They Both were giving me every updates whenever they had. Both of them tried their level best to satisfy my concerns regarding buying a Subaru. I really recommend Fenwick motors to everyone. I can't say enough good about these guys and Subaru, First off, I think Subarus are great cars. We're now on number 2, the first was an Outback that we put 310,000 kms and it was a great car. We recently purchased a 2014 Forester from Jeff and his team. We were driving the car over 3,300 kms to St. John's, NL in the first few weeks. Just before we left for the road trip, the car started acting up, something wasn't quite right. This happened on a Friday afternoon a few days before we were to leave. Reached out to Jeff and he was on it within minutes. He called a repair shop very close to us and arranged to have them diagnose the problem. Once we knew what was up, he had a tow truck pick up the car to take back to their dealership. On the Saturday, someone drove to Subaru Canada to get the required parts and we were on the list for first thing Monday morning to replace the parts and get us on our way. The car was ready by 10:30, we thanked them, and hit the road. We were able to stay on schedule and make it to St. John's on time (3,441 kms!). Jeff took a very stressful situation and turned it around. I can't thank him and the team enough for helping us out. It is an 8 year old car, long out of warranty but they took care of everything. These guys are great, you won't be disappointed if you deal with them. We've known Jeff for a long time, he will always do right by you, no matter what happens. Shane and the Fenwick team got me rolling with my first vehicle, a 2013 Forester. The entire process was smooth and transparent, and they were consistently available to address any questions or concerns I had about the car. I was pleased with the cleaning and inspection Fenwick did before I got the vehicle, and their follow-up: they quickly replaced a missing knob on the rear seat and a burnt out parking light bulb at my request. Purchased a pre-owned BRZ in 2019 from Tim. Had an amazing experience buying the vehicle, felt no pressure to purchase. Tim was informative and helpful when making sure I was going to be happy with the car. Recently brought my car in for service and alignment. I had another great experience with the service team. My steering was slightly off after I got my vehicle back and they didn't hesitate to book me another appointment asap so they could fix the steering. I had my car in for some warranty work. That went fine.
I told the service advisor that my brakes were making some noise, and they said that the mechanic checked the brakes and said they were fine.
My brakes were still making more noise, so i took the car to my regular mechanic and he told me there was one pad that was warn off and it was steel on steel... Not sure how they could have missed this.
Always amazing and great service!! I needed to get around and they gave me a car for the day while they work on mine! I can't say enough about these guys and this shop!!! Number one In my books!!!
I didn't end up buying my BRZ from Fenwick, I do a lot of my maintenance myself, but I've been in for the odd service as they are my local. They always wash my car for me, they have great prices on filters and such. Calls regarding the service are always informative and concise very professional.

I bought a brand new 2015 Forest about 5 years ago. I had a lot of trouble with Fenwick during the purchase. Incorrect paperwork, they had problems with my trade in quote and I had to cough up another $2000 after everything was done. Shane promised me a "gift" as a token for my patience, which I never received. I asked a lot of questions about the service department and got the brush off because Shane only wanted to sell me another vehicle and wasn't at all interested by the fact that I was willing to be a loyal customer to the service department.
It is very difficult to get off their mailing lists and you will receive a lot of spam. The service department guys have been great, but maintenance has been through the roof. Everytime I turned around a regular/preventative maintenance procedure would cost me $800-$900. I'm on my 3rd set of wheel bearings in 4 years.
I contacted Glen Fenwick about some of my dissatisfaction and basically received the brush off. This will be my first and last Subaru and I won't be dealing with Fenwick again.
Recently bought a 2017 Subaru WRX from here. This location was a 2.5 hour drive from where I live but for the service and quality of the car it was very much worth it! Shane was great and helped me through every step of the process (even during the quarantine, providing photos and information over the phone). If you're in the market for a subbie, you won't find better a better deal and better service than from here!

Everyone at Glen Fenwick Subaru was a pleasure to deal with. The Sales and Finance staff were very nice and there was never any "sales pressure". They were very accommodating for customers from Windsor that had to make the drive up. Had a nice first visit here on a service call. Finished fast. Had the head unit, Harmon-Kardon system updated in the Outback. USB, media syncing fixed. All working well. Like the system, easy to navigate menus, fast and responsive GUI.

Brought our 09 Forester in for service after we had moved from Toronto. They were great! After that we had decided we wanted an Impreza, they helped us find the right model for us, helped us work out the math etc. Turned out that a brand new one would cost us less because of the lower financing rate in our case. Absolutely love the car, and they have taken great care of us. Even though it was hard to find an Impreza in manual, they came through and QUICK.

I just recently purchased an SUV from Glen Fenwick Subaru. They were awesome! No pressure to purchase and answered all my questions thoroughly. It was an extremely positive experience. The owner was even there and spoke with me and interacted with my 5 month old daughter which was amazing. Plus bringing an infant with you car shopping is not always great when they need to be changed (as most dealers don't have a change station) but they even had a full sided change table in the bathroom which was awesome!
