One star is by far too much. Staff swearing at 8, 10, 12 year old kids threatening to call police. They are not damaging, nor hitting any vehicle, nor causing any issues with the business. Staff needs coaching on proper etiquette skills.

I had a very bad experience with Timmins Nissance as they sold me a lemon and since then I have never had service. I took out a car on finance and from day one the car broke down. The car broke down the first day I took it and when I called they told me to bring the car (How to drive a car that is turned off?) and yet they said the car was guaranteed for 30 days.

I had my car fixed here after an accident where I was side swiped by a truck. My insurance had recommended Nissan body shop so I had agreed. After waiting 25 days for a repair quoted for 8 days they finally called me and said it was ready to go. I inspected the vehicle right after arrival and due to several paint chips, over spray on the back bumper and areas that hadn’t been painted at all I refused to take my vehicle back. Also on the quote was the estimate to repair/repaint the door handle and gas cap which both were overlooked and not completed. They then agreed to repair the mistakes and had apologized to me for wasting 5 hours of my day and my gas for 400+kms.
After another week of waiting they had finally “fixed” their mistakes. Upon inspection it appeared to be decently fixed but the paint looks to be on the cheaper end of quality.
All in all, I will never return to Nissan for any future repair work or maintenance and recommend everyone to do the same.

Worst rip off place around. Wanted ridiculous prices to repair car. Got it fixed at a real garage for 1/7th the price and the exact same part. They quoted me 1800 to install what was done in an hour. Plus they wanted 300% markup on the part itself. Worst place around for ripping people off!!

Worst body shop experience ever. I went at nissan body shop through Td insurance with my dodge charger at end of december 2020. They give my car back after one month end of jan 2021 . . I noticed they forgot install the locks under my tires covers first. So i go back to reinstall it . After one day i noticed my fog light stopped working they took 2months to replaced it . But as front desk they order wrong fog light so i wait again one month ..then mid april they call me again to reinstall fog light again they order wrong plug of light . They took almost 6 month to install fog light . After problems not ended... summer comes and i on my AC and it wasnt worKS Cause i forget to check ac in winter when they fixed my car . So i go to checked my Ac from outside third party .they said condenser is leaked on the same placed where nissan body shop fixed it . Its mean nissan body shop they didn't checked properly . So i called them but they said they going to charge me to open the bumper for inception . WHY i can pay . They gave me worst experience . I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLEASE DONT USE NISSAN BOdy shop if u have another brand car .

Horrible body shop. HAD to bring my Toyota Camry here due to Aviva insurance company preference. If you do get your vehicle repaired here, check their work meticulously before you drive off the lot with your vehicle. I’ve heard other horror stories also (No Engine coolant, etc). When I picked up my vehicle I found many issues. There was over spray on the A-Pillar. The Air Conditioning system was not charged or functioning. The right quarter panel was off and sitting over the headlight housing. Screws and bolts were either missing or in the wrong spot throughout the car. A year later the paint started coming off the bumper they repainted and replaced. Also noted that the bumper had been broken when they reattached the fog light housing and internal grill mounts.
Pathetic in my opinion. Urge you to go elsewhere and/or ask if your insurance company will allow any other body shop to do the work.

Edit: my caps were found after my replacements came in and was still told by the manager that nothing would be done. I couldn't return the replacements. I escalated the situation to the general manager and long story short they refunded the expense. Im leaving the 1 star rating because i should not have had to go through so much to have the situation rectified.
Got some body work done through insurance after which they detailed my car. Thought that was great of them until I noticed my summer tire center caps were missing. Called several times over a period of a month and constantly got told "they were looking in to it". Finally got a call back from the manager. We apparently took too long to notice they were gone so it couldn't have been them who lost them. We had originally called a day or two after picking up my car. Cost me $217 to get replacements. Thanks timmins Nissan!
