Avi sold us a 2018 Toyota Highlander in late August, and was very smooth when it came to selling and closing the deal. After sale service and communication has been almost non-existent since then, and we are still struggling/chasing them to find out about the Aeroplan miles that were promised by Avi during the sale process.
We purchased our new Highlander from Moaid Elkhabitad salesman and Shane Clausen finance advisor at Bolton Toyota. Our entire experience has been overwhelmingly great and welcoming. My wife and I dreaded the idea of buying a new vehicle but it had to be done. I went on unhaggle and was called by Moaid to come in for an unhaggled deal. From the time we stepped in it was clear we were in great hands, Moaid spoke clearly of the products explaining them perfectly. He at no time pushed anything on us, but only told us of the pro’s and con’s and allowed us to make up our own decision. He was respectful and understanding and went way above and beyond any salesman we had ever dealt with. We got our Highlander, at our price, delivered when he said, with all the extras. On deliver Moaid took the time to carefully go over everything, he even set up our Bluetooth and radio channels. I can’t say enough praise for his patience. Moaids’ team mate Shane was the same patience, understanding, knowledgeable. Shane took the time to go over all the options, warranties, and bottom line. Both of these men returned our phone calls, emails and had knowledgeable answers. When we first left with our Highlander both my wife and I at the same time said wow what a pleasant experience not at all what we expected. I rate them Five stars!
Salesman was very courteous and helpful. Even though I made a decision to go with a murano instead.
2019 end of Aug, i purchased 2020 Hybrid Corolla. Sales representative advised me i will get it in 5 to 6 weeks. I did not get any proper follow up call from sales representative for delivery update so when i visited dealership i was advised that it will take few months before they get that vehicle. after two months i got loaner vehicle from them which is nice of them but I am still waiting for my vehicle and after giving me that loaner vehicle i have not got any call from dealer ship on any follow up, soon there will be 2021 vehicles coming up whats the point of they taking order for vehicle that they can not provide to there customer.
Exceptional service. Reception was very nice and accommodating. Excellent customer service, very genuine and personal. Bought a Toyota Camry from them recently and the entire experience was very pleasant. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
Got my car serviced from here last week (oil change). Reception was polite and service was great. My car even got a nice wash at the end and I was left with some water bottles for my drive home. Thank you for providing a great and smooth experience. I will definitely be coming back.

I recently got new brakes at Bolton Toyota for my 4 Runner. As always the service way excellent. I have been going there exclusively for service for the past ten years and I have formed such a quality relationship with Anna specifically. In addition to her friendly, accommodating and professional approach ... what I appreciate the most is her honesty. I have never been made to feel "sold" on a service ... and Anna has gone above & beyond to keep me updated and educated about my vehicle's needs. In this day and age, it really is about the "human connection" when determining value ... and the little extra's like adjusting to my schedule or helping me into a loaner to do errands while I wait makes all the difference.
After this most recent service a lovely woman named Melissa followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction and update my contact info in the Toyota database so I would receive future alerts about events & promotions. It was a nice touch!

They’re other dealerships around my place but I always go here just because of the excellent customer service. Very shady place. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Went through the process of wanting to finance a vehicle. The sales rep first off wasnt even very respectful. Laughed when I told him how much I wanted for my vehicle to trade in. I got past that and signed a vehicle purchase agreement. The manager Ivan told me the trade price is just an estimate and he's playing with numbers to make it look good for the bank and that I would get alot more money for my trade upon approval. I called two different dealerships who advised me that Toyota Bolton is in fact being shady and making things up. I now wasted just over 2 hour drive time plus almost two hours at the dealership. Again very shady business practice. Dealerships should have to follow certain guidelines so they can't screw people over.
The general manager Muzammil Ali & The sales manager Charles Zhao were very professional and provided excellent customer service. They are problem solvers and have provided the most help they can. If your looking to purchase a Toyota definitely make Bolton Toyota your choice of purchase!

I purchased a new Toyota Corolla Hybrid which is without doubt an excellent car. I must say that Bolton Toyota is headed by a very efficient and Honest Person Mr Ali who solved a unfavorable situation which arose due to nobody's fault . He listened to my problem and promised me to resolve it and he did it in shortest time possible. Kudos to him and his Sales Team.

Not a worth it to make a visit. The promos they release are just to attract customers and not for sales. The managers are not sure how the sales work. (Offering 3K for 15k vehicle trade in). Escalation to chief manager results in yelling and insult

Don’t ever buy any car from these guys. They are doing the deal without having a car on their lot and we waited for 2 weeks for a car to come and still they couldn’t able to deliver it. Also they need to teach the finance guy how to treat a customer

Don't buy from this dealership! I purchased a car over 4 months ago. Getting the complete run around and a new story every time we call them. Today was the best one yet, they gave me a VIN and when I confirmed I'd be in the next day to pick up the car they called me at 9pm and told me they found a "defect" on inspection and had returned it. More reviews to come depending the story I get from them tomorrow...these are the stories that Go Public loves.

I was very surprised to see all the positive reviews. We purchased a Toyota Sienna 3 years ago, and although we love the vehicle we have had nothing but issues with the service department. The gentleman there is degrading and it is obvious he has issues with women. On several occasions, he has made every attempt to make my service, as simple as it might be, an issue! I have tried my best, to avoid getting the service manager involved, whoever that is on any given day, and for good reason, he wasn't any better. It is the 21st Century, women own cars and are very capable of understanding how they work and what is needed and not needed! I dreaded taking our vehicle there for service and have started visiting another dealership solely for this reason. I would avoid this dealership at all costs, especially if you're a capable and competent women, it is not worth the aggravation.

I bought a used Highlander and they forgot to include the all season mats and the USB wasn't working. However they were accommodating in fixing the problems in a timely manner and were very pleasant to deal with. People make mistakes but it's how those mistakes are rectified that matters. I have bought 2 cars previously from another dealership where I met Joey and was very happy with my buying experience ... and the vehicles! This is the first time I have bought a car from Bolton Toyota ... made the trek to see Joey again as it's worth the drive and more. Joey is the Sales Manager and I can tell he treats and trains his reps well, as I was greeted promptly and offered a coffee/water upon arrival by one of his reps. I also met Craig, the General Manager briefly, and he was very friendly too. My overall experience at Bolton Toyota was amazing! Joey was professional as always, provided excellent follow up via email + phone, and helped with finding a great used car since not in the market for new this time around. Once I decided on the car, the paperwork + warranty offering discussion with Christian was very pleasant. Turnaround to pick up the car was fast and everything went smoothly!! The difference for me in coming back to Bolton Toyota is knowing that I will get great customer service, and they listen to me vs pushing cars that may not fit my needs. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from...I just had an alignment done on my Toyota 4Runner and Bolton Toyota handled it exceptionally. I was greeted by Matt in service and they took a minute to discuss everything with me, also lubricated my doors while I was waiting. Shuttle was available to drive me to work but I decided to wait in the show room. While in the show room I talked to couple very nice sales people, there was no pressure or anything like that. Had a chance to ask few questions at the parts desk and the gentleman there was very helpful and answered all my questions. My vehicle was ready in no time, they even gave it a quick wash an I was on my way. Very pleased with my experience in Bolton Toyota. Give them 5 stars out of 5...Well Done !
