Trash service. After two times meeting after 600$ spent their apprentice cannot find issues. Now being request to come back for another 200$ for an observation and a trouble shoot.
This garage as no professionals and can't get specialist for your Nissan. You will get played and they are the top of the list for you to come back.
Dormani garage service that can't fix their own Nissan.
Think twice before servicing and purchasing.

My experience wasn’t great. The car itself is great but every aspect of the transaction was messed up by the gentleman that arranged the financing. I insisted on having maintenance included and was assured it was, but I’ve been made to pay for routine maintenance since. He insisted I buy the car at “Ontario pricing” and this caused me to have to register/plate/insure my car in two provinces in the same week not to mention pay for an inspection of a brand new car off the lot (as seen in photo) just to drive it. He basically said whatever I needed to hear to sign the paperwork. Then, the transaction to pay my deposit was messed up on their end (she fiddled and swiped my card a dozen times), I received an email threatening to take me to court 18 months later! No explanation that an error occurred on their end. Demanding money by Monday. I assumed it was fraudulent until an actual phone call came in from nice lady explaining the error and how it happened. The sale was in February of 2023, they contacted me last week! A year and a half later. I gave feedback to Nissan after the sale but I was never contacted. For these reasons, the purchase has been a source of stress.

Very good staff!! Read some reviews, let me just say a lot of those clients think getting away with saying untrue facts. This garage has employees of different cultural backgrounds and are far from being racist. When you walk in disrespecting an employee and being agressive, they will politely ask you to leave. Which was done not too long ago . Claiming people being racist is very low ball when that is not the truth! Each story always has 2 sides!

Very proud driver of an Armada 2023 and got EXCEPTIONAL service. The staff are amazing hard workers, and love what they do. Are passionate and give very good quality service!

I haven't had 1 satisfying experience at the service department since I moved here.
Not only does it take 4 hours to do an oil change and half a day to change the tires, but last appointment was the worse. I was supposed to have the inside of my car shampooed.. I get there and they tell me (with somewhat if an attitude) that they can't shampoo the car because the one who does it is hurt himself a week and a half ago... Ooookkk. You didn't feel like calling me to let me know that on one your daily reminders that you annoyingly send me by email? No rescheduling dates were offered..

Then the shuttle service... I asked to be picked up for 3... He shows up at 3:50 and tells me to breathe when he sees my obvious discontentment. I wasn't asked to be picked up at 3 to be a princess... I was asking because I have to go pick up my son at daycare...

Then the last issue is that they took my car for a ride, changed all my settings, (seat height, radio station, seat adjustments,and auto lights settings) and left it like that. Probably for inspection purpouses but at least try to put them back!? My old Nissan dealership was the best at treated it's customers with care. Dormani??? No thank you...

Caution to consumers.....
We Just had transmission replaced in 2016 Rogue, work was done by our mechanic who is quite reputable. Our bill confirms that the transfer case oil was also changed. We had to bring vehicle into Nissan to have it computer flash/updated.
We just received a call from thier service dept advising that the transfercase oil needed to be changed as it is black and has water in it. I called bull$it and advised that it literally has less than 50km on fresh oil. The lady told me that often the old oil is put back in, that that is what they do, but she would talk to the tech and would call me back. I called our garage and he laughed at the attempt. She called me back saying the tech gave wrong information based on another vehicle.
This is a classical and disturbing scam. Make sure you inform yourselves before falling for this tactic. Lost my business for life
