*****fraud alert***** signature from old owner says no accidents as per manger at toyota in the paper work he has from when i bought the truck******** 2014 purchased the toyota. when i went to sell the vehicle in 2019 i found out it's been in an accident. carproof attached lost money i went to toyota because of their name. don't trust this location. talked with manager of toyota he says he has car-proof in his file that shows accident i'm 100% sure i was never told there was an accident. i asked the car salesmen at time of purchase 3 times about accidents cause it had steel bumper on it. he also confirmed that there was no accidents and the husband had steel bumper installed.
huge part of this is they have signature from owner stating no accident but another piece of paper saying accident. i was still told there was no accident. ill let you decide what piece of paper was handed to me to miss lead me about the truck being in accident.

i lost money that can be replaced but the guy that purchased the vehicle truly looked at me as a fraud when we pulled up the car-fax report. honesty is key in this world and make me look like liar. this is one of the worst things you could of done you can keep the money but just admit you're a scam artist.

Bought used car back in November 2021. Nathan with sales was a great person to deal with. Honest and transparent and ready to help. The only thing I regret I should off take better look at mechanical condition of the vehicle. I always preferred to buy car from a dealership, as they claim their vehicles pass mechanical inspection before it goes for sale. In this case in my opinion they were more concerned about cosmetic then mechanical site. I hade to pass out of province inspection in order to register in BC, which it failed and had to pay additional $900, on top of that it has major engine leak, which I still have to to find out how much it’s going to cost me to fix. If you’re planning to purchase used car from this dealership take a closer look at mechanical condition and don’t rely on their inspection report.
Don't waste your time. IMO these guys don't behave like they want to work for or need your business ....quite the opposite actually.
Days of waiting for answers and following up...and little or no progress on the $ 40,000 used f150 I wanted to purchase for my wife...has ultimately led me to have to walk away. I understand why it's sat on their lot for 5 months.

I agreed to purchase a new car and agreed to put a deposit on it. I was questioned about people exporting vehicles and was profiled. There was suddenly a new sales model was adopted, they would not take a deposit anymore due to my "location". Strongly do not recommend!

Fantastic experience with Nathan. Very helpful, not at all pushy, supportive of us exploring our options in terms of financing/leasing, very knowledgeable about the differences between model years. Was very thorough when helping us evaluate differences between a few models/years. Excellent transparency about the sales process, as well as honest about the selling points and weak points of each model. I don't think I could ask for a more straightforward salesperson. We're still evaluating a few options so we can't comment on financing and post-purchase, but based on our experiences with Sean Sargent Toyota, we will absolutely consider them for any future vehicle purchases we may make.

I honestly found way better service going to Edmonton. The salesman I first dealt with could’ve cared less if I bought there. The manager was pleasant enough. But couldn’t be bothered to return my text when I told him we bought somewhere else. iIts sad I bought my Venza there in 2014 and it was an excellent experience, it certainly has down hill since then.

I called to make an appointment to get some work done on my car, the guy I talked to said to bring it in on the 7th. Dropped my car off the night before, left my keys in the drop box. Turns out they’re closed on the 7th for a holiday. You’d think they would be aware of what holidays they’re closed for. Good work guys! Now I don’t have my car until tomorrow morning at the earliest.
So far, my experience with this dealership has been fabulous! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Had a blast with Bernardo; he took all of the stress out of my first big car purchase and actually made it fun. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Charged me hundreds of dollars for a pre-purchase inspection and missed the fact that the car had been swamped/flooded. My local Toyota dealer in Calgary noticed this within minutes of working on the car. Their incompetence is now costing me thousands of dollars.
Awful service. They charge you hundreds of dollars for 10 minutes of work. DO NOT GO HERE. Better off going anywhere else. Also any newer Toyota will have all sorts of issues right after warranty.
My experience with Sargeant Toyota was not the best. The sales Dept was great but everything after was a flat out disappointment. I purchased a used vehicle and financed it. The finance dept pushed an extended warranty that I found out was completely unnecessary. In fact they lied about the vehicles transferable warranty that remained, saying it had a 100,000km powertrain only. By calling Nissan Canada with the VIN they informed me the vehicle was bumper to bumper for 160,000km. Thankfully, I called Nissan before signing any paperwork but I was very frustrated that Sargeant Toyota tried to push a $2500 warranty on me that was already there.
Second, I’m from out of town so I arranged for the truck to be picked up. Sargeant promotes their free delivery. When I picked up the truck, I noticed the tailgate would not latch on one side and the mechanism was bent and damaged. Sargeant didn’t disclose any damage to the vehicle. The driver called the owner and took pictures and was told it would be arranged with me to correct the problem. It has been almost a month and every time I try to contact Sargeant to get this issue resolved I have been ignored and put off. Completely unacceptable to dodge this responsibility.
Third, the vehicle inspection done by Sargeant. Everything with the truck was in perfect shape..... but again they lied. The first night I have the truck I put cardboard under it to ensure there are no leaks. Sure enough. In the morning there is an obvious axle seal leak on the passenger side. Once again, not disclosed by Sargeant. I take the vehicle to a Nissan dealer to have the vehicle looked over and they also find the timing chain cover seal is leaking. Both issues are covered by the manufacturer warranty so other than time I won’t be out any more money.
I have never written a review before and have always bought Toyota till this vehicle. Have had great experiences with two other Toyota dealerships but Sargeant falls short in both honesty and integrity. They were either incompetent when researching the manufacturers warrant remaining on the truck or were lying to push an unnecessary sale. They haven’t been honest about fixing a deficiency with the vehicle that they never disclosed. Finally, their inspection of this used vehicle was poor at best and I don’t recommend trusting what they say.
Before you buy here be very aware you are probably being lied to about something.

Hate our new Rav4 limited!!! Heated seats barely warm up. Toyota Canada said too bad. Dealership said if we want to take a $10,000 loss and lose our extended warranty, we could down grade to a lower model that works.Do Not buy the heated/ventilated seats!! Was definitely not a satisfied customer!!
Dropped in without an appointment on a busy Monday morning with a tricky problem. Staff went out of their way to get my issue addressed properly. I very much appreciate the service manager and technician doing what it took to get me back on the road. Unfortunately I don't live in GP but I definitely would return to this service centre. DO NOT TRUST, got oil change, inspection and cabin filter supposedly changed, they are crooks here and I feel bad for those who aren’t mechanically inclined. This is the filter that was “changed” and I was charged 40 bucks for nothing. If you live in northern Alberta your better off going to Edmonton.

I took my 2007 Toyota camry to get the bushing fixed at this dealership when i pick up my car and drove out the parking lot my car has aligment problem which it never had beofre and when i went back the people at the service department all they tell me is "we did not touch anything around the wheel" i would not recommend anyone taking their vichel here because i feel ripped off and there is nothing i can do i just have to take my loss and move on the only reason i took it there even tho they are over priced was to get the best service and get the job properly done but i left with a different problem my car never had before at the end of the day i am very disappointed and i will never go back there again
If I got a new car and stayed in GP, I doubt I would get a Toyota.....and I have only ever owned Toyota cars. They consistently miss the mark in GP. I go across to Kal Tire for my car needs now.

Faulty rad in tundra at six weeks/6000km. Was offered a camry loaner or reimbursed $40 per day for rental. First off I purchased a truck because I NEED a truck not a car to drag down oil field roads. Second at six weeks old I shouldn't have to pay anything for a loaner. Not a good start for first time toyota buyer.
Son got faulty seat belt latches changed . Quoted him an hour for 3, called after one to say at least 1 hour each. They did not post or inform him of $150/hour shop rate plus mandatory $25 shop supply fee. Kid will never go there again , for anything. Staff was indignant about questioning charges.
Detail job wast not that good for $500.00.
The staff are so amazing , they never pressured me into anything and their prices were better then the Toyota in Edmonton. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service at an amazing price.
