Toyota truck is reliable and has good parts, things won't start getting lose like wranglers. Love the idea of a wrangler but after having one can tell, parts used on them are cheap, and it will give you lots of problem with time, too much money to fix or to make it reliable.
My taco goes anywhere I used to go. Quiet ride and great 4x4. Toyota keep the good work!

I spent almost 10 months looking to purchase a new tacoma here. During this time I mostly worked with Kalim. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Throughout the entire process, they were honest with me, and never once tried to pressure me into a sale. They waited patiently while I tried to deal with ICBC's insurance plan changeover and inability to give me a quote for insurance to plan a budget. When I took the truck in for a re-torque as it had a lift added to it, I was supplied with a rental car, and they got the truck back to me on time. The best part is walking in and having them greet you by name, really makes you feel appreciated.
I called West Coast Toyota on two separate occasions to receive information on a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Each time I called, I was connected with Laurie who never returned a phone call, offered any advice, or provided any assistance on buying a Toyota. This led me to going to another dealership where I eventually purchased a new Toyota.
Before I came to West Coast Toyota I was servicing my Prius at the other dealership / service centre. Long wait times and lack of support prompted me to look at other centres, and I found what I was looking for at West Coast Toyota. Very swift processing, courteous service on all levels from the front desk to managers, finding out of the box solutions and implementation. Interestingly enough, I've met their past employee at an entirely different place and industry, and he was very happy with his time spent at the centre. Simply examplary operation!

Unfortunately had to bring my car in for warranty work. West coast Toyota was quick and easy, no messing around. Brought the car in, dropped off keys, told it would take three to three and a half hours and was offered shuttle car to drop me off and pick me up. They called just under three and a half hours later, they gave me a quick run down on what was done and parts changed out, gave me the keys and I was gone.
I’ve always had a great experience getting my car serviced here at Toyota! I love their customer service along with their effort to always take good care of my car! Recently I’ve had a little scratch on the car over the snowy period and didn’t know if they could buff it out. They did it for me and now it’s perfectly gone! I absolutely enjoy taking my truck in for service every time. Somehow I always get to walk out with a gift from them as well! I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Westcoast Toyota for service and if you need a new one, shop there!
A really remarkable and unexpected experience shopping for a used Sienna. I chatted quickly with Carlo about what I was looking for. Carlo was absolutely awesome. Went into Toyota and was very pleased with the service. They didnt have the car i wanted in stock, however, they were able to get it within a few days! I personally dealt with Laurie and he was very polite, courteous and extremely helpful.
We’ve bought two cars from them, and been back for service, and I like West Coast Toyota. They’re friendly and professional. Their waiting area is decent, with comfortable seats and TV and newspapers, but the nice thing is that some of the seats have little desks, so you can work on things while you wait.
When I thought there was a problem with my car, they went to great lengths to investigate, spending time with me and my car, and also checking two other new cars of the same model. It ended up being fine, but I was stressed about it at the time and they were super responsive. Because of the great service, I’m sure we will continue going to this location for service, and our next cars when we’re ready to upgrade again.
I decided I would upgrade my 1999 4Runner and went looking for a new Tacoma. I was introduced to Laurie Shong and he was incredibly helpful. With his experience he made some suggestions as to the type of Tacoma and method of financing I might look at. We ordered my 2020 Tacoma Off Road Premium with all the bells and whistles I wanted. He went out of his way to personally ensure and get my accessories to the dealership so my vehicle would be ready on the dated promised. I am more than happy with the vehicle I chose and the finance option. Laurie, Diane Draper and Michael Shell were awesome to deal with, and I hope they represent the type of people I will meet when I eventually get to the Service and Parts departments. I highly recommend Westcoast Toyota. I can see why they have such a high rating here and on Google.

I took my 2018 Tacoma for service today (November 2019) and I must say I was blown away by how good the service was. Trevor was super cordial and explained things in detail. This has not been my service location usually (they were booked for a few weeks) so when I went to this location, they couldn’t figure some of the paper work, but they made sure to find the answer.
Super happy, I will be back. 100% recommended. I’m kinda sad I didn’t get my truck here to begin with.
Poor diagnostic skill. Had speaker noise on my 19 camry. Tech changed setting to factory setting and let the car go. Why don’t you say turn off your radio? Will find other dealer that they willing to fix.

Great sales team. Had a fantastic buying experience. Phil was great to work with. Quality of the maintenance work is top notch. Any little issues, Gord and his team make it their priority to fix. They have a great loyalty program which you don't find at a lot of other dealerships. Left very happy at the end of the day. Will be back.
Very helpful gentleman, I needed a tire change and he reviewed my various options, pros and cons and cost details. I asked another young man about my dash lights and he ran out into a down pour to check, and fix them.
A few days later I was back to have my tires put on and found the same great service, including a courtesy drive home and back.

My experience with West Coast Toyota goes back 5 years and you would have to say I am extremely happy with their service.
One visit a discount was given on a brake tune up. Saved $100.
West Coast Auto Group has started a Customer Advantage card that saves you money based on the dollar value of work completed. When servicing my brakes, the card generated about $35 in discounts on my next visit, plus the work was competitively priced.
One time I was heading south for a few months and the service department decided to do a safety check on my battery. They saved me a possible problem as the battery was not charging properly, and I could have been in a dessert area where no one was around to service the vehicle.
The staff is always pleasant, will drive you home, wash vehicle, and explain the work completed etc.
It would be hard to not buy another Toyota based on the service given.

West Coast Toyota Pitt Meadows B.C. has the best service especially Brad he is the best. I was very happy with the last service that was done on my car. I didn't have to wait very long I could have got a shuttle ride but I wanted to go for a walk I have used the shuttle service in the past. The car was washed and looked really good. I am happy that the mechanics check everything on the car to make sure everything is working fine. I will always bring my car into West Coast Toyota and down the road when I decide to trade my car in I will purchase another vehicle from West Coast Toyota in Pitt Meadows.
