we wouldn’t be driving out of the lot with confidence.Thanks.

This stealership is a joke. Worst service ever. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes for an oil change even though I had a booked appointment. I went to inquire about my car, they told me they forgot about it. And so no oil change was done.So you drive in, and it says Express Service on the outside of building ( must be for humour purposes only) , they take your info, and then drive your car in the garage and out the back door to the yard where they park it in queue. My car unfortunately was "forgotten" , as I was told by the service advisor. So disappointing to go check on your car to see if it's ready, only to be told we forgot about it. I understand it was perhaps one individuals mistake, and that happens and can be forgiven. The only concern is that it happens with too much frequency. I understand this is a very busy service dept with high volume. This is great , as it means business is good ,but maybe Cambridge Toyota needs to grow to service our growing needs!I have purchased new vehicles from this dealership before, but I will no longer purchase nor service here. I will continue to purchase and recommend Toyota products, but just not from Cambridge Toyota.
Purchase of the vehicle was the only good part , SERVICE DEPT SUCKS have tried to get through to service on 2 occasions last time it took 3 days for them to pick up the phone or call back and then it was suggested to me that the 8000km check up wasn’t really needed basically because they were too busy to deal with it . now I need an oil change on my truck have called and been promised a call back twice in 2 days and nothing along with almost 20 min on hold NOT HAPPY
This review is for the parts department. I broke the main ignition key for my vehicle so I needed to go in to Toyota and get a new key. Eric helped me and was fantastic. He quoted me $30 for a new key for my 2005 Toyota Echo and I was going to get 2 keys for a total of $60. I only had to wait 15-20 minutes to get my new keys and when I received my invoice it was only $20 total for both keys as they were not OEM. I'm really happy with the speed of service, the price was fantastic and the general customer service was polite, professional and efficient. 10/10. Would definitely recommend if you need parts!
Edit: You're welcome! Thanks for the response!
I'm on my third Toyota from this dealer and with the same salesman, Craig Price. I have always found him to give me honest and knowledgeable information about the cars I'm interested in. There has never been any pressure (I would have left immediately if that were the case and never returned)... I always felt the decision was in my hands, not his. Buying a new car is stressful and in some ways the sales people need to recognize this and respect the nature of this huge purchase. They do at this dealership. The Service department is amazing and easy to access with reasonable wait times, lots of coffee and treats and friendly chatter. Yes, the labour cost is high compared to private mechanics but they know their cars inside out. I tried other mechanics when my cars got older but always returned to this dealership because I trust their work and let's face it,.. they train to work on the very cars they sell... they have a reputation to keep up... and believe me, they do great work hiring staff who are friendly, warm and accessible... I have seen this dealership evolve over the years and its impressive. I convinced my husband to buy a Toyota and trade in his Chev and when he meet my salesman and test drove my Corolla with me, he was convinced. We are now both proud owners of Toyota vehicles!
Dave Kingsbury was a pleasure to deal with in used cars. He kept things simple and factual and negotiations were adult - no games. The dealership is top notch, the people friendly, helpful and honest, and I am a big fan of the vehicles and the brand. Thank you for a very pleasurable experience - not usual for a vehicle purchase.
As a parts manager of a busy collision repair facility in Kitchener I have the pleasure of dealing with this parts department on a daily basis. The professionalism of their staff, the accuracy of the deliveries and their parts delivery drivers are unparalleled. It's a highly functional operation like theirs that helps us to succeed in our business. Keep up the amazing work!
A Big Thank you to the staff of Cambridge Toyota for all your hard work
getting my 2019 Tacoma . Especially to Eva Glogiewicz you made the process of buying a new vehicle very enjoyable.
Great service from Richard. I bought a 2018 Tundra from him and he provided exceptional service. Richard contacted me every step of the way and that is rare considering the lack the of communication that I've received from other salespeople at other dealerships.
Thanks again for your professionalism.
I have now bought two cars from Eva Glogiewicz at Cambridge Toyota and once again was very happy with the service. She truly goes above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service, get you the best deal, and make car buying a smooth process. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.
Very good experience purchasing a new car from Kyle at Cambridge Toyota. He was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Toyota.
Great experience buying my new 2014 Corolla. Highly recommend dealing with Kyle Beattie. Great guy,,very personable....keep up the good work!! Love my car!
Great experience buying our first Toyota from Kyle Beattie. We gave Kyle our quick delivery needs and he came through for us.
My 2005 Matrix had a very common problem with the manual transmission bearings causing rattle. Guelph Toyota told me I needed a "New Transmission" for 3500$, which is strange since they don't put new transmissions in for even warranty service.
Guelph Mr Transmission estimated 1700$ and never got back to me.
Cambridge Toyota went for a test drive with me, admitted that this was a common problem that they knew exactly knew how to fix. Then they fixed my transmission perfectly for a fraction of the cost because they knew how to. They also adjusted my clutch so it worked way better than when Guelph Toyota replaced it.
In short these guys are professional, honest and know what they are doing.
