Lesson learned, when I am looking to replace my primary vehicle I certainly won't be visiting Silverwood Toyota, all over a $40 tank of fuel... Terrible experience overall. Will not visit again. Make sure you ask before you buy as standard practice in the industry doesn't always apply here.

Buyer beware! Purchased a used rav 4 for our daughter. She started to see some leakage after car washes eventually to the point that the water was streaming in through the front. Took it to a local body shop to be told there was no seal on the windshield. This dealership replaced the windshield after the previous owner traded it in and they didn't seal it. At all. Makes me wonder what else they are slacking on to cut costs. Not impressed at all. There goes an extra $500 out of my pocket.
Silverwood Toyota was a great experience. I looked for my dream truck for two years. Silverwood had it and dealing with them was a laid back easy transaction. They were nice enough to hold my truck for a few weeks until my work shift ended. Blaine followed up on all items required and was very professional. Highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a Rav 4 from here last year. I love my vehicle and all but my absolute favourite part of silver wood Toyota is the wonderful service department. I believe his name is Neil, he’s a Filipino man that makes the experience of getting your vehicle serviced pleasant. Such a nice man, great customer service and is great at communicating everything that goes on with my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend.

When i called i had too argue with the lady that answered my call, too let me book my truck in for an oil change as i could not do an express lube and she kept telling me too do express lube. Very frustrating. Then once my truck was in they wanted to charge me labour to replace my cabin filter as they already removed it. After I said put it on my seat if your gonna charge me labour. They installed it for free. Every time i drop my truck off there its such a hassle the only one that is good too deal with is Ashley.
Terrible experience with getting my warranty looked after my car at this dealership waste of time. Had some issues with my trunk and bumper rubbing took it to get looked got told by the dealership to go to auto body shop to get it fixed and they would cover the costs. Great right? I kept checking in with the dealership when my appointment will be be never got back to me it was over 7 months of waiting and when I brought it up again they told me they would have to start the whole process over again cause so much time had past.
We had our 2017 Rav 4 serviced at Sherwood Toyota on Jan. 19, 2022. The staff in the service department were excellent. I have a hearing implant and a hearing aid thus I have difficulty hearing well especially with masks and plexiglass barriers. The service person was willing to text with me and explain the necessary details as well as give an estimate and approx time to complete the job.
When we arrived the shuttle service was excellent, the job was completed in excellent time and fashion.
We have been to various Toyota dealerships; my wife and I talked of this after the service was completed and on our way home, both agreeing that Silverwood Toyota dealership went way beyond the normal to look after a deaf old lad and his wife. We will definitely be returning as needed and highly recommend anyone needing service to check this dealership out!

Let me start off by saying, if I could write a review without selecting a star I would. My experience with this dealership was not excellent.
I was a first time buyer and felt completely taken advantage of by the end of this experience. There was little to no negotiation on price (and I wish I would have just walked away from the deal). The truck needed a new windshield and I was lied to about dates on when the windshield would be arriving - and was later informed by their service department that there was no record it was ever ordered. I am a BC resident and the salesperson forgot to give me the proper paperwork to get the truck insured and registered in my province after I had been to the dealership twice already the day I picked the truck up. I requested to have the paperwork mailed using express postage and it was sent using regular mail. The VIN was not registered with the dealership, therefore when I finally was able to insure and register the truck - I needed a commissioner to sign off on me stating to my knowledge I owned the vehicle. I called silverwood various times requesting specifically to speak to the sales manager and she was always "busy" and never called me back.

Easy to purchase used 2016 vehicle
Vehicle had small squeeky break when we got home (we live 5 hours away) took it to get fixed. Called Silverwood Toyota and they refused to reimburse us for a $80 repair for there mechanic installing the break's wrong.
They claim we needed to get approval from service manager before they would reimburse?? Does it really matter?? what do you need to approve when your mechanics that work on Toyota's all day can't even do a breaks properly...

2018 Tundra with a poor battery. Won’t start at much below -20C even with synthetic motor oil. Took vehicle in to Silverwood and apparently the battery checked out ok (approx 90 amps less than design but still within acceptable criteria). So it’s likely a poor battery design that is primarily at issue for this make, and model of vehicle coupled with colder conditions than Toyota engineers had anticipated (lol, welcome to northern Alberta!). Anyway, Silverwood replaced to battery with a new one even though the old one check out on the meter. This may not have ultimately solved the issue, as it was just a replacement battery and not an upgrade (likely a larger batter is necessary), but I appreciate Silverwood for trying. Service was prompt and communications was good. I would have liked to have a “loaner vehicle” but I hear almost no dealerships are doing that any more. All in all, I was very satisfied with Silverwood Toyota and the service department in particular.
I’m giving my five star to Ben Krieger. He is a very supportive salesman and just wants to tend to your needs as much as he can with your process in buying a vehicle! Would always choose him for sales help.

Would not recommend. Bought a truck and extended warranty and was given the runaround for quite a while. Wasted hours of my time, a hotel trip, driving time, and countless hours on the phone with toyota.

On top, the tundra is the worst mileage vehicle I have ever owned. Including worse than my 42' motorhome. Toyota really has gone downhill from where I remember it.

These people know how to make a fool of a customer, they sold a car and decided that it was okay to keep one of the key fobs with them. my boyfriend bought the car from them, he tried to talk it out with them but the staff's ego wouldn't let them do the right thing. Never again, worst dealership.
Have not had a single bad experience ever since I got my first (and not last) Toyota here just over 3 years ago. Everyone is very friendly, it's a great atmosphere. Not pushy and contagiously passionate. Express lube is consistent and thorough; it's a relaxing experience.

Aseem had a great personality, understood my needs and did what he had to do to make sure he accommodated my list of wants. The service was quick, and without hassle.
