Brought my car in just before closing time on a Xmas long weekend as my vehicle unexpectedly had problems. They took the car in right away regardless of them closing shortly. A part needed to be ordered, and I would have been without a car over Christmas waiting for it to get fixed, but they offered to lend me a vehicle over the holidays until the part arrived and that my car could be fixed.
They went above and beyond and I was able to still enjoy Christmas without worrying about anything. I’m definitely giving five star for the amazing service. Thank you!

I’ve always had really good service with Bathurst Toyota. They are very professional and they know how to take care of business. What I love about them is that even if I take my vehicle for and oil change they look at everything and they let me know if there’s something that should be looked at and taken care off.
Just as an example I can give you here. I hadn’t been in the shop the last couple of years and lately I had 2 concerns. The first one was I had breaks done last summer and my pedal was very low so I went back to the shop that had done the job and was told that everything was fine and the second one was I could hear a noise on the right rear side so again I was told my bearings were worn out. But they couldn’t do the job do to lack of equipment so I decided to go to Bathurst Toyota. 2 days later I get the call saying that’s my break pins were so rusted and everything else (break pad, calipper etc) where so rusted and that’s what my break peddle was so low. It’s coast me 9,70$ for parts and 2.30 hrs to take everything apart and clean it for a total of 398$ so if I had take it there in the first place the job would’ve been done correctly. And for the noise in the rear well I was told that my truck is in a very good shape for a 2008 Toyota Tundra Crew Max. The problem for the noise it’s my tires, I’ve had them for 4 or 5 years now and they are getting old, so other then that is I can stand the noise for a little while longer I’ll just put 4 new ones come fall.
So lesson learned for me. I’m going back for my maintenance and repairs to Bathurst Toyota in the future. They know my truck and they always discuss the best options with me.

We were in Bathurst for a hockey tournament got a nail in a brand new tire. I stopped at there service department to see if they could fit me in. Recently I received a recall notice on my 2011 Toyota XRS airbags. I bought the car used only a year ago and was surprised the previous owner hadn't had them replaced.
Be that as it may, I called Hathaway Toyota off Anne St. in Bathurst N.B. I was greeted on the phone by a very cheerful receptionist who in turn forwarded my call to Paul. Took no time at all.
I explained the problem to Paul who immediately set up an appointment at my earliest convenience and explained that although the parts were not on their shelves they would be by the appointment date...one week later. If not they'd call to keep me informed.
One week to the day my parts had arrived and they phoned the day before to confirm my availability.
The day of the repair I met with Paul. We documented the remaining details and I started to enjoy a fresh coffee...on the house, when Paul asked me if I would prefer to stay or be shuttled home...by Hathaways shuttle service. No charge! I took the offer and soon was enjoying the friendly and informative conversation on the way home. A little over an hour later I got the "all done" call and the shuttle arrived to pick me up at home to bring me back to pick up my car. No charges,
No pressure sales. Just good service.
Paul was great. He pointed out some things the mechanic had noticed from the diagnostics and informed me of the cost savings when replacing wiper blades.
Over all a very professional experience.

Best service from when I walked into the door and throughout the process of having my car serviced. Friendly staff make you feel at ease from their phone call to the time you come in.
The customer service experience was absolutely stellar! My sales person, Marc, was so helpful and very friendly and welcoming. He took the time to answer all of my questions and went over all the features of my new vehicle to ensure I would get the most use out of it.
My financial person, Dani, was so sweet and easily approachable and she took the time to go over all the things that was available to me in my new vehicle. They gave me the best price for trading in my previous car, which was only a year old.

Sales and service are good but they have no backing from the management! Issues with my vehicle and they wanted 700$+ to fix it, no deal, nor middle ground. That was on a brand new 45K$ Tacoma. They lost a customer. (bought 2 Tacoma in 2 years there)

When I called for a jammed issue with my old car at few minutes past 5, the service center guy told me to come over and he literally waited for my arrival 15 minutes later. He was working on jammed problem though a minor one for about 20minutes considering the fact that I was going for a long drive. He didn't charge a penny at the end. Another when I went over, they fixed some minor issue for literally zero service charge and I spent just 10$ for a 30minute job and made me save over 80$ dollars which I would have spent happily even for this kinda minor long standing issue. This is like a heaven when compared to another Toyota Center elsewhere where they were demanding 120$ upfront to even have a look and lemme know what the hell was wrong with the car.
