I can't say enough good about these guys and Subaru, First off, I think Subarus are great cars. We're now on number 2, the first was an Outback that we put 310,000 kms and it was a great car. We recently purchased a 2014 Forester from Jeff and his team. We were driving the car over 3,300 kms to St. John's, NL in the first few weeks. Just before we left for the road trip, the car started acting up, something wasn't quite right. This happened on a Friday afternoon a few days before we were to leave. Reached out to Jeff and he was on it within minutes. He called a repair shop very close to us and arranged to have them diagnose the problem. Once we knew what was up, he had a tow truck pick up the car to take back to their dealership. On the Saturday, someone drove to Subaru Canada to get the required parts and we were on the list for first thing Monday morning to replace the parts and get us on our way. The car was ready by 10:30, we thanked them, and hit the road. We were able to stay on schedule and make it to St. John's on time (3,441 kms!). Jeff took a very stressful situation and turned it around. I can't thank him and the team enough for helping us out. It is an 8 year old car, long out of warranty but they took care of everything. These guys are great, you won't be disappointed if you deal with them. We've known Jeff for a long time, he will always do right by you, no matter what happens. Thanks so much for your great service, and a great car to boot!

The entire process was smooth and transparent, and they were consistently available to address any questions or concerns I had about the car. I was pleased with the cleaning and inspection Fenwick did before I got the vehicle, and their follow-up: they quickly replaced a missing knob on the rear seat and a burnt out parking light bulb at my request. I had my car in for some warranty work. That went fine.
I told the service advisor that my brakes were making some noise, and they said that the mechanic checked the brakes and said they were fine.
My brakes were still making more noise, so i took the car to my regular mechanic and he told me there was one pad that was warn off and it was steel on steel... Not sure how they could have missed this.

I bought a brand new 2015 Forest about 5 years ago. I had a lot of trouble with Fenwick during the purchase. Incorrect paperwork, they had problems with my trade in quote and I had to cough up another $2000 after everything was done. Shane promised me a "gift" as a token for my patience, which I never received. I asked a lot of questions about the service department and got the brush off because Shane only wanted to sell me another vehicle and wasn't at all interested by the fact that I was willing to be a loyal customer to the service department.

It is very difficult to get off their mailing lists and you will receive a lot of spam. The service department guys have been great, but maintenance has been through the roof. Everytime I turned around a regular/preventative maintenance procedure would cost me $800-$900. I'm on my 3rd set of wheel bearings in 4 years.

I contacted Glen Fenwick about some of my dissatisfaction and basically received the brush off. This will be my first and last Subaru and I won't be dealing with Fenwick again.

My experience started by meeting the Used car manager Tim Felsky, Tim immediately made me feel relaxed and he started to ask me some questions, how much driving do i do, budget all the things that helped me to realize that what i needed was a new car!
