Spinelli Nissan was very quick to call me after noticing my interest in a Nissan Rogue on unhaggle. They were right as this was the vehicle that we decided we wanted. After taking them up on their offer and telling them exactly which trim and options I was looking for, I was informed that someone from the sales team would be contacting me the next morning (a Friday). Being excited about the prospect of proceeding with the car we've been eying for some time, I called in the next morning to ask about the status of my inquiry and I was told that the salesman did not want to call me, as there would be more inventory arriving the following Monday so he wanted to wait until then to give me the updated information. I guess business is good because it's been two months and I have yet to receive a call from them.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience over at Nissan Spinelli. We went in looking for a used 2016 Rogue we had seen online. Ralph Khoury had set up our test drive and gave us a run down of the car. We then expressed our interest in a 2017 model that was not prepared for a test drive. Ralph was quick to respond and when we returned from testing the 2016 model, the 2017 was prepped and ready to test. We immediately fell in love with the 2017 model and went a head with the purchase. Overall we had a great experience, and would highly recommend this dealership.

So far, I’ve been having the worst experience with your car service. I’m quite enraged by how I’ve been treated, especially during these times when one thinks twice before leaving their house. Absolutely no care for your clients. I came today (May 29th) to get my remote fixed and get other things checked. I left my car in the morning, and to go back home, I was told to take a taxi. Really? In this time? Risking my life taking taxis when you should have either offered me another car or to drop me off. Then when I came back, again, by taking a taxi, risking my life even more, the remote didn’t get fixed as the technician wasn’t there. So I’m confused , why was I given the appointment today when you know the technician wasn’t present and that I have specified that one of the problems is the remote? And I was obliged to take another appointment on Tuesday, supposedly when the technician will be there. I can be understanding to a certain degree, but on top of that, the associate was nothing but rude and unkind. I’m not satisfied at all!

When I found the model I was interested in I called Frank, my salesman, and when he realized our schedules wouldn’t line up for me to come see it, he offered to bring it to my house and test drive it in my neighbourhood. That is going above and beyond. When I came into the dealership to pick it up, Frank and Alexis were an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was like talking with old friends. Not my first car, but first with this dealership. The salesman Neil Shah, December 2019, took the time to explain my questions and needs. No rush, very calm processus and at the end, in 3 days, car was sold with all accessories and specifications exactly as ordered (never experienced before, never!). Even the front desk is very polite, helpful and when calling the dealership during the 3 days of negotiations, answered quickly.

The delivery time was very calm, explained and the most important rush free. After visiting 3 different dealerships for previous cars, I highly recommend this Spinelli Nissan. I was recommended to try them, since my current one was a total failure with service.

Truly the first and the most honest sale my family ever had, in over 20 years.

I'm giving 3 stars because we leased a car and were told it came with a remote starter that you can access from your phone but after I did my research I informed the salesman it didn't (and the one's that do have a 30$/month fee which he failed to mention) which was a key reason we were getting the car. They get a 3 and not a 1 because they ended up installing the starter but I had to call them for 3 days and speak to more than one manager to have them fix their error. As humans we make mistakes (or he wanted to make the sale we will never know) but they didn't want to honor what was said until I really kept pushing. From a customer service perspective it's a big fail as the issue should have been handled a lot better and they could have turned a problem into a good customer service experience with a quick resolution.

IN REPLY TO THE OWNER : I don’t call a defect in the suspension a recommendation to enjoy my product it is a matter of safety and as a dealer you are responsible to fix this defect before selling the car. Also in your 1st report the suspension is stated as good but all of a sudden in your 2nd report on the car which was done 2 week later, the front ball joints are defected, come and tell me this is safe. with all my respect to you Mr Owner, i did never expect that level of service from big company like Nissan. it s not good to make a customer unsatisfied for a problem that will not cost you as a dealer 500 $.

INITIAL POST : I had a warranty on my car and there was a defect in it. They want to charge me for something to repair while it's under warranty. Also they give you a good inspection report while it's not the truth

Beyond unprofessional. I entered an online scratch and save contest. Got a call from a "Customer Communication Specialist" saying I won an additional $350 rebate. Asked if I would be interested in a test drive. We booked an appointment to test drive a specific model/year. I ask a friend to give me a lift because the dealership is located far from my home and I don't have a car. We are greeted by a Nissan HQ gentleman who takes my info and immediately offers my 0% financing. I am introduced to a salesperson who proceeds to tell me the specific model I came test drive is not available at this dealership. Also, 0% financing is not available for that car anyway (it was 30 seconds ago). But I tell him that's what the "Customer Communication Specialist" said I would test drive. He then tries to sell me a new model of the same car. Then he tries to sell me a different car altogether. Calls his manager. Same story. Says the model/year I came to test drive is not available anywhere in Quebec. But that's what I booked for my test drive. Tries to sell me a more expensive car. Wasted evening for me and my friend. Beyond unprofessional.

Top notch. I just signed my second lease with Nissan (Kicks, S Model, 2019), and I will be returning for a third. I have always felt uncomfortable with sale associates, but it sincerely changed with them. My guy (Michael Elian) is hands down - sincere, kind, thoughtful, engaged, dependable, and HONEST. He answered every single question I had, multiple times if needed. He presented all options but truly listened to what I wanted and what I needed, and only made recommendations accordingly. He really took care of me. I kid you not, he ran numbers for 7 (yes - seven) different options, so I could really see what I needed. He has an impressive knowledge base of cars, their parts, their value, and he can run you through every single cost on that sheet of paper and explain what it is, where it comes from and why you should pay for it. Was in Montreal on vacation from Calgary when one of my springs cracked, turns out it was a recall for my versa. Jessica, the service supervisor was very helpful and got my car in right away. I had it back the very next day. I did however have to rent a car for a day and was somewhat disappointed that I had to pay for it, given that the service was a recall and not something I had damaged. I came to Spinelli Nissan looking to simply test drive a Nissan Rogue and to compare it with some other crossovers I was looking at.

I spoke with Elie A. in new cars and he gave me an excellent bumper-to-bumper run down of the vehicle, answered all my questions about the different trim packages, what they include, and took me on a test drive.

I still had some more test driving to do, but I was already impressed with the Rogue, especially considering it was number 3 on my list when I walked in.

I left, test drove some others, but ended up coming back to Spinelli for a great purchasing experience.

From Elie and Jason, my salesman and senior sales rep respectively, to Cynthia in financing and Caroline at delivery, everyone at Spinelli was professional, courteous, and great to work with. I never once felt pressured or rushed and all of my (many) questions were answered.

Happy with the sales team, but not happy with the car at all. I've had it for a little bit over 2 weeks now, and twice I had to bring the car in for a grinding noise problem on the front passenger wheel, and still not fixed. 1st time, they adjusted the brake shield. 2nd time, they changed the wheel bearing. Now they want to test drive another identical vehicle to see if they hear the noise (already did that before... now again?) to know if it's normal or not. Now waiting for a call back to know when I have to bring the car, again.
