Stopped by here because the Check Engine light came on and the issue was fixed in a timely manner. The service department folks are very friendly and courteous. They even dropped me off and picked me up in an Uber because there's no waiting inside the dealership due to Covid-19 restrictions. Which was a nice touch, I must say.

I recently brought my car in for servicing. I was asked to wear a mask before I came in. I'm 100% fine to comply. When I arrived, I noticed at least 3 employees not wearing masks. They appeared to work in the garage but they were walking around behind the customer service desk. Also, when I came to pick up my care the next day, there was another customer in line ahead of me not wearing a mask. Please be consistent with your policy so all are protected.

First of all, I have to say the service department of this location is fantastic and professional. Prices are reasonable and willingness to work with my financial needs were fantastic! I give a 5 stars for the service department and I take my hat off for those who work in the service department.

That is the reason why I actually went into this location and get my 3rd Nissan vehicle. The deal I got is prior to the pandemic happened (March 2, 2020 to be exact) where I should have 3 months payment (up to $1000) waived plus 4 years of oil change. Since I am a loyal customer, they also said I would get a $500 loyalty bonus.

I now fast forward to June, where Nissan Finance Canada said I owed them money and they confirmed with Agincourt Nissan that I don't have any entitlement of any incentive that I have described to them for investigation.

I tried to email the sales and the financial manager during the pandemic and no one answered my email. Given that everyone is working from home or lessen their hours, I have been giving them 2 months grace period before I start giving this establishment a 1 star comment.

Congratulation as you just got my first ever 1 star comment on Google.

Sounds like my friend who barely speaks english gets taken for ride by this place.

The car gets driven 10,000 km a year at best

“ we are not going to do your airbag safety recall today if you are not doing other services in your maintenance schedule”

Charging people for alignments every spring and fall with tire change overs because they don’t know any better is pretty low Nissan.

Be careful people. This place sounds worse then other dealerships for taking advantage of people and operating unethically

Summary: Nissan Agincourt wanted $5000 for repairs. I fixed the problem for under $100.

DO NOT DIAGNOSE OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Brought a Nissan purchased at this location back for a $150 diagnosis because the service engine light was on, and the car would not accelerate fast or smooth. They gave me a quote the next day for $5000 and said I need to "replace the transmission". I asked the mechanic if they could just change the transmission filter and fluid to see if that helps, he laughed and said there's absolutely no point because my transmission is damaged and needs to be replaced. I took the car home, cleaned the transmission filter with 2 bottles of brake cleaner for $6, and refilled the transmission fluid for $60. The car now drives like brand new. The service engine light is gone.

Check inside your car when your maintenance is completed 😎...
We couldn’t find our tiers change tools kit / security cameras do not existe on the shops !!

Issue:
Our family car(Nissan Rogue 2016) went for maintenance 2 months ago/ after one month, when we cleaned the car, found that the tires change tools kit was gone and spare tire changed with used one .
During referring to dealership management, to ask for security cameras checking, they mentioned « there is no security cameras in the shops « !!
Far from our case(a financial issue) , it is not acceptable because of Safety Hazard.

We followed it up with Nissan Canada , and they said «  claim time is expired «  !! 🤔

How many times a day or week do you check your spare tire and tools kit in your car ?🤔😳

We asked for any protocols and notes on the dealership which shows the validity of claims time and didn’t get answer yet .

Bad Experience for me.
Not Recommended.

Simple maintenance (oil changing- for a Rogue 2016 )turned to a long list for repairs!!

Estimate:~ 120$ turned to 900$ !
(3% of car-price)

New problems:
Not even checked the tires pressure (tires rotation were on the invoice).
Passenger air bag light is On (air bag is off) !
New sound on the car room.

Car status:
30000km , 2016
most of the time was parked in Garage ,
all maintenances were done at the dealerships and on time as service guide brochure.

Nancy Lee is a great and experienced service advisor. In from out of town on a weekend, my pickup truck stopped working due to battery issues. She took my vehicle in though they were quite busy and had the techs have a look. It was still under warranty and so they replaced the battery and did additional testing to ensure my 400km ride home would be safe.
