Just bought a 2019 qashqai and it was one of our best buying experiences ever! The sales person Uy (pronounced Wii, or Oui pour nous les francophones) was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. We first discussed the vehicle and our trade by phone and when we got there, he greeted us at the door and welcomed us to the dealership. The whole process took 1 hr, which was most impressive. We had an agreement over the phone and Wii and his Mng were true to their word. No further haggling and no one's time wasted. I would highly recommend them.

When you're getting ready to buy a car with them they will give you all the attention in the world but after agreeing to deal you won't hear from them anymore. Great work when completed. Friendly staff and very nice surroundings. I do have a major issue with it taking 2 hours to have an oil change done. I had booked for 10 am and told my daughter it should take no more than an hour to complete. It was exactly 2 hours. With so many oil change franchises around why would I go back to the dealer? Yes my car was washed and I assume the service allows for the technician to look for any issues that may be apparent. This said I can be in and out of a franchise in well under 30 minutes.

A lot of good things to say but I'll stick to two things... Purchasing a car here was the first time I've had a deal / price told to me verbally match exactly what was presented to me on the deal paperwork. In the past at other dealerships, at the paperwork stage, there were "other" fees not mentioned but were included in the paperwork. I am very happy with the overall mechanical-financial package. This deal feels good all around. The only “downers” in the deal would have to do with lacunas in the handover of information from one finance officer (away on leave) to the other. When my arrangements were made, I was ready to sign because the officer in question had performed calculations that “set” my monthly payment in step with my objectives. This gave me the green light to sign and accept the terms. On the day this was done however, there was a problem with printers throughout the dealership, therefore I did not have an actual, physical copy of the accepted terms when I left the dealership. This would come back to haunt me on the day of delivery. But independent of the printer problems was the fact the dealership’s computer-version of the accepted terms were not saved correctly at the dealership. Information had not been updated at the dealership. This did result in a great deal of confusion on delivery day; so kudos to the second finance officer who was able to “reconstruct” my terms of finance based on the hand-written notes I carried with me. This was an undesired delay in things, even if things did get resolved finally. On a more personal note, on more than one occasion I did find the music in the showroom to be a bit too loud, to the pint where it was an undesired distraction. This observation seems to be particular to me though, as it seems others did not have the same opinion. Overall I’m happy though. All the staff I dealt with were polite, friendly and helpful. John in service is excellent (retired now) and their body shop is great for service too. DO NOT leave your car on the 417 lot for any length of time, as a result I ended up with $1200.00 damage to my car waiting for Nissan third party to evaluation my lease return. It is a good thing I did take pictures the day I dropped it off, it was mint. Lets hope 417 will do the right thing and take ownership of this issue. This is the second time this has happened on their lot, first was after the car was in for repainting a bumper and while on the lot the left door was damaged, the body shop found the footage from their cameras and repaired it free. Going for my third Nissan lease "maybe".

Had my car serviced here for the first time. The first two servings were complimentary as part of my lease agreement. Everything was fine until I explained this to the associate who was helping me. He asked me who my salesperson was, huffed and walked away without saying anything and then complained to me that there was no note on my file. He finally waived the fee and said thank you.

This is the second time this has happened here as they agreed to change my tires a while back and tried to charge me for this as well. Same deal - no notes on the file.

I was really disappointed that there was no effort to log this info on my file and the attitude of the man serving me. I shouldn't be made to feel guilty or an inconvenience for just expecting what's agreed upon. I'm certain when I go back for my second servicing I'll have to go through the entire issue again. I love my Nissan but ill definitely be considering a different dealership when this lease is up.

Frustrating experience. I went to look at a used car. When I arrived none of the staff could find it. Turns out the sales manager took it home but failed to tell anyone. I live 2 hours away from the dealer so I made an appointment to come back. I called the sales rep I was dealing with and left him a message as well as sending an email asking him to let me know if anything had changed the day before the meeting. When I got there, after driving 2 hours he tells me they sold the car.

Terrible way to conduct business. They care more about the sale than the customer. I will not go back to 417 nissan nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Worst experience ever. Brought my car in for service a month ago. Showed them the problem, they acknowledged it. Leave my car there for a whole day and they tell me they've found the problem and are ordering the parts. 2 weeks later leave it for the day again. Say they've fixed the issue "yey" I get back in my car after ubering around expensively for the day, issue isn't fixed, engine light on, car now thunks when turning at slow speed. Call them back, not a care in the world. So what on earth did they do? Take my car for a f-ING joyride? I'll be contacting nissan about these guys. Shady shady.

After checking out four different dealerships, I started to get apprehensive and was about to resort to finding a car online.
