We started off on a positive note right from the beginning when Chris H phoned us within minutes of me booking a demo online, this was after hours on a Friday.
I was greeted right away the next morning when I arrived for my appointment, the car I wanted to test drive was prepped and waiting for me ... Chris made sure I was comfortable in the car, answered any questions I had and didn't pressure me to rush my drive, he encouraged me to spend plenty of time with the car. Upon my return to the dealership, more than 2 hours later, Chris was busy with another customer but Nick (I hope I got his name right) came right over and made sure I didn't feel neglected while I waited for Chris.
Needless to say a deal was done, again with zero high pressure.
Pick up day was more of the same professionalism. All of the staff we encountered were quite friendly, Nick, who wasn't directly involved in our transaction, came over again just to say hi and schmooze a bit. Dave, the sales manager, gave us a little gift of appreciation.
Every employee we encountered, from the first phone call until we drove off the lot with our new car, made us feel appreciated without being phoney about it.

We visited Bourgeois Midland Nissan with a particular model in mind and were impressed with the variety of vehicles on the lot. We met up with Brady, of the Sales Team, who was heading toward a new Highlander that had just arrived and as we tagged along he explained a few of the features and we asked him to arrange a test drive. We returned and asked Brady to start the paperwork! Following all Covid -19 rules, the friendly staff introduced themselves one by one and we were offered a fair price for our trade-in. We picked up our spotless new Highlander a few days later and Brady thoroughly explained the technology which we appreciated. Had an amazing experience with saleswoman Laura. She had both vehicles I wanted to test drive in the colours I wanted already brushed off and warmed up by the time I got there. She was very knowledgeable and did everything she could to give me the best rate possible compared to the competing dealer. Her personality was warm and inviting. Although I did not end up choosing Nissan, she still followed up with me to give me professional advice as a first time buyer. We started our shopping with Dan Earls looking to trade our F150 in for an SUV. Upon our arrival at Nissan we were greeted and offered refreshments. Dan and I communicated through emails to find our best option which was a real help to prep for our test drive. Dave met with us and thoroughly went through the Rouge prior to our test drive answering all of our questions. Never once did we feel pressured or sold to - it was as if we were talking to our neighbour about vehicles!
After our test drive we sat down with Chris who allowed us to be honest about our limitations and needs without judgment or pressure. He advised us which products we truly should have and which ones we could potentially leave out. He thoroughly explained the financing of the vehicle teaching us along the way.
On pick up, our rogue was pulled into a beautiful little show room encasement which felt extra luxurious! Our snow tires were installed for us and our summer tires loaded in the vehicle. Brady went through many of the features of our rogue, set up our phones, and swapped our plate covers for us. He even offered a tour of the dealerships service area for our future visits (unfortunately we had to decline because we were on a time crunch).
I cannot say enough how much my fiancé and I appreciated the welcoming and supportive environment we felt at bourgeois Nissan! It is unlike any car dealership I have ever been to and we can’t wait to make them apart of our lives!

Excellent Service. I had come in for an oil change without an appointment. It was my first time getting my car serviced at this dealer . I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how quick and well I was treated. Was greeted by a very nice woman at the front desk. She showed me into the seating area, offered me hot and cold beverages. I was able to receive the dealer wifi connection, so I could quickly check on my emails, which really saved me that day as I just reached my data limit. The oil change took less than 30min. The service was very reasonably priced and I got a car wash included, and my car isn't even a Nissan make. Thank you so much Bourgeois Midland Nissan for a very pleasant experience. I will see you next time.

I am happy with the car but not happy with how the process went. The price I thought I was paying for the car turned out to be 8000 more by the time I got to drive it off the lot. Much more then I wanted to spend and what was originally agreed upon.
When I arrived, the service rep was very friendly and courteous. My car got an oil change, had it’s winter tires removed and a car wash and it only took about half an hour. The service centre was clean and comfortable. Overall a very good experience. I will definitely be back.
During these difficult times what a pleasure to be able to buy a new vehicle with Bourgeois Midland.. Chris and the team were easy to deal with so nice and polite. Social distancing was not an issue these guys made it easy, everything done over the phone or online, they even delivered my new car to me. I had an awesome experience with the sales team in buying a new vehicle. Loving my new ride! The service department is state of the art, they have a look out window where you can watch the mechanics work, and should you want to wait, the lounges are spacious and bright.

I’ve had my Rogue in several times now for regular services and most recently to have my bumper and mud flap fixed after a small accident. Every time I attend this dealership they are friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The service department goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done correctly and are great with their customers. I plan on going to this dealership for the rest of my car’s needs over the years.

I must say that they had a nice selection of vehicles, and after a couple of test drives I decided on the 2019 Rogue SV because it had everything I wanted at a very reasonable price...I picked it up a couple of weeks ago and wanted to wait until I had it for a while to post my review.
