My first time walking in the door, I was greeted by the sales manager Francis. We were quickly set up with a Rogue to test drive, and before leaving that day were also introduced to Rob who is the general manager, it was a great first impression.
Rob followed up with us a couple days later to see how we liked the vehicle and they dropped one off at my office so we could test drive again. After driving several vehicles from a few dealerships we decided to go with the Rogue and were treated with great service and respect throughout the entire process. We have returned a couple times for accessories and each time have been greeted by name by the everyone we dealt with in the buying process.
This is our first time purchassing from Oakwood Nissan and would highly recommend them. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
We recently purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue SL. Lindsay, our sales lady took us through all the models and features. She was very well informed and a pleasure to deal with, never once did we feel pressured, and she answered all of our questions, and explained everything. We also met Francis the sale manager while Lindsay got the test vehicle ready to drive. He was welcoming and as excited for our experience in his showroom as we were. We test drove the car, took some information and pricing home, and thought about the purchase over the weekend. We called in to purchase and Lindsay was away. Francis assisted us with excellent pricing, and arranged for me to come see the color I wanted before confirming purchasing. I quickly met with Brenton in the finance office. He made the process a breeze, quickly came back with approval, and found a way to save us more money! Francis even picked me up after I dropped off my other vehicle at home to come pick up the new car all in the same day! As someone in Retail management I can say the team at Oakwood goes above and beyond to make your purchase easy, exciting, and memorable. I also did not find him at all pushy which was refreshing. He was honest and thorough with an easy going vibe. I’m happy I travelled to Saskatoon to find a Nissan that I love. It was a pleasure to work with the whole team (Sahib - sales, John - finance, and Derek - manager).
Nissan Service is great. I had brought in my SUV for some front end work and within 2 two days I had the vehicles back. The workmanship is top notch and the mechanics are clearly well trained. I had fully expect this work to take most of the week. The service advisor was very detailed in explaining what work was required or reccomended and was not pushy about the less immediate items.
I Would highly recommend Nissan Service for anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle.
I have dealt with a lot of salesman in the last 3 weeks. Sahid was one of the first people i dealt with. Well I was looking for a vehicle. Sahib and Arron from Oakwood Nissan or two of the best salesperson I've dealt with in the last 3 weeks. They made the experience a good one not a frustrating one. When I am in the process of looking for another vehicle I will definitely give them the chance at my business first. They are too genuine salespeople. I had grate service from them. Also the accounting person Chris also made it a good experience. I would give it 5 stars but if everyone did that people stop trying to improve so I just can't give it 5 stars for that reason.

Fast friendly service. Got my heater fixed in minus 50 weather in a few hours. They stayed within my budget but took it to the edge when I stated what it was. Got oil and drive fluids changes as well as a few other things. This is a great place to take your vehicle. Pricing is up front. I have never been screwed over here like I have at SMP and Sherwood Chev.

This is the worst dealership my wife and I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them if I could give them a minus rating I would. They have charged us for a faulty fuel gauge that they can not seem to repair and have made numerous excuses as to why they can not repair it. We have taken our vehicle to them several times and the first time we paid $509.77 to replace the fuel sender. It still did not work. My wife took it back and they insisted that it works but it does not. My wife took it back to them a third time and they said they could not fix it but still charged us an additional $169.92. How can you charge close to $700.00 and then tell us it can not be repaired. The receptionist/customer service actually told me when I complained that the Tech still needs to be paid regardless whether the repair is successful or not. We are very frustrated and all we can say is we will never deal with them again or Nissan for that matter.

James and Derek from Oakwood Nissan provided excellent customer service! Recently purchased a used car from them. Unfortunately, it immediately presented a multitude of issues and needed extensive service work to correct. This could have ended badly for us, as it was a used car purchased without warranty. James and Derek went out of their way to try to make it right. In the end, they sourced a different car for us, and replaced the original one that was so unfortunately a lemon. This is my 3rd time servicing my vehicle at this centre. Last two times the vehicle was not cleaned and I was told the cleaners not available. This time specifically I mentioned the same thing and requested to vacuum my car interior as well. I got my vehicle serviced and found the exterior cleaning was not up to the mark. The interior vacuum was not done. Went back to the service rep and complained. The vehicle was vacuumed this time and I was horrified to find only the front side of my car was vacuumed where as it was not even touched at the rear part. They don’t just care and Nissan should take action before losing more customers due to horrible customer satisfaction.

Taher Dalal was helpful and it was easy to trade our vehicle in to help us out. Some communications could be improved. When I was asking about some details on picking up the new vehicle and playing it and dropping out old vehicle there was some confusion for me. Other then that it was all good.

Oakwood Nissan has a great range of prices and I found shopping there was fun especially with Phillip Li who went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had my best interests as a priority. As I shopped over a period of two days, various staff took time away from what they were doing to chat. I'm so pleased with my new car and highly recommend Oakwood Nissan.

I have been there for work on my Rogue a few time, both times there was poor customer service. I do not understand their appointment system. They tell me that my appointment is at 8:45 in the morning, but yet they keep the car for the entire day to do 1-2 hours worth of work? When I call to inquire about what is taking so long, they tell me that it actually wasn't going to be looked at until 2:00 in the afternoon. I would have done the things I needed to do and took it in then is I knew that, but instead I wasted my entire day. I assumed I would have my car back well before noon. I definitely will not be returning to this dealership for anything in the future and I recommend that people go somewhere else as well.
Poor Customer Service: A couple of weeks back I went to the showroom for buying a Rogue. Initially Mr. Don, a Sales person was explaining the features of the Car and he was really good. We were very happy with his service. After the test drive Francis came to us regarding the final cost and payment options. When we disclosed about the car cost Canada invoice price and started negotiating, he started reacting very differently and unpleasantly. The way Francis reacted to us is totally inappropriate way to treat a Customer. He literally asked us, "why do you negotiate?" and told us go to other showrooms. We went to Honda and bought a CRV the next day.
So I am not blaming the Oakwood Showroom, but I don't recommend anyone to deal with Francis, if you want to buy a Nissan Car.
Recently purchased a new 2016 Rogue. The purchase experience was very positive. We were greeted warmly as we entered the door. Our sales consultant, Justin Price, was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the Nissan product line. Justin and the Sales Manager worked together and were very up-front in making sure we got the right vehicle at the right price for our budget (no huddling behind closed doors here). Throughout the purchase process, we were never pressured in any way by anyone and our decisions regarding post-sales add-ons, i.e. undercoating, upholstery protection, etc. were accepted without question (thanks go to the finance guy). Vehicle delivery was amazing - we were driven to the nearest insurance broker, escorted in to make sure there were no issues obtaining plates and then given a thorough demo on all controls, switches, displays, monitors etc. Our phones were paired to the Rogue and all communications explained and demo'd.
The atmosphere in the showroom was warm and everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy working together. I definitely recommend checking out this dealership and the Nissan vehicles.
