My 4 year lease came up Feb 1, 2022. Bot it out Fed 14, 2022. Have bill of sale. Was told a new registration would arrive after Fox promised to look after the paperwork. Nothing has come for a month now and upon trying to “take the bull by the horns” at SNB to register vehicle in my name only, was told I didn't own it. Fox automotive does. Don’t like them apples much. Poor performance. I even tried to buy our 3rd Subaru and was told they have nothing to sell …. BC floods and rail outage. Going to give them my 4th call to straighten up. Not happy.

Got a recall "repair" completed and have had issues ever since. Recently the electrical problem has gotten worse and I called to see if they could do anything but I was told "It's tire season" and that they couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks. So selling tires is more of a priority than a safety concern.
Nevermind the fact that when I had the "repair" completed I just barely got on the highway before may car went into limp mode because it was installed incorrectly the first time.

Had a problem, went there for repaired. They were not able to fix the problem. They provided a rapport saying so and suggested contacting Subaru Canada because the car is still half under warranty. Did that, Subaru Canada said to contact the dealer, said they told me to contact you. Subaru Canada investigated and contacted Fox Subaru which straight up said to them that the problem had been fixed, which is not the case, they haven't fixed anything. Would not trusted this dealer and unfortunately in the brand too in the process.

Excellent service even at a very busy period
Staff seemed uninterested in even having a conversation, seemed like they just wanted to go home and could care less about making a sale. Never seen this in any dealership, was ready to buy but the sour taste and lack of caring made me wonder how service would be if sales is like this. I had to prompt all questions from the sales person, which seemed backwards. Fredericton Mitsubishi thank you for setting a higher standard. Truly hope they change this as it was not a pleasant experience by any means.

Drove my brand new 2019 Subaru Ascent from Alabama up to New Brunswick and received a low tire pressure warning. We pulled into this dealership to help and they were about as far from helpful as they could be. Ended up driving to Costco for assistance and they were so helpful that I ended up buying a Costco membership.
I would not recommend this Subaru dealership.

I recently investigated Fox Subaru as I was not familiar with the models.
Salesperson Cain Yao did a fantastic job in introducing all the vehicles with no pressure for a sale but rather an informing attitude along with the assurance that he could get us the vehicle that we wanted for comfort and affordability. He found the way to make it happen quickly and easily!
His suggestions were taken into our final decision and we drove out 3 weeks later totally satisfied. The orientation to the vehicle was in itself of note; something I had never received in such great detail before in any of my purchases! Thank you Fox Subaru and especially Cain for your patience, respect and true follow through.....

Very pleased with my new vehicle, sale was smooth, no pressure. Service has been a bit of a wait to get into, chalk this up to tire change over season.
They have good mechanics and they also help in fixing some minor body issues (bumper, fender, bumper pads, clips, etc). Very helpful staff and, as said before, they have a nice lounge to wait while car is in service.
Best sales and service people anywhere. Anyone who says "never take your car to the dealer" has never dealt with the fine people at Fox Subaru!

Disappointed, I had to chase them to have a sales person reply to me about buying a car. It took two weeks but finally I received a reply.
When the sales rep did reply I got a very bland, brush off email. Just a “here’s your price, the options you wanted are not available”. No offer to look around or discuss other possible vehicles in their lot that might be suitable.
I had high hopes given all the advertising this dealer does on local radio, but after the experience with their sales I can tell my money isn’t wanted here.
Cain is such a great salesperson! Very good product knowledge and patience. Fluent in both Chinese and English. We were not ready to buy but Cain was not being pushy. Really liked dealing with him and would definitely recommend this dealership.

Awful dealership. Completely ignore you if you're young. Have been there several times with my spouse, they see us, ignore us and walk away. No "hello", no " how can I help you today?". Nothing. Direct eye contact, then the sales people walk away. Little do they know my spouse and mine's combined income is probably 5 times more than they make. Completely appalling. It's a shame they choose to be discriminative because someone would have walked away with a healthy sale, but now we will NEVER buy from there.

The interior of this place is incredible. Nice lounge area to sit while waiting for car service.
Felt unwanted. Car salesman was very snappy, and didn't help us find the car we were looking for. Very low inventory of vehicles. Only vehicles in stock are 2016 models which can be very inconvenient for someone that is buying used.
Brand new facility. The service department is amazing.
