Took my 2014 Pathfinder in because the transmission was "juggering" intermittently while driving on the highway.
I decided to drop the vehicle off before I went to work and pick it up afterwards since I don't work very far from this dealership, so I made an appointment for early in the morning on Nov 13th 2019 and dropped the vehicle off around 7:00 am as the day progressed I didn't hear anything back. Finally around 4:15 pm I called them and inquired about the status of my vehicle and was told that it was ready for pickup. I picked my pathfinder up around 5:00 pm after work, when I arrived I went up to the service counter and was told to go see the sales counter since they were closed.
The staff member at the sales counter didn't know much about what was done to my vehicle, all I was told it that it was an issue that was covered under an extended warranty. So I got my paper work and keys and went home.
Before I left the dealership I noticed that the fuel was down over a quarter of a tank; this seemed odd to me. Knowing that they took the vehicle for a test drive I decided to check my Drone module (command start and GPS tracking) and found out a few interesting things.
First, my vehicle sat from 7:00 am until 2:45 pm when they finally took it for a test drive.
Second, during the test drive the technician took my vehicle northbound on Broadmoor Blvd, west on Petroleum Way and then back to the dealership. During this road test the technician drove 108 KM/H down Petroleum Way and 101 KM/H down Boardmoor Blvd.
This was confirmed by my dashcam, see attached screenshots.
Third, upon returning from the roadtest the technician drove into the service bay at 2:54 pm and left my vehicle running until 4:25 PM. This explains the quarter tank of gas. Not to mention that for that almost hour and a half the technician can be seen eating him lunch (take out from Sobeys) while working on my vehicle.
Matt Kitchen was my sales advisory. He was very knowledgeably about the product and the community. As an out of town customer, he was very helpful in giving easy directions to the bank, and registration offices . Matt was displaying some stress in providing both customer and dealer value showing maturity that both are important. The support team behind Matt was also very knowledgeable and efficient allowing me to complete a purchase from viewing to driving off the lot with plates on in a few hours. Again as an out of town customer, time is daylight (and daylight is less Deer to navigate).

I picked up my new 2017 Platinum Pathfinder and I LOVE it. Appreciated the trade value on my 2006 Altima and dealing with this whole process was painless and efficient. Although this is my 3rd Nissan, this is my second vehicle through the dealership and I will continue this relationship for years to come.

Came in to get some keys programmed. Only wanted one but they accidentally sent two. Gave me a sweet deal on them and gave me a run down on what needed to be looked at with my car for free. Put on all new valve stem covers as well, a nice touch. I'll be back next time

But the Nissan Roadside Assistance could use a little improvement.
It took me 25 minutes to explain to a lady (Lisa) in Texas where I was til she finally connected me to a person (Mary) in Canada who was very helpful. But I still ended up sitting on the side of the road in total for better then 2 full hours. Which I believe could be improved upon. Once I reached Sherwood Nissan my truck was fixed in record time.

I had made up my mind on which vehicle I wanted, and was glad I didn't get pressured into something else. Drank my fair share of free coffee (which is great, the machine they have makes good coffee). Was glad to have an honest salesman (Gordon) who was thorough and made sure I understood everything.
Generally, everyone is friendly here. It helps that I was basically ready to buy from them I'm sure, but regardless, they were concise and nice.
Peter was very patient in helping me purchase the and assisted me in learning to drive a standard. Most Salesmen would have advised me to purchase an automatic instead. Buying the car was fast and easy. The vehicle was reasonably priced. Will purchase another car with Nissan in the future.

Recently attended Sherwood Nissan for a Peace of Mind inspection on a vehicle I was selling. The potential buyer had requested the inspection to ensure his purchase was fair and without hidden problems.
From booking the appointment, to dropping off the vehicle with the adviser and finally picking up the vehicle from the service department, all of the staff were pleasant, respectful and welcoming. The inspection was done quickly and I was able to wait for the vehicle in the comfortable lounge. The free WiFi worked well and I was able to catch up on a favorite TV show on my tablet.
And I thought the inspection was very reasonably priced at only $39.95. All of the items that needed attention were clearly listed along with prices for parts and pricing for labour. I was able to present the buyer with a copy of the report and I was able to sell the vehicle without any delay. A great option if you're thinking of selling. Five stars.

I purchased all of my vehicles from Sherwood Nissan, I have been dealing with them for over 5 years now! The experience is always so great you see the same people which is nice, I dealt with the manager Kris and he's always very helpful. It is nice to feel like family when going to Sherwood Nissan to make all my purchases. I also service my vehicle there and they always help me right away, a great calm and relaxing atmosphere I don't ever feel pressured and am always well taken care of. My experience with Sherwood Nissan has mostly been with Parts and Service and I'm just tickled with how well I have been helped in the last couple of weeks I just had to write this review. I was caught by a nasty pothole a couple of weeks ago and needed a replacement tire. It turned out that the tire had been discounted but Cory, the Parts Manager, came to my resue and took the extra time to find me the correct replacement - so I still have a matched set of tires!!! Then last week I was in for an oil change and guess what - looks like I hit another pothole because I had a large bulge in the side wall of a different tire. Thank goodness the oil change tech took the time to do an quick inspection of the tires, because I highway drive everyday and I would have had a blowout at high speed within a very short period of time. In todays world, where we are all so busy, it's really wonderful to find people who will take that extra time to help out!! WAY TO GO!!
