Beware of the Nissan Security Plus that they automatically attach to your bill of sale. Blake presents it as a non optional item that replaces 'Administration Fees'. Well, administration fees are an optional fee charged by dealerships for nothing and can be charged at their leisure up to $799. We got slipped into our deal a Tire and Rim protection package and a Theft Protection Plan (that we can not possibly use due to the Depreciation Waiver Endorsement on our auto insurance policy).

It's more of a PSA:Took our car for appraisal the price they quoted is truly shocking, took it to Barrie got 7k over what they have appraised in Canarino Nissan. Either the salesmen does a poor job or the whole location is a joke. And the used cars they're selling are overly priced to other dealers around the area. I would recommend anyone trying to change their car get appraised else where before you go to this location. 7300$ difference to be precise between this location and everywhere else.Truly mind blowing salesmen work, give that guy a raise may be 🙄.

We got a flat tire from a bungee cord hook stuck in our tire from off the highway, just outside of North Bay.
Al, from the Nissan dealership there, was kind enough to take pity on us, travelling with 2 cats and a dog across the country,, fixing our flat tire.
Al even taught us the importance of having the same tire re-torqued 50 - 100k down the road.
All these years we never knew the importance of doing this.
Thank you Al!
We did stop in Sudbury at the Nissan there where another cheery young fellow, who was only too happy to do so, re-torqued the same tire. (Wish we had got his name.)
Both Nissans, both happy, helpful!
What a blessing to come across lovely, helpful people when we needed it the most!

100% satisfied, 2 weeks ago I decided it was time to retire my 2009 Nissan Altima, It was a very reliable car. I went to Canarino,s web site to look at the 2021 Nissan Kicks, I was interested in the SR Platinum model. On there site I applied for financing, the next morning John Powers called me to ask a few more questions about my application, 2 hours later he informed me that Nissan Canada approved my financing. After work I met John who showed me their selections available, I explained that I wanted a Thule rack on the roof as well as a trailer hitch added to tow a very light boat. John agreed with my estimates for these extras and said if it was more he would cover it if the cost was higher, we had a deal. Less then a week later John called me and said.... your car is ready WOOHOO.
I arranged for a ride to work and their driver picked me up after work so I could go get my Kicks. I then met Allison, their financial expert, she was amazing as well, she explained all my options including an extra warranty, at no time was she pushy and let me decide my options. All in all this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and if you want a team that works for you.............. Go see the awesome staff at Canarino Nissan and support an amazing local dealer.

Tried to bring my 2019 Nissan Kicks (under full, extended warranty) to get my engine light checked out while on a trip 6 hours away from home.

They were rude and told me that they wouldn't even look at the car and that I'd have to leave it at the dealer, which wasn't an option for me as I had to get to where I was going that day.

Very unhelpful & seemed like the service guy didn't want to help me out.

Took my Altima in for its first oil change and asked them to check thee alignment, as it was creeping to the left.
Waited 2 hours and was told my car was ready.
Only changed the oil and put it on a hoist to check for front end suspension damage.
No damage, no alignment problem!!!!

Service counter guy refused to rake further action without the manger's approval
Had to wait another two hours for the manager to show up and had to threaten hum with litigation,
Finally, they sent it across the street to have thee alignment corrected.
