My family arranged to test drive one of their advertised vehicles at 7:00 pm this evening. They drove from Port Credit to Ajax in rush hour traffic to be on time only not find out the vehicle was sold earlier today. The dealership did not contact them to let them know that the vehicle was no longer available. What kind of service do they offer when something so basic is neglected. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone and certainly do not plan to ever purchase from them. Will be passing this info on to everyone I know and encourage them not to ‘shop’ here.

Got a 2013 Altima certified and in less than a year they told me on a maintenance visit that brakes are gone and charged me a. $1000 to replace!! When I asked for an explanation on how car was originally serviced at the sale I got no response at all from the dealer or from their owner company. On a much older car for same mileage brakes went well for 3 years!! Is that just a poor standard or quality or honesty of Nissan, or what?

After being quoted a certain price via e-mail, upon arrival at the dealership we were told that the asking price is several hundred more. Later on, after we had agreed to take their “offer” and they had taken our deposit, they called us to say that the vehicle was sold to someone else. Irresponsible, duplicitous staff, lacking professional integrity. Steer clear, there are better dealerships out there.

This is our third vehicle purchase at Ajax Nissan, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Dan and Sarah were awesome, there was never any pressure to make a decision, we were allowed to just be.

Dan explained the process fully, emailed and called to make sure we were ok and if anything further was required off him. Sarah was just lovely to deal with. She worked very hard to get a deal and plan that worked for us in these difficult times. We can't complain.

Overall, the experience was smooth and I will definitely purchase again. Many thanks to Ajax Nissan, Dan and Sarah 🙏🏾

I am very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism at Ajax Nissan. I bought a 2014 Nissan Murano in 2018 and I bought an extended warranty worth almost $4000. On two different occasions for separate circumstances, I asked whether certain services were covered under my warranty, as the specifics of those services weren't listed in the warranty manual. Each time, the service reps refused to give me a "yes" or "no, and they said the only way I could find out what I am covered for is if I come in and get a diagnostic done first. As a client who paid that much money on top of the purchase of my vehicle, is it not my right to know what I am covered for before I come in?? I had three things that needed to be fixed in my car in the last two days. When I called again to ask them if I was covered for those services, the service reps refused to tell me whether or not I was covered for those services. Desperately, I had to take my car into a mechanic to get the repairs done. I was very disappointed and I called Nissan Head Office to explain what happened. They were able to immediately tell me that I actually was covered for those repairs and that they are apart of my warranty I paid for, which were not listed in the manual. They were appalled at what I had gone through. I have contacted a lead supervisor at head office to help me out in this situation, as I could have saved money in the long run, had Nissan Ajax told me I was covered for those services, before coming in for a diagnostic. I deserve a refund on the repairs I got done at the mechanic or a full refund on my warranty which expires this December. What is the purpose if paying for a warranty if you can't use any of the services you paid for?? Based on these experiences, I would not recommend Nissan to anyone. Not only have their been numerous mechanical issues in the last two years, but professional service did not exist whatsoever at this dealership. My family was looking into Nissan vehicles for themselves, and that is no longer going to happen. I come from a large community and I am connected with thousands of individuals from there and I am with a variety of different Public School Boards across the province, and we are all very tight knit. I will be letting all my connections know about my experience, as I would never want anyone one of them, including others to ever go through what I had to go through. It has been a waste of money and time.

1) You SHOULD let all your clients know what they are covered for before they come in for a diagnostic to save them time, gas, and money! It is our right to know so we don't come in blindly.

2) Your manual/document you provide to your customers that have paid for warranties/extended warranties should have a list of EVERYTHING that is covered/not covered so they are aware, as not everything is listed in the manual provided.

Zero Stars if I could! I booked an appointment with them 3 days ago, I live Over an hour away. I had a trade, so they told me to come in Sat, today. They sold the truck on me, which is OK , I understand business but what I don't understand is why NO ONE from the dealership contacted me before I was about to drive over an hour to see a truck that wasn't available!! Seriously Ajax Nissan!! You were just going to let a customer drive over an hour and let them show up to a truck that was now sold. Thanks for the Call that never came! That is BAD BUSINESS! Customers beware to do your own due diligence before doing anything with these guys! They Sure Don't Care and are Not Accountable for there Actions. I bought a used car from this dealership and one of the reason I chose them was their 5 year warranty on used cars. This is offered on the condition that you service your car at a dealership within their Auto group.

If you are thinking of buying a used car please be aware that they mark up the pricing of services by 25-30% compared to other Nissan dealerships. When I tried to inquire about this they avoided answering my questions and I could tell they had no intention of addressing it. It's easy to compare your prices to dealerships in the area when your auto group owns them all.

The service technician damaged my car and is claiming the damage was there when I dropped it off. Now they are trying to charge me almost $600 to fix the damage they made to my car! I said this
was completely unacceptable and asked to speak with a manager - I also called the manager and left a message. I was told one would call me back...but of course no one has returned my call.

I purchased my at this dealership and have exclusively brought my car there for service for the last 5 years...and this is how they treat their loyal customers?

I don't recommend using this dealership for service! And if you do, take pics of the condition of the car prior to dropping it off so that this does not happen to you.

I had a maintenance package from Nissan Canada for my 2019 Nissan Rouge. I went to Nissan Ajax to get my oil change done last January. Break fluid change was due as I was doing the services at 16,000kms. They said I had to pay for it. I explained to them that I have a maintenance plan from Nissan Canada and showed them the documents. Yet they refused to do it without a charge. Today I did my services at 24,000 kms at Midway Nissan in Whitby.They did the brake fluid change without a charge. I have had issue with Nissan Ajax before too.

Do yourself a favour and avoid Nissan Ajax and their service centre. I always thought it was a good idea to have my vehicle serviced by the place that I purchased it at, however that’s proven to be quite the disappointment. For starters, every time I’ve brought my car in for servicing, I end up with other issues literally the next day or a few days after. They constantly charge the diagnostic fees to look at issues, even knowing my car was recently at their centre. Always suggesting different work for exorbitant prices. I understand that things break down, and will need servicing and replacing, but I find it strangely convenient this only happens after bringing it to their shop. I had several issues within the last 2 weeks, had my car in the service department three days in a row, and still the issue is not fixed. I reached out to the general manager via email and she didn’t even have the decency to respond to the me. I didn’t want to even leave a review but after I just got into my car, the same issue from last week has happened again, and my car is not working. Waste of money and time. I would never trust my car there again, and I advise people to find a reputable, trustworthy mechanic before having their car serviced here.

Prompt and professional service.
One issue however is their undeclared limited courtesy shuttle service range only within Pickering and Ajax. I was not informed of this fact at my appointment booking, even though my home address given is Whitby, and I requested a courtesy ride. Therefore, if you live or work in Ajax or Picketing you are okay, but if you live or work in Scarborough, or Whitby, you are out of luck. Interestingly, I have not faced this issue with any other dealerships such as Toyota and Mitsubishi including other Nissan. Something to keep in mind if you need to leave your car.

There is no 6 star! I went there last Saturday. I was on my way to mitsubishi to place my order. I walked into hyundai and the sales guy did not even sit at his desk to talk to me! i found that very rude. I walked into Nissan, just to see the rogue. I was going to buy RVR from mitsubishi. I met Jeff at the dealership as Ajax Nissan. He asked me what i am looking for, i know what i want and what price range. I told him. He showed me the car and went down to business. he was very professional. I ended up paying only few $ more to get a bigger and better car. I did not have to ask them 100 times for lower price. They gave me the price within my budget. The service after the offer was even better, Jeff followed up with me and replied to my text messages. During my pickup i was more happy with their services. My family loves the car, my sister and cousin are not looking into get new car too. If they decided to get new car, i will be bringing them to Nissan Ajax/Jeff.

On my Nissan Rogue rear hatch stopped working! Brought it in, paid $165 in diagnostic fees, they couldn't open the door, couldn't identify the problem and suggested to replace the door lock for $1200+tax. I went home and with no car experience whatsoever was able to open the rear hatch manually myself with a screwdriver, and then simply reset the control module, which fixed the problem. Now my door lock that they suggested to replace is working fine for 10 days after the fix, I saved $1200 for unnecessary replacement and I came back and ask the manager to give me a refund for incorrect diagnosis of problem, which they refused to pay. If I pay for diagnostic that was not done correctly, then this is not a diagnostic, this is just a money grab. I am not even saying how disappointed I would feel if I was to spend these extra $1200 for replacing parts that function well. Stay away from this shady dealership, will be saying to anyone, go to another place!

This is my 2nd time buying a car from Ajax Nissan. The first time was over 10 years ago and this experience was even better. Abigail was the sales rep who helped us determine the car we wanted. She was very friendly, patient and answered all of our questions. What I loved is she wasn't one of those high pressured sales agents. She gave me the time to decide what I wanted and presented a number of options until we made our choice. So far in the few weeks I have had the car it has run beautifully and the gas mileage is better than I expected. We even received a very nice thank you note for our business. Jeff Julien, my sales consultant, answered my endless questions about the 2019 Kicks SR and even offered to come in on his night off for my test drive. Have been going to Whitby Nissan for the past 4 years and my last 3 visits were terrible. Poor service and just getting ripped off left and right. Used to go to Peterborough Nissan but it's just too far now. Decided to visit Ajax Nissan and I must say I am very pleased after my first visit. Only did an oil change but they allowed bringing my own oil, price for labour and filter was very fair $43 after taxes. Car was washed nicely and the inspection was done with paper attached. Very pleased and I will be coming back to this location for both of my vehicles.

I went there for an oil change with a few issues .
NO oil change warning , according to them ,that's my issue .
Every car I have owned since 2002 has that ?
Guess what when you get your oil change they set it for you but NOT for my wife's NEW vehicle ,stated this but they were not happy with my attitude and told me I should take my business elsewhere.
I was saying thing , they did want to hear.
My 2017 sat on the lot for almost a year , no oil change ?
there specs state 8000 kms / 6 months.
What ever comes first.But this new vehicle has SPECIAL OIL
according to SALES and Dealership Managers.

When I said I did them a favor and bought the Extended Warranty , they stated that they did ME a favor by selling it to me. I guess they don't realize you can buy that product a lot of other places .CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD. SO issues=
NO MATS IN VEHICLE -have to buy them separately NOT TOLD until
we were picking it up.Wake up call , when people talk to you like you don't understand , one - you get mad , 2 - you talk back to them that way.
They treat you nice until you say something they don't like . Then they ask you to go somewhere else .NEVER HAD THAT HAPPEN TO ME BEFORE 5-6 NEW CARS LATER.
Maybe they should take a closer look at these reviews .I see at least one customer earlier was treat / spoken to rudely and was not happy , but there is NO WAY A COSTUMER should talk like that to them !

I would highly recommend Luke from Ajax Nissan. I looked at the reviews here beforehand and many customers had an outstanding experience with him. From the first phone call Luke was extremely helpful and was an absolute pleasure to deal with and zero pressure. He always had my best interests in mind and was a genuinely good and caring person. I will be recommending him to friends and family. If you need a new or used vehicle don't hesitate to call Ajax Nissan and ask for Luke.

I also have to say that the dealer was honourable in dealing with a small problem that came up during the transaction (had nothing to do with Luke, in fact he went out of his way to completely solve the problem), Jennifer the used car manager was also responsive and cared to make sure I had a good total customer experience from the dealership.

They didn’t clear up the ice, he should have moved the car but I fell on the ice and my hand hurts a lot today . I would say just clean the ice up, Salt around the cars or move the car for customers to see it. Other than that this seem like a good place to get a car .

I bought a car from here a few weeks ago. Kieran helped me with the purchase. I came in knowing exactly the vehicle and trim that I wanted and Kieran did everything he could to help me negotiate an awesome deal. I was focused on talking numbers and he delivered exactly that. I have been to other dealerships where salespeople have tried to distract me with vehicle details and attempting to up-sell on extras and services. Kieran did no such thing. He listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. The entire purchase experience was amazing, the finance manager, Habib was a pleasure to interact with and I am absolutely in love with my new Sentra, more so because this is the first positive car buying experience I have had. The service counter staff was very stiff. They were short staffed, and their complimentary car wash was down. Because it was complimentary, it didn't bother me, however the manager was very unpleasant about the matter. She seemed to be very selfish, and was not interested in keeping the customer service level satisfied. She was eating a very strong smelling dish at the customer service counter—on top of paperwork—while she was continuing to conduct business.

I was very disappointed, because the salesman was extra customer oriented, very pleasant, while we were shopping, he introduced us to the service center, and they were very polite. Every time I go back, Mr Mike Taylor is always pleasant and greets me personally.

The service manager is very disappointing, and is hurting the reputation established by the sales team.

We recently needed to purchase a commercial delivery vehicle and selected the Nissan NV 200 as a contender. When we spoke with Matthew Pearen the manager at Ajax Nissan, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not try to hard sell us, which we appreciated. His service was very timely and he even personally delivered the vehicle when we needed it sooner than we had anticipated. Once the sale was completed he made sure to follow up and see that we were happy with our selection and ask if we had any questions.
