The ads for full msrp is bull. They lie to get people through the door. Save your cash and go somewhere else. I brought my 2019 Nissan Rogue and the told me I needed 8,000 down. Mine you my score was great. Worst place and the staff are in need of customer service lessons. We went to Sutherlin Nissan and put 1,000 down and walked out with a brand new car.

Charged diagnostic fee, and quoated me 10 times more to replace a the back door assembly instead of just recalibrating it.
When I asked about it they told me that they know the car best.
Anothe car mechanic just recalibrated it for 200 cad and it works fine

My family recently purchased a previously owned Nissan Rogue from Maple Nissan. The entire experience was pleasant, professional customer service oriented and fair. I first connected to Mario La Regina the Sales Manager who responded immediately to help coordinate a viewing and then also had the pleasure of working with Demitry Rybakov a Sales Consultant who accompanied me on the test drive, features and answered all Q's. Both of these gentlemen were involved in the process from beginning to end and were present for when we picked up the vehicle. They walked my mom through everything as well and were so helpful & patient. We also met Rahul who explained other warranty options and there were other team members (service I believe) like Chris who helped navigate where to bring the trade in etc. All in all we felt like people cared and we were being looked after. I would highly recommend coming here for a new or pre-owned vehicle!

Don’t come here to buy any cars. They are all liars. They try to sell the car by offer you guys the nissan ‘s lower rate then after you sign this contract, they told you that you are not qualify for this rate and give you higher rate; if you don’t take the new rate, they will not refund your deposit. Don’t beleive on these guys, they just try to take money from you. They did not explain any details to you, any issues may happen if your offer rate cannot be accepted. Don’t come here

Poorv cx service. Called ahead to schedule a test drive, car was not ready and stuck in the lot, constant miscommunication throughout staff, rude and pushy sales.

Worst part is there was an obvious repair done on the car previously (runny paint, overspray) and not only was it undisclosed, the sales rep denied it by saying it has a clean carfax and it's been inspected by their mechanics.

Our son bought a 2014 Versa Note here...a few Months later and the transmission is acting up. They don't care...the repair is 4-5k. If you choose to buy here do so with knowledge.
We have in the past bought used cars from other big name car dealers like Honda and Kia deeming them a safer choice, and had no issues. Not with Nissan Maple. Please save yourself the expense..

These guys are criminals in town. Avoid them by all means. I got a nissan rogue 2014 from them and they had a Tire + RIM protection added to my bill without informing me(additional 700$ bill). Immediately, i told them I don't need it and asked it to be removed which they never did. Also, an extended warranty I don't need was pressured to be added by the sales guy (Mehran). After reviewing if it was worth having warranty, came back to him to have it cancelled. For months now I am stuck, they won't want to listen any more since the deal is signed. They are not customer friendly, all they are after is how to meek you dry.

Very very poor customer service. Service manager Brenda is not willing to co -operate . The over charged for diagnostic to check an oil leak and it is & oil filter.. No pick up shuttle & drop off only. Need to fight to get a shuttle for pick up. Dan service advisor never told me that they will drop off only. what a big lies!!! Well, I have my 2017 Nissan in for warranty work, and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for a part to come in, and that I will not be able to drive the vehicle for the leak is bad. To my surprise, the dealer told me they had no loaner vehicle, no rental. When I contacted Nissan Canada, I was told it was in the hands of the dealership. Wow, I thought if a vehicle can not be driven and is in for warranty work that a loaner is given until the problem is taken care of. I have always had Chrysler, Gm and Ford vehicles and when and if they were in for warranty work and the vehicle could not be driven, a loaner was provided. Would have to wonder whether I would ever get another Nissan!!

Recently bought a used Nissan Rogue SV 2018 from this dealership and did not have a positive experience. I regret coming here and don’t recommend it. I trusted the salesperson and dealership and was under the impression that what they said to me they would uphold. The salesperson told me the vehicle had all the features except the leather seats. However this wasn’t true. There were also some scratches on the vehicle and the salesperson told me they would take care of the scratches at the time of pick up and that the vehicle would be detailed. However, nothing was done. I raised this concern at the time and was handed off to someone else. They assured me this wasn’t an issue and they’d call me to bring the vehicle back within a couple of days. Again I trusted them but no one called me and I ended up calling and left multiple messages. After a week, I approached another person and finally he booked my appointment for one week later. I left my vehicle overnight for rust proofing and for fixing the scratches but the scratches weren’t fixed properly and no paperwork was provided whether any rust proofing was done on my vehicle. I was also trapped into buying the extended warranty and it would cover bumper to bumper for 6 years or up to 160,000 km but later, on the paperwork it didn’t show all the details. Overall, not happy at all with my purchase.

Services are great and they charge at reasonable price. But when planning to buy a car, don’t go to this Nissan. Sales guys doesn’t care what your business is. They called me and made an appointment to offer a trade in for my Nissan Rogue just in time for their sales event and when I went in, this guy from sales said that he’s the one who called regarding the sales event and didn’t even know my name. I told him that this is my term and budget i could go higher if needed but he keeps changing the terms and the worst part, he offered me the car that i want in a regular price (not the sale price). I wasted my time and will not going to buy a car again on this Nissan.

I had an appointment today to have a diagnostic test. The manager told me that it can take from 1 to 1.5 hours to do the test. I waited for about 2 hours, and I went to ask the manager about my car; He told me they did a road test, and they did not find anything, but they still did not check my vehicle. They were planning to do another road test shortly. I ask the manager how come in almost 2 hours; they did not even check my car. The manager did not even apologize, but instead, he started arguing back to me saying.. "I told you it will take 1.5 hours". I ask him to give my car back and cancel the diagnostic test.
In Conclusion, this manager is a "Jerk." The only thing he did well is that I did not get charged (of course they did not do almost anything). I suggest staying away from this place for car service!!

Scam Artists. I went in to get a fuel door replaced, and they told me I needed a $640 rear break job. They were 'concerned for my safety and didn't want me to leave'. I managed to talk my way out the door, and immediately went to Canadian Tire where they told me my breaks were fine. No service or parts needed.

Pricey. Purchase process will take you 5 or more hours (if you take their financing) or even more if you are fooled to taking the extended coverage plans (big mistake!). You'd better carefully inspect for scratches. They will make it a nightmare to repair and you will need to somehow prove you haven't caused it. Check your car for straightness. Doors should align, including hood and rear doors.

Service....you will need to prove your issues. Especially if covered by warranty. Just like the old days. Your time is worth nothing. Take that into consideration before making an appointment. Don't limit yourself with other activities.
When taking the car, make sure to test the car for whatever you brought it in for.
You might want to put in papers on the rugs. They will wash your car externally (not drying it) and enter the car with dirty soals without hesitation.

Nissan Canada will do nothing to help you either, they'll just send you back to be further discarded.

Save your soals, get another make from another dealership, maybe just maybe you'll have a better experience.

Purchased a used car a day before. Taking a closer look at the engine, we found paper and cigarette buds under the engine cover. I don't know who's responsible for this and I just notified the dealer about this. But the cleaning crew should have found out about this. The salesman, Terry, was a great guy, but this is unacceptable from their cleaning crew. Thank goodness this did not start an engine fire.

Make sure you take a close look at the car if you buy a car from here.
