Stopped by here because the Check Engine light came on and the issue was fixed in a timely manner. The service department folks are very friendly and courteous. They even dropped me off and picked me up in an Uber because there's no waiting inside the dealership due to Covid-19 restrictions. Which was a nice touch, I must say.

I recently brought my car in for servicing. I was asked to wear a mask before I came in. I'm 100% fine to comply. When I arrived, I noticed at least 3 employees not wearing masks. They appeared to work in the garage but they were walking around behind the customer service desk. Also, when I came to pick up my care the next day, there was another customer in line ahead of me not wearing a mask. Please be consistent with your policy so all are protected.

Good place bought my new 2019 Nissan pathfinder . Sales floor were like hawks when I came in . But I had an appointment so they backed off. And I didn't need to hear their life stories while I was waiting for rep Other than that they offered coffee and was a pleasant experience.
My wife and I walked into the dealership on Tuesday June 17th at 5pm. I was greeted by Ramit and he was very courteous and explained to me all the features of the Nissan Rouge I was looking for. Due to the current situation I may wait for a couple of days before I finally decide my purchase. But I have to commend the attitude and charisma of Ramit.
First of all, I have to say the service department of this location is fantastic and professional. Prices are reasonable and willingness to work with my financial needs were fantastic! I give a 5 stars for the service department and I take my hat off for those who work in the service department.
That is the reason why I actually went into this location and get my 3rd Nissan vehicle. The deal I got is prior to the pandemic happened (March 2, 2020 to be exact) where I should have 3 months payment (up to $1000) waived plus 4 years of oil change. Since I am a loyal customer, they also said I would get a $500 loyalty bonus.
I now fast forward to June, where Nissan Finance Canada said I owed them money and they confirmed with Agincourt Nissan that I don't have any entitlement of any incentive that I have described to them for investigation.
I tried to email the sales and the financial manager during the pandemic and no one answered my email. Given that everyone is working from home or lessen their hours, I have been giving them 2 months grace period before I start giving this establishment a 1 star comment.

Charging people for alignments every spring and fall with tire change overs because they don’t know any better is pretty low Nissan.

I bought a Nissan Sentra here. They were very good at the time of sale, however when it came time to addressing some manufacturers defects, Agincourt was less than helpful. I ended up having to take it to another Nissan dealership Scarborough where they did a great job on the repairs.

Brought a Nissan purchased at this location back for a $150 diagnosis because the service engine light was on, and the car would not accelerate fast or smooth. They gave me a quote the next day for $5000 and said I need to "replace the transmission". I asked the mechanic if they could just change the transmission filter and fluid to see if that helps, he laughed and said there's absolutely no point because my transmission is damaged and needs to be replaced. I took the car home, cleaned the transmission filter with 2 bottles of brake cleaner for $6, and refilled the transmission fluid for $60. The car now drives like brand new. The service engine light is gone.
I just bought my new Pathfinder from the Agincourt showroom and the process could not have been smoother. Customer service was top notch and they even went the extra mile to make my kids happy 😊 👍. Highly recommend this showroom!
By far the best Nissan dealership I've been to. (Out of 5) Amazing Managers and Sales Persons. Couldn't strike a deal, but never was I let down. Their team worked hard to get me the best prices possible for a Rogue.
I'd suggest to meet Parinaz as she is a great Product Advisor and has always been cordial and hearty.

Issue:
Our family car(Nissan Rogue 2016) went for maintenance 2 months ago/ after one month, when we cleaned the car, found that the tires change tools kit was gone and spare tire changed with used one .
During referring to dealership management, to ask for security cameras checking, they mentioned « there is no security cameras in the shops « !!
Far from our case(a financial issue) , it is not acceptable because of Safety Hazard.
We followed it up with Nissan Canada , and they said « claim time is expired « !! 🤔
How many times a day or week do you check your spare tire and tools kit in your car ?🤔😳
We asked for any protocols and notes on the dealership which shows the validity of claims time and didn’t get answer yet .

Unfortunately, there are many very good one star reviews here, but they are covered by the full stars(is it ads?)! I definitely have the same experience with the one star here. How the unprofessional place it is! I strongly recommend those who have the same bad experience as me that report your experience to the main office!!! We are customer, but we are not innocent as you thought!!!
My mom recently bought a car here. The staff were really nice and professional. Pari and Vince made the buying process smooth and easy. But dude needs to stop talking super fast when he's explaining stuff. He was talking at 80 km/h in a 60 km/h zone.

I went in looking for a vehicle. No one approached me, no one asked if I needed any help. There was no receptionist. Staff were either on the phone or studiously studying their computer screen. I went looking for a brochure, found the rack but not the brochure for the vehicle I am looking for. Not impressed!

Nancy Lee is a great and experienced service advisor. In from out of town on a weekend, my pickup truck stopped working due to battery issues. She took my vehicle in though they were quite busy and had the techs have a look. It was still under warranty and so they replaced the battery and did additional testing to ensure my 400km ride home would be safe. Thank you Agincourt Nissan, especially Nancy since she was understanding and listened to my concerns.
