One of the Customer Service, seems that this person want's me and my wife to order a Rav4 without test driving the vehicle. Was told via text message that before I can test drive one , it will take a long time like YEARS because they don't have that kind of vehicle or even similar to that for test driving. No extra effort made to customer, thinking what more for the after service. Sorry but you loose one customer including possible referrals to friends and relatives.
Despite not having a parts guy in, Todd from precision Toyota went out of his way and out of his department to find and deliver a fuse while I was stranded in brandon. Thanks Todd for helping me out.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen from Anuj.
He does not care at all about his customers and is very money greedy and only spoke about how much money he could make and he consistently overtalked my husband and I.
We are about an hour away and were working with Todd who was a wonderful business man, and we drove into Brandon to continue our deal and since Todd was off that day we ended up with Anuj who refused our initial deals and only spoke about himself and how much more money he could make doing things differently.
We ended up walking out and going to a different dealership that had amazing customer service and bought a brand new Suv!

Being interrupted continually to the point of never being able to speak is NOT good customer service. He also did NOT honor the deals and expected me to build and buy a different SUV with ZERO discount and lowered the value of my trade in and even said and I quote:" We don't even want your trade in." That is NOT customer service. He didn't even want to hear my offer or offer me different options. Your business just lost 60,000.00 due to him.

Great service! Jackson Patel was very helpful and assisted me in the purchase of my car. I got posted to Shilo and purchased my car at Precision Toyota, however, the car took a month to be delivered. Until the car arrived, Jackson and his colleagues made sure I had a loaner vehicle. Very helpful and a very friendly dealership!
I mean really amazing service from the moment I walked in the door. My car needed immediate attention and everyone made sure I was taken care of as well as my car which will be ready soon. Parts were already in stock and i received a phone call within a very short time of leaving it there. So impressed!!

Another great visit to Precision Toyota Brandon. I came in for an oil change and check over on my Tundra. The fellas found some very vital safety concerns and quickly ordered the parts and repaired within a day. I was given a new Corolla as a loaner while Tundra was being repaired . A big shout out to the service team and my awesome sales guy Todd . Thank you so much , Precision always comes through.

Needed a days worth of work done on my car, and they managed to get me in for service the next day. Riley (the mechanic) even noticed a couple nails in my tires and took care of that problem for free. That Riley is a good guy! Would definitely recommend Precision Toyota.
I bought my car from precision Toyota, a beautiful red Toyota Corolla. I love it. The only problem I have is the service department. I took my car in because the battery died and the tow truck fellow told me to take it to the dealership, to have them check it out. I did, they put it on a trickle charger. Scratch on the drivers side door. Took it in a week later to get my winter tires off and the all seasons put on. Another scratch by the hood.

Bought a brand new truck, couple issues with the service. Good management, will keep you posted after each service. The experience buying the vehicle was great Jackson is a great guy, finance was excellent as well. The overall experience was good 3 is a good rating , I would not five more than 1 star or buy a vehicle from anyone else in Brandon.
We visited Precision Toyota looking for very specific color and trim combination for a RAV4 hybrid. Jackson was our sales guy. He is outstanding. He understood our needs, wasnt pushy, came up with different options and showed us multiple different trims across different engine types. Since we were coming in from Winnipeg he offered to come in to the dealership on a Sunday which saved us from having to take a day off from work. I would recommend Jackson to people without a doubt.

Bought a used car and delt with a fine employee. Being it is a used car there have been some minor problems but the staff member has been ready and available to deal with any problems.
Anuj Purohit is a great sales manager, he knows his stuff!!! He listened to what it was we were looking for in a vehicle (we wanted to do something for the environment with this purchase as well as have all the safety features that would make driving less stressful). Anuj was patient with all our questions, helpful, courteous, professional; made vehicles available for test drives when it was convenient for us (stayed late a couple days to accommodate our schedules). Would give him three bonus stars if that was an option. On the financial services side of things Tracy Webber was brilliant, took care of all the paper work quickly and efficiently, explained it all in language that was both clear and concise (no surprises!!!!), imagine that! All in all a normally stressful experience was made almost stress free, by the staff at Precision and for that we are very, very, grateful.
Was there at 8am no one acknowledged my existence till 815 though was stared at by service area, then was told noone from sales would be in till 9 (door and website say sales open at 8) and in fact all week they've been starting at 9., misleading pricing on online catalog not even an apology was actually ganged up on by 2 employees even when I was asking about vehicle. Misprints happen but this was handled very poorly. I purchased a vehicle here prior but never again.

i was originally on your website looking for used vehicles obviously a 2020 for $2000 is either 99% misprint or a huge promotion, being on a look out for a used vehicle under 10,000 thats how these 2 came up. had i not been ganged up on and made to feel uncomfortable or heck even asked if i was interested in anything else i may of stuck around to look at other vehicles instead i went across the street to kia where i was treated amazingly better and had a great laugh at this situation.
Aside this seems to be a known issue with misprints why is it not fixed? there is government regulations in regards to pricing and this may not be an honest mistake anymore if this is a known issue?????

Booked an appointment a week before arriving and being told there was no courtesy car available on the morning of the appointment. Was told when the appointment was made they would call if there were any difficulties
I try to buy locally, but it's tough when you can go to Winnipeg and get the identical new SUV for thousands less than in Brandon at Precision Toyota. Winnipeg has 4 Toyota dealerships so there's lots of competition. When I tried to get Precision Toyota to price match on the identical new SUV, they couldn't come anywhere close, so I bought it in Winnipeg.
Super helpful staff. Went in for a compatible oil filter for my Lexus and parts staff called lexus to make sure I walked out of there with the right part. Can't beat the price either, Fram has an after market filter for twice the price. Very satisfied with the service

Had an inspection done about what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. I couldn't afford to get all the wirk done right away. My mechanic at home said they did not miss anything and over time I had the repairs done (at home). I would call that great service.

My sales experience was great. About two months after I bought my used car I had my first issue, and two months after that I had my second major issue. I was told my repairs would cost $1500 and of course the $2000 warranty I bought doesn't cover any of the expenses. I said to have the manager call me, he called the next day, was very condescending, I could basically see his eyes roll through the phone, he made me feel like it was my fault, he gave me the generic "it passed at safety so shut up" answer. I said seeing as how they do this for a living they should have told me the whole exhaust system was hanging on by a thread, sure it passed safety but might last month. He made me feel like it was my fault and that in four summer months I managed to rust out a whole exhaust system. He cut me off, and said that he'd refer me to my sales person manager and hung up the phone. The worst part of this experience was the rude 30 second phone call I got from Toyota's manager. The manager treated me like I was too stupid to write an online review. Needless to say I'll be spending my $1500 elsewhere.
